Of course, when De Bruyne was injured, Pep Guardiola felt lost because for him De Bruyne was the midfield general in building Man City's attack. For Pep Guardiola, De Bruyne is also a plus, apart from being good at providing assists, he is also very calm in front of the opponent's goal. That's why if you often watch Man City matches, most of De Bruyne's goals are unexpected goals.

During the match against Newcestil, De Bruyne's role was very clear in helping Man City get three points. When Newcastle managed to equalize, Alexander sobbed and the Newcastle fans immediately became arrogant and when De Bruyne came on everyone fell silent and Dubravka, who was performing well, blocked Foden and Alvarez's attacks, but when De Bruyne and Oscar Bobb came on, Dubravka became Onana.
Sometime great players prove their importance with their absence. This describe how important De Bruyne to Manchester City. It's evident that Kevin De Bruyne's impact on Manchester City is immense, not only in terms of his playmaking abilities but also as a stabilizing force for the team. Guardiola's reliance on him as the midfield general speaks volumes about De Bruyne's role in building and orchestrating City's attacks.

The match against Newcastle illustrates De Bruyne's significance. The shift in dynamics, with Newcastle fans becoming arrogant after equalizing, and then falling silent when De Bruyne entered the game, paints a vivid picture of the impact he has on both teams and their supporters. This narrative showcases De Bruyne's ability not just to contribute to goals but also to influence the entire atmosphere of a match, making him a pivotal figure in Manchester City's success.

True and people were forgetting it caused by it will be useless to talk about that since manchester city was the richest one after newcastle. EPL will never consider it as violations to the rules. EPL may be defending manchester city coz it has one of biggest fans in the world. Oil's money can protect you easily from any accusations. It has been several years since the initiation of the investigation into Manchester City, and to this day, no conclusive evidence has been discovered, indicating that there may be no grounds for imposing sanctions on the club.
The small club who didn't have money lack of good strategy to avoid FFP. This is also the main problem owned by EPL. People were also calling it corrupt.

I have no wordh to say but it seems like that there will be more clubs to be targeted by EPL to receive the sanction. Chelsea may also become the one of them who will be receiving its sanction soon.
Im not really happy with this but since it was final decision from EPL and we can do nothing to save it. Everton and nottingham forest need to push its performance to leave from the relegation zone. Im not doubting everton but i doubt about nottingham forest.
These clubs need to work even harder to make sure it will able to leave from relegation zone asap after those will receive their sanctions.
EPL being called corrupt is one trend that’s been on for years and year after year evidences of corruption still shows up. Manchester City have been on investigation for a while and yet no judgement been made to that effect. Yet small clubs who just got under investigation are lashed severe punishments that are quite hurtful and  could mess with the club’s stability. Chelsea could probably be the next to be axed.

Now for clubs punished and have landed in the relegation zone, they’ll need to push so hard, Forest will find it difficult because I haven’t seen them as potential winners of any match yet but Everton could put up a fight for that effect yet again and I’m confident on them. Well I saw in a news that Everton could be facing another point deduction, I don't know how true the rumour is, but if it's true, I think that's the end of the road for Everton cause they won't miss relegation.

So far Manchester City played in many games without their effective and important player Kevin De Bruyne and they mostly had bad performances while just after he got back to the field they got much better results and had much better performance. However, Manchester City lost many points so far, and getting back to the first place in the league won't be easy even for them.
It cannot be denied that conditions were like that at that time. that's how important de Bruyne's work is for Man City. Indeed, Man City was still strong at various occasions without de Bruyne, but it was not as effective and not as excellent when de Bruyne was in the game. Because de Bruyne is a key player who really influences Man City's playing style and also their performance. so that when he returns from injury, his abilities are still very reliable.

With the current performance of Manchester City now if they mange to enter the premier League first position I'm confident that they will surely win the league because ever since Kevin de Bruyne return from the injury Manchester City had been very consistent in performance.
It is not only because of the return of KDB, City usually get stronger when the season is approaching the run-in period and that's what is happening now and it is scary for the rest of the league. With Haaland, Stones and Akanji all set to return soon, City would soon be able to boast of a complete squad and they'll be ready to defend their crown.

Having said that, let us not forget about Liverpool who are going about their business without any noise or fuss, too many people didn't consider Liverpool at the start of the season, but now they are taking them serious and IMO if City don't win the league, Liverpool will.

