I'm just bit comparing with the previous session which mean I am not take the conclusion if the city will have trouble to face newcastle. As we know, the city have reserve player who can replace all injury player, and Pep Guardiola also has a new formula to make the city remain effective to exploring all the fields. but it most likely, this deficiency will be exploited by Newcastle to make opportunity to win. The will focus to disrupt the weakness, and maybe implementing a new formula also to sharpen the midfield. but if newcastle still use formation like when they lose versus Fulham, I am really sure the city will not get the problem, and they can get a big win at least 3 difference goal.
Manchester City will take on Newcastle in today's Premier League match. So far this season, Newcastle has played a total of five matches where they are in the sixth position of the points table with 10 points, while Manchester City is at the top position of the points table with 13 points in five matches. Manchester City have had the better of Newcastle every time Newcastle have met Manchester City in the past.
On paper, Eddie Howe team will have a hard time beating Man City, but their chances are still open because Pep Guardiola cannot play two of his mainstay players, Rodri and Kevin de Bruyne due to injury, without the two ball handlers, the perfect passes for Haaland are expected to be reduced. Guardiola must rack his brains to devise the right strategy to keep his position safe at the top of the standings, he might give Matheus Nunes the opportunity to replace De Bruyne and Rodri. Based on the Head to Head of both, Manchester City is more dominant than Newcastle, in my opinion, it is very reasonable if Man City is more favored in this match.
Yea, what you are actually saying is very true, almost all football fan and pundit alike will definitely give this game to Manchester city due to the superior head too head and couple with the fact that Manchester city is the most dominant team in the English premier league right now, but they have failed to look deep into their various squad, the Newcastle united team so far is very good, even though they aren't in their best form, but I still believe that they have what it takes to give Manchester city a good fight today.
Then as for the injuries in the Manchester city side, to be honest here, they might not be that visible against a smaller opposition, but against a top side, it's very much visible for all to see, just as the arsenal game, the moment Rodri came out injured, I just know that the game was even going to be more difficult for Manchester city, and that's what it is.
Lastly, concerning my predictions on that game, well due to the fact that both of this teams have the tendency of playing both teams to score in their various encounter, so I will go with the option of
both teams to score or
draw or GG
