Yes but I don't think it is definitely a disadvantage. If they can produce some good results and I count draws as good results in these games, it would get them into a promising position for all the last games where they are not playing against all these huge favorite teams. I would rather have the tough games now and the easier ones later than vice versa.

But they are now quite concerned that there might be a second penalty as I saw in the news. That would be so bad and an immeasurable disappointment.

So, the hot topic in this thread right now is turning more towards Manchester City. this is natural, because De Brunye's return from injury immediately appeared impressive in the match against Newcastle. even though, he only played for 21 minutes. however, his one assist and one goal have had a big impact on the storyline of this season's trophy competition. and De Bryne's return with the main squad was greeted with an impression of Manchester City's progress in the title race. It is not only because of the return of KDB, City usually get stronger when the season is approaching the run-in period and that's what is happening now and it is scary for the rest of the league. With Haaland, Stones and Akanji all set to return soon, City would soon be able to boast of a complete squad and they'll be ready to defend their crown.

Having said that, let us not forget about Liverpool who are going about their business without any noise or fuss, too many people didn't consider Liverpool at the start of the season, but now they are taking them serious and IMO if City don't win the league, Liverpool will.

That's right and we can see that currently Manchester City is getting closer to the top of the standings, only needing 3 more points to overtake Liverpool, now Manchester City is just waiting for Liverpool to make a mistake or Manchester City can wait until next March when the two clubs fight each other. In the Premier League there are still 2 places left for Champions League tickets I know Arsenal and Aston Villa are up there but somehow I think in the near future both clubs will be out of the top 4 so who is more worthy to be there, Tottenham or West Ham?

Haaland and Kevin Debruyne are important players for Manchester city. I think them staying off injury for the remaining half of the season would keep their title hopes alive. Debruyne’s return has helped Manchester City bounced back from being written off to put themselves firmly back in the title race. When Halaand returns, it’s going to be serious business for Manchester city. They would want to get back all their stolen points and be looking to close the gap on leaders Liverpool at the top of the table.

Jurgen Kloop was absolutely right in his statement, what really amazes me is the way he played as if he hadn't been injured at all and as if he had been playing for long, he didn't even seem like someone who came back from injury but his presence in the Manchester city side made the difference against Newcastle, his creative ability was top notch, indeed Kevin De bruyne has proven that he was what caused Manchester city to loose their place at the top at some point, but I think it's never too late as Manchester city seem to be retracing their way back to the top by winning every game they have played so far.

Previously, Everton had received a 10 point deduction and fell into the relegation zone, but slowly they were able to get up and get out of the relegation zone like they are now, so If the FA does the same thing for the second time, I'm not sure if Everton can get back up, now Everton has been accused of violating financial rules regarding the club loss threshold, despite the club now an appeal has been submitted but it seems very difficult to fight against the federation, so I think is very likely that the charges will make Everton relegated, apart from Everton, it turns out that Nottingham Forest also suffers the same fate as Everton, namely being threatened getting points deductions, so far I think the FA looks unfair when they seem to continue to investigate  medium teams without wanting to try to do the same for Chelsea and Manchester City who are also rumored to have committed financial violations all this time.

Halaand is one of the players that, if Manchester City plays and he is absent, nobody is expecting a good result from them because the player is the best player in the squad; the guy is dominating all of their matches, so if Halaand is absent, there is no doubt Manchester City will face a lot of problems in their matches, just like what happened in the absence of Kelvin De Bryune. I think we should be considering the situation to be a little different and that has to be the most important part. I know it is not that easy, but we could come up with acceptable situation if they get punished this year and not next year.

Of course, Pep Guardiola is really having a hard time finding another player of equal quality like De Bruyne. The captain can really make a lot of difference to the team's game since he was played. Yes when he was out for a long time there was no midfielder as intelligent as Kevin De Bruyne he has accurate passing.
With his return to Premier League form perhaps Pep Guardiola doesn't have to worry about him now that he's in the right position and fit to be ready to resume taking the top spot now.

As Kevin De Bruyne is the best assist scorer I know, he continues to provide accurate passes forward.