I think it will be quite difficult for Manchester City despite the return of De Bryne for them.Liverpool is in the most outstanding position and they have a really solid team performance which is different compared to the other teams who rely more on individual skills like Manchester City and Tottenham for example. That is not enough to win you titles,of course Manchester City has won the title several times coming from behind but not because of their merit rather because of other teams losing points against teams in the bottom of the standings,I doubt Liverpool will be doing the same as they are not Arsenal.

I think it is a move in a wrong direction for the FA to deduct 10 points from Everton at this point in time when the club is facing relegation battles, this will only dampen their confidence and also jeopardize everything they have worked for so far. Everton still has the right to an appeal though but if they lose the appeal then it would be very disastrous for them and may cost them their chances of escaping relegation so let's hope that everything goes in Everton's favour when the hearing for their appeal comes up.
Previously, Everton had received a 10 point deduction and fell into the relegation zone, but slowly they were able to get up and get out of the relegation zone like they are now, so If the FA does the same thing for the second time, I'm not sure if Everton can get back up, now Everton has been accused of violating financial rules regarding the club loss threshold, despite the club now an appeal has been submitted but it seems very difficult to fight against the federation, so I think is very likely that the charges will make Everton relegated, apart from Everton, it turns out that Nottingham Forest also suffers the same fate as Everton, namely being threatened getting points deductions, so far I think the FA looks unfair when they seem to continue to investigate  medium teams without wanting to try to do the same for Chelsea and Manchester City who are also rumored to have committed financial violations all this time.
It will be a very difficult situation but in this case they will also definitely try to make the situation comfortable for them. At the moment they are still in trouble in terms of charges but that doesn't mean they won't appeal because if I'm not mistaken last December they also appealed from the previous point deduction but for cases like this it takes a long time because there must be further investigation into financial matters.
The possible situation is the same as Juventus got in Serie A in my opinion if the second charge again gets a point deduction then the possibility of their initial appeal can still be done and at least lighten the sentence.

Everton's performance this season is actually still arguably very good but if in the end there is another penalty they get then this will definitely interfere with the mentality and performance of the players especially for the next few weeks they will face a pretty tough match because the opponents they face are above them in terms of position and quality of players.

They played against the Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester City and Aston Villa and I guess they didn't really expect to get away with a lot of points here. But the draw against Aston Villa was still valuable for them. However, there are now a couple of games which is again against Tottenham and Manchester City in the next three weeks, but afterwards the quality of their opponents will be a bit lower. But as we just said here, no game is an easy game no matter who the opponent is. But I think they are still set up well enough to stay in the Premier League and not get relegated. But none of the team and the bottom of the table can be written off yet, except for Sheffield, which now slowly looks more hopeless than the other teams.
Looking at the schedule that Everton will face for the next few weeks, it looks like this will be a problem for them, because the opponents they will face can be said to be currently performing above Everton.

Big names like Manchester City, Tottenham and Manchester United (although Manchester United are currently still like clowns Cheesy) they could have lost points on the other hand, Brighton and West ham are also still suitable to be said as dark horses even though Brighton is not as violent as last season but they can still make a breakthrough in the end. Not to mention the internal problems that Everton will face at this time because we know for now they are again charged and may receive additional penalties after previously 10 points they have been deducted.
Everton's tough season still continues it seems for this season because indeed if last season their problems were only from performance but for now their problems are also currently increasing because they have to deal with the authorities in FFP issues.
[/quote]

Yes but I don't think it is definitely a disadvantage. If they can produce some good results and I count draws as good results in these games, it would get them into a promising position for all the last games where they are not playing against all these huge favorite teams. I would rather have the tough games now and the easier ones later than vice versa.

But they are now quite concerned that there might be a second penalty as I saw in the news. That would be so bad and an immeasurable disappointment.

Haaland and Kevin Debruyne are important players for Manchester city. I think them staying off injury for the remaining half of the season would keep their title hopes alive. Debruyne’s return has helped Manchester City bounced back from being written off to put themselves firmly back in the title race. When Halaand returns, it’s going to be serious business for Manchester city. They would want to get back all their stolen points and be looking to close the gap on leaders Liverpool at the top of the table.

So, the hot topic in this thread right now is turning more towards Manchester City. this is natural, because De Brunye's return from injury immediately appeared impressive in the match against Newcastle. even though, he only played for 21 minutes. however, his one assist and one goal have had a big impact on the storyline of this season's trophy competition. and De Bryne's return with the main squad was greeted with an impression of Manchester City's progress in the title race. As for Haaland, he is reportedly predicted to return at the end of this month. theoretically, Haaland could compete again in the Champions League against Copenhagen in the round of 16. although rumors say Halaand will only be absent until City play Burnley. but we'll see how things develop next.

