Manchester City should be able to win this match because they will be playing at home so this will be an advantage for Man City, but we also cannot underestimate Brighton, he is not completely in bad condition, he also suffered the same 2 defeats as Manchester City and Brighton were in 6th position at the moment so this match is quite important for them to win points or Brighton will hold the match to a draw
Yes I totally agree with you mate, Manchester City next match against Brighton is likely going to be a win match for them because they have all it takes to win Brighton. Although Brighton seem to be performing really well on there last matches because there last eight games they have won three and draw two matches although is quite poor but there performance is good.

But however there is no how we can compare Manchester City with Brighton because even with the absence of Kevin De Bruyne Manchester city will still win the match.

But just like you said Brighton will always try all possible best to make sure they either win or draw in other to maintain there possible on the table but actually the match is not going to be easy on them because afte Manchester City has lose on there last matche against Arsenal they will never joke with this match.
Manchester city will likely want to win this match as they’ve lost 6points to both Arsenal and Wolves. But we shouldn’t rule out Brighton, as they’re a good side and I don’t think they’re a team Pep would like to face now if he wants to return to winning ways. Brighton somehow are unbeaten in their last three games and they’re play similar style with Manchester city, which could give them a scare if the Manchester city aren’t at their best.

Rodrigo's and John Stones return to the team should be able to give them morales and I expect Pep to approach the game differently from what we have seen in their two last games. Them winning the match is a function of converting their chances and for Halaand to return back to form because he’s been out of form for a while now and I don’t know if it’s a factor of Kevin Debruyne absence or the team itself. But I tip Manchester city to win with no more than two goals margin.

Pep Guardiola is usually this person who is always right in choosing good players for the club. I don't know how, but Guardiola always seems to have a sharp eye and instinct in choosing players. I don't care who Guardiola chooses because so far his choices have always been good. If the choice is Toni Kroos then I believe it would be the best choice for the club.
But unfortunately, I'm not sure Kroos will accept the offer from Pep Guardiola, as his loyalty to Madrid is still his main priority. Tony Kroos has no agenda outside Madrid for now and next season, especially after having the task of providing additional training to young players so that they are ready to replace him in the future.

Pep Guardiola is at a disadvantage after his main players don't play. The absence of the midfield key meant that Haaland couldn't do much. At first glance, for Euro 2024 the Norwey national team did not get the opportunity, which means that Haaland cannot appear and set a record in bigger competitions. It's a shame to play great in the domestic league but playing in the international arena doesn't have the same fate.
It's true, I also have a little doubt regarding the Toni Kroos transfer rumors, from the player side there has been no statement whatsoever. However, judging from an opportunity perspective, Man City could offer a short-term contract for a player who will be 34 at the end of the season, and a commensurate salary. But the consideration is that Kroos may not get more playing time in Pep Guardiola main squad, something he expects from Ancelotti in the Madrid squad. Man City midfield competition is also very competitive, even though in terms of experience Kroos is superior to other players, but age no longer supports him staying in the same league, let alone playing in a league that is known to be very competitive namely the EPL.

If he is only used as a cover player in the Man City squad, I think Kroos would be better off staying in Madrid, because it's the same for him. Because we know that SPL has a better and more tempting offer, an opportunity that might also come to him in the next transfer market.

Maybe this time nothing will be different. Injuries to several players have indeed caused Man City to experience a slight decline, but this is definitely only temporary and when the players recover, Man City will return to their best performance. But if injuries attack other core players again, perhaps Man City won't get many trophies this season.
Manchester City is currently experiencing difficulty in winning games, having absolutely everything to bother about this season. Perhaps it's just a temporary condition, which means they will definitely bounce back to winning ways. I'm still surprised to see Manchester City to crumbled this season, I thought they're untouchable but with the current situation on ground, they're just as any other ordinary club in EPL. Injuries affects all clubs in EPL and Manchester City have started suffering from it. Pep Guardiola have missed points on important games this season, they're currently sitting third position on the table.
Manchester city cannot be tagged as crumbling yet, they have lost only two game this season and the losses were just immediately after they began to suffer some Injuries, something that is common amongst all team, whether big or small there are times injuries could affect any team so bad it will reflect in their performance aswell and i think it's same thing Manchester city is suffering at the moment.

