Well it looks nice seeing Manchester united finding their rythme again and especially now that the season is hitting up, but I would have loved to see how they are going to fair against a stronger oppositions, no disrespect to Everton, but they aren't good enough to cause Manchester united serious problem even when Eric ten hang was the coach of Manchester united, I believe that they would have still be able to beat this Everton side.

Though right now, Amorin is rotating the team and doing some experiment with his players, and it's working for him, it would really be fascinating to know how it's going to be against a stronger opposition, a team that has a strong attacking and defensive capacity, but nevertheless a big thumb up to Amorin and his boys, for getting the job done against Everton, and in an emphatic fashion.
So the next five games will determine if truly Manchester united are back or not, because right now, am not that certain that they have found the right formula, not until they played a top team that is on form.

Manchester city have lost (not draw) but lost 4 matches in a row consecutively, they have even lost against clubs that are well known not to be equal to them in any standards, and to be honest, it's surprising how things have turned out for the club in recent times, after them winning the Premier league title for two or three times in a row now, Manchester city is supposed to be the strongest club and team in Premier league, but unfortunately, things turned out really different for them all of a sudden.

What could we say is the reason for Manchester city's under-performance lately? Because right now, I don't think this has anything to do with their injured players, but even if it does, it's just a small percentage of the reasons, what other reasons do you all think have contributed to this turn of event for Manchester city?

Now Pep Guardiola has really suffered another defeat because his team has now lost to Liverpool and of course this will definitely make Guardiola hurt again because Manchester City have not won several times and of course luckily in this match, even though Manchester City lost, Guardiola didn't make a scratch. again on his face with his nails because in their last match against Feyenoord in the Champions League, Manchester City played a draw, of course they didn't win and that made Pep annoyed.

Amad was MOTM in this game. He showed what he can do. I can say Amad is far better than overall players in Manchester United squad. He was even better than Garnacho in the game against Everton. I can't believe he pressed his opponent like he has a few lungs. He worked intensively and never stopped just like engine. He's insane.

As for Everton, I think you're right Everton made so many mistakes, but it shows that how shaky their mentality is. They lack of confidence, and this pressured them to make many mistakes in a row.

People have predicted Liverpool to win this match. City's performance has really declined and I think this is their worst record in a decade. It seems that losing Rodri as the one who plays as a defensive line and distributes the ball into the middle really has a significant impact on City's performance. Besides that, I think their front line also cannot take advantage of every opportunity. Currently, City must regenerate players because some of their main players such as KDB are already 30 years old and they cannot always rely on KDB's playmaking ability. City still win possession but they have difficulty in distributing the ball and creating chances.

Their next game against Nottingham Forest will be big challenge because Nottingham is playing little well this season and Manchester City needs to stop losing if they want to start playing well again.

Marcus Rashford created nothing,  I saw the game and he created nothing, credit for the first goal should be given to Bruno Fernandez who linked him up for the goal,  I'm no longer a long-term fan of Marcus Rashford for Manchester United,  whatever that happens in the future should happen. Amad Diallo and Bruno Fernandez did great,  it gave me so much joy to see Joshua Zirkzee scoring goals.

Compared to the previous match, when facing Man City, their defense was quite good and tight, but still unable to block the flow of the ball from Liverpool to tear Manchester City's goal. The defeat from Liverpool was something that had been predicted before, considering Man City's performance on the field lately has been quite bad. and this is the 4th defeat in a row, while Liverpool continues to add to their winning streak to be longer. Currently, Man City's ranking in the standings continues to decline, now they are in fifth position and for the next match they will face Nottingham Forest, which is a team that cannot be underestimated this season, Nottingham could be a tough test for Man City to be able to stop the series of defeats experienced.

Liverpool are getting more terrible and they destroy any opponent they face now and we almost never see Liverpool now has changed into a different Liverpool.
The victory against Manchester City makes their chances of winning the English league even greater and this is a very extraordinary achievement for Liverpool.