Well, talking about these two players, Pep always combines them into one package in his strategy and system. these two players will complement each other and that was proven last season in both the Premier League and Champions League. so, it seems like most of us agree that the return of the two Manchester City stars will really be a threat to their competitors in the title race. however, to be honest, I'm more interested in what Pep Guaridola will do. I mean, more about the system and pattern that he will apply. Will Pep step on the gas with his signature pattern? or, it has other patterns and systems.  This is interesting for me personally, so we'll wait until City plays with a full squad without any injured players.

I believe this is what makes it difficult for Pep when De Bruyne is injured. This is because there is no midfielder as intelligent as him. The 2nd goal against Newcastle was also proof, it wasn't hard but De Bruyne was very smart to read the goalkeeper's position. For passing, indeed he is smart enough to read the position, Oscar Bobb is also good at moving. De Bruyne's statistics with Man City are quite good, last season he made 16 assists and 7 goals.

It’s looking ominous for the rest of the league with KDB back after a long injury lay off. Haaland is reportedly not far behind in his recovery.

I just have to hope that Liverpool can keep winning to stay in the mix. Man City will obviously be favourites to lift the title but you have to take it game by game and hope City slip. Next up tor The Reds is Bournemouth away.

De Bruyne returned to the Man City lineup and all clubs were worried, which is understandable because in the match against Newcastle yesterday, the Belgian player proved it once again. Just waiting for Halaand to be in Pep Guardiola starting XI, then City will be ready to return to the race in their ambition to defend the trophy and win it again. A worry that has temporarily subsided, City bargaining chip will now increase with each game, but praise often leaves many clubs complacent on many occasions. Pep ambition to continue dominating the EPL this season feels more difficult, where he has to maintain the players motivation to remain hungry for the championship trophy after last season great success.

The competition for the top four in the standings and the battle for the top position is temporarily in Liverpool control, Man City is a tough competitor and will continue to press from second position. Jurgen Klopp and his squad have slightly better statistics and Pep, only loses in terms of goal productivity with City, but in terms of the number of goals conceded, the Reds are the team that has experienced the fewest, their defense line is quite good at the moment. However, in the next few matches Liverpool will have tough matches, after facing Bournemouth, Chelsea and Arsenal they will test the consistency of Klopp fleet. I think that's the best chance for Man City to return to the top of the standings, even though we know it won't be easy.

It is possible that Liverpool and Man City will stumble, so that Aston Villa, which is often overlooked in the competition, takes over the top of the standings. We can see that the number of points scored by Unai Emery fleet is the same as City, so even though City and Liverpool have the opportunity to form the axis of competition at the end of the season, ignoring Aston Villa just like that would be a mistake. Regarding Arsenal, I think they are still very difficult to predict, the performance of Arteta men is very erratic, sometimes I think that betting on their victory is very risky. But despite all that, I'm sure Arsenal will improve themselves so as not to repeat mistakes like last season, the Gunners are still on track to hunt for trophies.

That's right and we can see that currently Manchester City is getting closer to the top of the standings, only needing 3 more points to overtake Liverpool, now Manchester City is just waiting for Liverpool to make a mistake or Manchester City can wait until next March when the two clubs fight each other. In the Premier League there are still 2 places left for Champions League tickets I know Arsenal and Aston Villa are up there but somehow I think in the near future both clubs will be out of the top 4 so who is more worthy to be there, Tottenham or West Ham?

Long absent due to injury but his presence immediately brought a big influence on the team, really that was an extraordinary thing.
Kevin De Bruyne is really a talented player and as far as In he has proven many things to the world.
The condition of the Manchester City team was a little shaken but with the recovery of Kevin De Bruyne, no one doubted that the Manchester City team would be stronger.
Regarding the favorment in winning the title, it has been since the start of the season but the return of Kevin De Bruyne provides far more energy.
I think City's current strength lies in Kevin de Bruyne and Haaland. These two players were key to City's game in achieving the treble winner last season. We could see at the start of the season when KDB was injured how City's game was below our expectations. So KDB's return is the good news that fans have been waiting for. I hope KDB can play with Haaland again when their condition is 100%. Currently they are only 2 points behind Liverpool in first place and with many games still remaining I think City will again have a big chance to become back-to-back EPL champions this season.