They could be said to be at a slow phase for the moment but they will definitely get back as gardioula is known for his strong will to always get the job done regardless of the circumstances, I'm sure he will come up with a tactics good enough to be able to deliver and get the team back to the top spot on the table. by January transfer windows he will be getting  good substitute/replacements for injury prone players and then he will be good, he is known to be very good with choice of players, so what ever player he decides to get by January I think will be best substitute/replacement for those he probably want replaced.

Player who injured is definitely will affect the result since the substitute player isn't as good as the main line up, I only talk about the skill while chemistry, strategy etc also give a big effect to other players. Not many teams have a balance main line up and substitute player, I think only Brighton have this, whoever who play, the result will not be different.
Actually, Manchester City also has quite good substitute players. But still they will not be the same as the club's core players. So a decline in the club's performance cannot be avoided. Especially if the player who is injured is a key player or an important player who is irreplaceable at the club. And De Bruyne is an important player who also makes the ball flow from midfield to attack line very well. De Bruyne and Haaland already understand each other. So De Bruyne's absence also makes Haaland appear to be having difficulties in attack.

In the latest statement, one of the Red Devils' defenders, Lindelof, has expressed his desire to continue strengthening Manchester United for a very long time and even though his contract only ends in 2025, he is very confident that Manchester United will provide a new deal before that time comes. I think actually Lindelof is not too bad as a back-up defender and sometimes he can be relied on well when the main player is injured or absent due to a card penalty.

Lindelof's role is very central and I think he is much better than Harry Maguire. But his time with Manchester United only has 2 seasons remaining and if Manchester United don't want to keep him at Old Trafford, maybe he will have to leave as a free agent in the end.

In fact, the offer from Qatar will also waive all of Manchester United's current debts and the Glazzers are still ridiculously refusing the offer. I know that the Glazzers don't want to let Manchester United go no matter how much they pay because the Glazzers know that Manchester United is a business club, so the money offered is still not commensurate with Manchester United's big name which is already worldwide.
The club is owned by the six children of Malcolm Glazer (Avram, Bryan, Darcie, Edward, Joel and Kevin) and I am not sure they want to sell the club Even if they want to sell the club, they still want to own some stake or shares. The Glazers might consider selling Manchester United to a higher bidder that will also give them some shares in the club ownership structure. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani's outright purchase didn't suit their expectation, which might be why they rejected the offer.

Quote
But indeed, from the perspective of Red Devils fans, the rejection from the Glazzers provoked their anger and of course many were angry when they heard this decision from the Glazzers. I don't know where this club will go in the future and when the city team continues to make new history in various competitions, Manchester United is still struggling with unfinished problems regarding ownership.
Manchester United fans have every right to be mad and disappointed at the failure of the Glazers to transfer ownership of the club to a more ambitious and financially buoyant buyer. Malcolm Glazer bought a debt-free club in 2005 but the club is currently indebted to the tone of £969.6m. Man U will come back to winning ways only if it is sold to the right individual or organisation.

In terms of performance, Man City is still looking strong this season. However, the rumors about Pep Guardiola's interest in Toni Kroos may suggest a desire for midfield stability when coping with injury storms. Toni Kroos boasts excellent passing statistics and significantly influences the team's gameplay.

When the midfield is orchestrated by a top-class midfielder, goal machines like Haaland will undoubtedly find it easier to create scoring opportunities. There's no doubt about the clever attacking setup that Toni Kroos provides.

I'm a bit uncertain about this year. It seems Man City won't secure their treble, and it's highly likely that they'll only bring home the League Cup to the Etihad Stadium. Despite the loss to Arsenal, Man City still remains the favorite to clinch the EPL title this season.