Everton are not a strong opponent for Manchester United because they have only 2 points more than relegation zone, but it does not decrease importance of this win for Manchester United. 3 points from any opponent have same role in a club's total points and its rank in Premier League. It can not be a perfect win match, even result is big, but it's good for Manchester United to have a first win with their new coach. It gives them more belief, energy and motivation for next matches.

The big win against Everton is just lucky, if you watch the match, all the goals were from Everton's players mistakes.

The first goal was caused by Branthwaite.

The other goals were caused by wrong pass and wrong position.

If Everton didn't make mistake, I doubt if Manchester United can score a goal.

Nevertheless, I agree Amad Diallo put a lot effort in this match, he never tired to press the defenders.

Manchester City lost many matches and points recent weeks and they have a free fall in Premier League, and now they are at a fifth position but if they lose one more match, they have risk of falling down to a seventh position. It's unbelievable with their rank now but it's more surprising to see their total conceded goals that are 19 after only 13 matches. This is a very terrible stats for defense as Crystal Palace at the 17th position only have 18 conceded goals.

Point differences among top 7 clubs in Premier League are small and Manchester City have both risk and chance, risk of falling down more very quickly and chance to climb up very fast too. It depends on their performances next several matches and this defeat by Liverpool makes their chance to win Premier League very small, but they have to try to jump back to top four first.

It's a big win for Manchester United and they kept their clean sheet that is a very good signal for Manchester United moving forward with more good results. Their defense system is not good recent years and if Ruben Amorim can fix their weak defense system, it can become a solid foundation for their success with this new coach. Manchester United don't lack of good midfielders and attacking players so if they can have a bunker in defense, they will be able to play better in attacking with more worry about their back line.

Rashford is a good attacking player but he does not have strong mentality and it affects his performances when he has to play under big expectation and pressure. He is returned to his favorite position and plays better, but he will maintain it if Amorim can help him to play with as least pressure as possible.

Right I think that is his biggest weakness, but you can't have it all. You can't have a Haaland + Ronaldo + Messi combined in one player.

But he has a great quality in reaching balls and giving them the right touch to go towards the goal which other players can't do. Lewandowski is similar to him I think, but he is not quite as powerful as Haaland.

But when the game is a lot about ball possession and the opponent fully focuses on defense, those are hard times for Haaland.

I don't feel is over for Manchester City at the moment, they can be at a terrible state but believe me when I say they just need a win to bounce back and things would be back to the way it has been. This is one of their biggest loss in a long while and from the looks of things we're almost in the second half of the season and that's when we see them dancing back to winning ways. For me the lead Liverpool are having now reminds me of how Arsenal was topping the league last season, is their time so let them shine but when the time to start performing poorly I think we should also remember this moment when the Reds are topping with 9pt, that's to Arsenal and Chelsea then 11pt to Brighton and Man City.

It amazing, Liverpool can play very well again in today big match against Manchester City and they are able to put pressure by continuing to attack Manchester City defense and showing the sharpness of the attack line which is quite dangerous until they managed to create 2 goal and bring 3 full points to continue to top the standings with more and more points.
Since the beginning of the season until now, Liverpool has appeared to be the most stable team with 11 win, 1 draw and only 1 defeat, they look like team that has gained confidence and has stronger mentality to be able to fight for the championship title, everyone is talking about Liverpool improved performance this season.

Amorim has found a good composition for MU; he's put Rashford in the right position now, Rashford went crazy and created a lot of chances before creating the 1st goals. While Bruno created the movement to outwit the opponent and provide opportunities for the attacker to stumble on the front. This is what the fans want; MU has now developed an offensive strategy with accurate passing.

There are so many big changes were implemented to be effective. Amorim was brave to rotate the players, and success winning the match. I was previously skeptical when I saw Zirkzee, Mainoo, and Mazraoui as starters because those names do not look familiar to me. But apparently, it runs very effectively create score on 1st half.