In fact, from various sources, Jurgen Kloop said that Kevin De Bruyne's return would shake a country and it was true that in the match against Newcastle, Kevin De Bruyne proved his talent and even though he had just recovered from injury, his performance still amazed everyone who watched. Manchester City's victory was not entirely Pep Guardiola's strategy and was purely the talent of Kevin De Bruyne who had the vision to see his teammate preparing to run to meet the ball and avoid being offside. That is a classy assist that only a few players have and Kevin De Bruyne is one of them.
I believe this is what makes it difficult for Pep when De Bruyne is injured. This is because there is no midfielder as intelligent as him. Jurgen Kloop was absolutely right in his statement, what really amazes me is the way he played as if he hadn't been injured at all and as if he had been playing for long, he didn't even seem like someone who came back from injury but his presence in the Manchester city side made the difference against Newcastle, his creative ability was top notch, indeed Kevin De bruyne has proven that he was what caused Manchester city to loose their place at the top at some point, but I think it's never too late as Manchester city seem to be retracing their way back to the top by winning every game they have played so far.

I think it is a move in a wrong direction for the FA to deduct 10 points from Everton at this point in time when the club is facing relegation battles, this will only dampen their confidence and also jeopardize everything they have worked for so far. Irrespective of how strong and quality players Manchester City has, they will surely find it difficult to cope without Haaland because we all no how important Haaland is to Manchester City team and the efforts he normally puts on every of there matches so perhaps just like what Manchester City was facing when Kevin de Bruyne was on the injury that's exactly what Manchester City Will go through if Haaland is no longer with them but however they will get use to it but it will surely take time.

With the current performance of Manchester City now if they mange to enter the premier League first position I'm confident that they will surely win the league because ever since Kevin de Bruyne return from the injury Manchester City had been very consistent in performance.

Halaand is one of the players that, if Manchester City plays and he is absent, nobody is expecting a good result from them because the player is the best player in the squad; the guy is dominating all of their matches, so if Halaand is absent, there is no doubt Manchester City will face a lot of problems in their matches, just like what happened in the absence of Kelvin De Bryune. The team was not doing much better compared to now that he is back, so I think it will also happen if Halaand is not present, and they may find it difficult to go back to the top in the standings.

Since Kelvin De Bryune came back, they started giving out some positive results, even though the player only played 2 matches with them, but you can see that they are already in the top 2, and I believe that in their next match, they will take over the position from Liverpool, and perhaps we cannot guarantee that yet they will be the favourites this season again and win the EPL.

I had this feeling that this Everton issue that got them lose 10 point would definitely come back to hurt them in a different way. I can't really get why they had to face this same penalty twice in one season, when it happened to Juventus they managed to get past it and they did very well on the log after the deduction of point but with Everton I don't see them doing any good in this one after the first punishment that transformed them, this upcoming problem would only kill the morale of the team, who knows they might end up in the relegation zone.
It would be very unfortunate for Everton if the 2nd punishment really happened to Everton, they have been working hard to collect points to get out of the relegation zone after the first point deduction but they have to suffer bad luck for the second time in 1 season. This is a heavy blow for Everton because they have violated the rules that have been set so they have to carry out this punishment after experiencing huge losses due to breaking the rules they have to receive an even more severe punishment. I think maybe this season Everton will end the relegation zone if the second punishment really happens before this season ends.
I mean they already got punished, and they are already not doing well, I am sensing that they will relegate anyway, so if they get punished more and more, that would not be an issue. I think even more important thing is that if they do get punished, then we are talking about not getting punished next year, that should be something that will end up with something such as "at least next year is fine".

Because, if they do not get punished a second time this season but they do end up with another punishment next season, then that would be a bit different situation. I think we should be considering the situation to be a little different and that has to be the most important part. I know it is not that easy, but we could come up with acceptable situation if they get punished this year and not next year.

Of course, Pep Guardiola is really having a hard time finding another player of equal quality like De Bruyne. The captain can really make a lot of difference to the team's game since he was played. He is a player who is very influential in Pep Guardiola's Manchester City game, so it's natural that Pep Guardiola felt confused when Kevin De Bruyne was injured.

Regarding assist statistics, Kevin De Bruyne has really good statistics in the last 8 seasons in the Premier League (not including this season). De Bruyne scores an average of 12.6 assists per season in the Premier League, he can also score several goals each season. The single strangest thing about De Bruyne is, he has not had a single assist in a Champions League match in the last 8 seasons including last season.

Yes when he was out for a long time there was no midfielder as intelligent as Kevin De Bruyne he has accurate passing.
With his return to Premier League form perhaps Pep Guardiola doesn't have to worry about him now that he's in the right position and fit to be ready to resume taking the top spot now.

As Kevin De Bruyne is the best assist scorer I know, he continues to provide accurate passes forward.
I just want to wait for him to perform with Haaland again.