The midfielder position is indeed a central position or a position that determines the balance between the attack line and the defense line. So usually the players in this position are players who have stronger stamina and are also players who are good at reading the entire position of their friends on the field. Because their task is quite heavy. They have to help the attack line and also the back line. And so far Man City has good players for that position. But after Gundogan left I think it was a bit of a loss for the team. Even though Man City already has a replacement, when other players are injured then that can be another problem that arises. So this is where second tier players are needed who are just as good as the core players.

Manchester United is in a tough spot right now. The Glazers are mainly focused on selling the club, so they're neglecting other important matters like the stadium, facilities, and even the team's performance. After all, who wants to invest in a team that's on the brink of changing ownership?
Stupid clause from Glazer family with fantastic bod offer but finally they only sell club without including all facilities such as stadium, training center and other facilities. Manchester United fans most disappointed after failed negotiation and Sheikh Jassim have withdrew his decision to buy Manchester United although he gives offer £5billion. Right now, Manchester United fans have been accepted with decision from Glazer family become forever owner and difficult to see huge transfer fees player in the future depend they won't spent much money for signing top player.

I am waiting with Manchester United fans reaction will boycott all Manchester United home matches all competition after their club failed selling to Qatari billionaire and will any huge investor interested for acquisition Manchester United teams in the future?

Rodri's punishment will end in 1 more match against Brighton so I think this has also given Manchester City back a sense of security, it's just that for KDB it looks like Manchester City will have to wait longer.
The first 2 matches lost actually I think this is even though it is troublesome but it will not be a problem because they will stay on track, it's just that without Rodri and KDB against Brighton it is clear that this will again be a troublesome match especially with the absenc of a replacement and a suitable formation at this time and Brighton's strength which is currently quite good then this will be tiring again for Manchester City and this could also be  disturbing for their points.
The experience Manchester City is going through due to the absence of Rodri and Kevin De Bruyn should be a lesson to them. There is a need to groom a replacement that can stand for them during their absence or buy some player. Pep Guardiola should also change his strategy because teams are now aware that without these two players, the team is highly deficient, so if I were a coach, De Bruyn and Rodri would be my main targets. Brighton has not been a good side in the past few games, they lost games against Chelsea and heavily against Aston Villa. But it was an impressive display in their last game against Liverpool when they were to secure a draw against a very well-fortified side. Coach Roberto De Zerbi has always proved tactically sound, so City should expect a good fight in Etihad.
I think it will be very difficult for the Manchester City team to find players who are comparable to Rodri and Kevin De Bruyn because these two players are so special, there are replacements but the quality will not be equal.
It is true that now there is a slight decline in Manchester City's performance because their two mainstay players are absent, but in my opinion Pep Guardiola's mistake was being too confident after they won everything last season so that this season the Manchester City team has not improved much/added other players to keep up. team stability, and this is the result.
However, I believe Pep Guardiola and the Manchester City team management still have a long time to improve this team so they can maintain what they got last season.

Not only Rodri and Kevin De Bruyn, but Gundagon, one of Manchester City's most important midfield players has left the team. You may know Kevin De Bruyne has suffered a serious injury. We don't know when he can return to the squad. At the same time, Manchester City is not getting Rodri in the team either. It is quite understandable that Manchester City's performance has slowed down a bit due to the absence of such important players in the squad. It is almost certain that Guardiola will not find replacements for these players. I saw that nowadays Guardiola is rumored to be keen on adding Toni Kroos to the squad in the winter transfer window. But if it doesn't, maybe we will see a tactical change in the Manchester City match.

This is always an obstacle for any strong team when a main player suffers an injury, Liverpool has experienced this. I am sure Pep Guardiola will have a consistent strategy when facing Brighton because their opponent will not be a team that cannot be beaten.
In fact, it could be said that this season Brighton is not as impressive as last season then because it was proven that he had experienced several quite crushing defeats.
Based on Head to Head, Manchester City is quite far ahead, and my prediction is that this will be a match where Manchester City will again score more than two goals because we know that Brighton is a team that is quite open in their game, they almost never use defensive play, so City will take advantage of this well and both teams are very likely to score goals because City's defense is often easily penetrated by opponents, so choosing yes on BTTS has the opportunity to make a profit in my opinion.

I have been thinking about the drop in Haaland's form recently. First of all it is totally normal for any player of course. I have been just thinking about whether there could be a special reason affecting it as well. De Bruyne's absence came to my mind after that. The reason why is that there was a great relationship between these two players.  Smiley
De Bruyne was sending a lot of balls to Haaland to make him more active and effective in the attacking line. You know how great De Bruyne can pass the balls to his teammates. He is like a magician. I hope that Haaland can reach his usual level sooner or later. I'm still contented with his goal effort so far of course. But I would like to see him doing good during the full season as well.

Obviously, Manchester City's performance is not the same as last season, which I believe is due to the absence of one of their key players, De bryune, whose absence affects the squad honestly. However, Halaand's performance is not going well as you said if it's through mate Halaand's performance is not going well as last season, which is also due to the absence of kelvin De bryune, because when we said the key player who always assists Halaand in svoring

Of course, Halland, who is usually an attacker, is always optimal in attacking but is currently experiencing a slight decline in his game, with the absence of two current players Manchester City must find a solution to the absence of Rodri and Kevin De Bruyne, of course this is a problem for Mancity without these two pillars, Mancity lost twice in a row in the Premier League as well as Halland who experienced a decline in his game In these two defeats, Mancity appeared without its mainstay defensive midfielder Rodri. In his absence, Rodri seemed to greatly reduce Man City's strength in midfield. Moreover, Man City had already lost Kevin de Bruyne who was injured for a long time.

But The Citizens can still be considered champions without the two players, even though they are experiencing a decline due to the absence and injury of the two players, Mancity is believed to be able to get through everything and become champions. Halland can certainly play with the maximum in his game because even this season Halland is the best player. Even so, in my opinion, Mancity must be able to play optimally even without the presence of two absent players. although this weight must be able to pass them.

Haaland is a pure poacher where he has good ball control and finishing but on the other hand when he becomes a pure poacher then indirectly this needs someone who can flow the ball for him because Haaland's style is not a type of picking up the ball and dribbling like Mbappe but he prefers to find a good position and wait for the ball to finish with accuracy and good body balance.
When the midfielders can't flow the ball well then this will be a problem for Haaland because he becomes closed and confused when the ball is not flowing well so this has an impact now when Manchester City lost several players like KDB and Rodri he became stuck and had difficulty gaining momentum.
I like the word "confused" you made use of and to me it fits most of his performance as of late. I feel he could need a little time out from the starting line ups, maybe he should be started from the bench because if you notice, eyes are still on him even when they know he's not the only threat bit for now, he has the most deadliest finishes. No doubt that Jullian is good but I feel the Spaniard just came into the scene not too long ago and even when Foden runs with the ball, all what most defenders have at the back of their minds is "stop that Norwegian giant from getting ahold of the ball" because chances of passing to him are likely.

even though it's still early in the season but Manchester City has already suffered 2 defeats and Manchester City still has 30 more matches to play in the Premier League, I'm a little worried about Manchester City's current performance which is not yet completely consistent and the absence of 2 players in the main squad Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri will slightly affect their performance in facing matches in the Premier League and also in the Champions League. Pep Guardiola must take quick steps to replace these 2 players so that Manchester City does not experience a decline.
Rodri isn't injured, while De Bruyne will back in the mid December this year, from now until mid December there are 8 matches to go. So De Bruyne (hopefully) will able to play the next 22 matches. It's still enough for Manchester City to back become the champion since there are still many matches.

Manchester City might lose 3-4 matches since they will meet big clubs, but it will not ruin them in the long run.
When De Bruyne, Rodri join Manchester City, Manchester City's attack will be stronger. De Bruyne picked up an injury while playing in the Champions League final and has not been able to return to action so far, but he is sure to join the team in December.

Manchester City have only had two bad games at the start of the season and the rest they have done quite well and hopefully they will do well in the few games they have until next December. As Manchester City's most important players will be joining them in December, I think Manchester City will definitely do well in the rest of the season from December onwards.

Although other teams are number one or number two in the table, I still believe Manchester City is the favorite for this season and they can definitely win the Premier League title this season.
