In this situation the manager still has to be sacked cause they have lost control of the dressing room already. Managers have a role to keep the team playing in synergy and all players playing to their top potential, if they cannot do that, the owners cannot change the entire squad cause of the coach and will opt to change the manager instead and remove one or two problematic players.
Of course, this is the right choice in my opinion. A coach who doesn't have a good relationship with his players both in the dressing room and on the field will be fired instead of replacing the entire squad. The coach must have the ability to maintain good relations between players and the team. It will even be better if the coach manages to maintain a good dressing room.

Ten Hag may have clashed with some of the Manchester United players so far and perhaps he is starting to not get the respect he should from some of his players. I'm not sure if that's true, but it might have happened within the current Manchester United squad. I'm surprised Rashford really isn't in his best form this season, it's different compared to last season.

If the relationship between the coach and the players is not good, the team cannot expect good performance. The atmosphere of the dressing room should be calm. It increases the confidence of the players. A friendly relationship develops between the players. The understanding between the players is stronger. Appropriate measures should be taken by the management and coaches to maintain a calm atmosphere in the dressing room.

I don't know if TenHag has a good relationship with his squad players. If Ten Hag's relationship with the players is not good then surely the management should fire the coach or sell the players. If the relationship between the coach and the players is not good, its bad effect can be seen in the match.

That's right, in a team everyone has to have a good relationship, whether it's off or on the pitch. Everything is the same, be it club owners, coaches or players. Especially the relationship between coaches and players, because they face each other every day. If they don't have a good relationship then it will have an impact on their less than optimal game. Especially if the coach is not professional, because it will affect the line-up played. I mean even if a player plays well, but with the unprofessionalism of the coach, then he will not be included in the line up.

I want to see Man United's decline from the other side. Man United has changed coaches several times starting from Moyes, LVG, Mourinho, and Ole has tried to coach Man United since SAF left, and now ETH. the results are also not good.

This means that the problem is not with the coach but with the players being burdened by the club's big name. fans demand players to perform optimally in every game, especially the demand to keep winning in every game. When negative results are obtained, especially against mid-table or lower-class teams, the players' mental pressure becomes even heavier because of their team's big name.

In my opinion, Man United needs players who have leadership like Ferdinand, Scholes or Vidic who are able to lift the team's mentality. Because so far Man United has not found a team captain who has a strong mentality.

If something needs to be replaced, then I suggest Manchester United change the owner rather than changing many coaches and players. The current owner would have to sell the club to a new owner who has the desire to build the club even better, which seems like a good thing to think about.

Manchester United will never be able to compete with Manchester City if Glazer and his family are still leading the club. I'm sure that's true because so far I don't see Manchester United being truly competitive under his ownership. Changing coaches will not solve the problem, but will only bring new colors and new drama.

I remember there were several players who deliberately did not play at their best because they didn't like the coach. They played so badly that the coach was sacked for poor performance, it worked and I really wonder if that scenario was thought of by a handful of Manchester United players?
Getting the coach fired by management by implementing a scenario like that is considered successful because this strategy has happened at several clubs. As a Manchester United fan, I hope that doesn't happen and even if it is done for the better of the club, I don't mind.

If that exists, then I'm sure that in the end Ten Hag will be fired even though he managed to lead Manchester United to qualify for the current Champions League.
Manchester United is busy with internal problems. Maybe you already know about the issue of buying shares. It's possible that this will be exploited by a handful of Manchester United players who don't like Erik ten Hag. When the situation is like that, the successes that Ten Hag has achieved, such as bringing Man United through to the UCL, are no longer cared about.
Manchester United have been very inconsistent with their results since the start of the season and that has made many fans of the club to call for sack of their manager Erik Ten Hag as they think it's because of his lack of good tactical approach that has caused them the defeats they've suffered this season.
However, I think there's still room for improvement from the Dutchman. It's still very early days of the new season as we still have about 30 league matches to play. Unless Manchester United continues with their current performance, I don't think it's right to sack Erik Ten Hag now

Some players are very stubborn despite their talents they are very bad examples to the dressing room, back in the days the best manager to handle such players was Sir Alex Ferguson. He was not a respecter of status or class. He had axed lots of top player that were toxic for the team.

Right now Pep Guardiola is such coach we have seen what he did with cancelo. I believe every coach should know when a player is bringing bad energy into his team and when to cut them off immediately before the player influences other players.
In fact we often find a series of diverse conflicts in almost all clubs, stubborn, unmanageable player models, off-field scandals, and much more. However, the worst thing is that it is unprofessional, in the sense of not contributing optimally when playing, this is clearly very detrimental to everyone, especially the club. In the end it will make his own path to the transfer market smoother, because of course the coach will get rid of him in the transfer market. The dismissal of a coach is not purely based on one factor, such as not being able to control the dressing room. Sometimes by releasing players who have bad character, you can make the dressing room comfortable and controlled again.

Ferguson, I don't doubt his firmness on this matter. There are many confessions from former Manchester United players regarding their strictness towards players. On the other hand, Pep Guardiola has a calmer character towards his players, if he cannot get rid of them directly in the transfer market they will often be on the bench or will be loaned to another club.

Arsenal really wants to win a lot at home to Chelsea this week, because Arsenal wants to beat Tottenham, who are currently at the top of the standings with points that are no different from Arsenal. But in the next match, both Arsenal and Tottenham will both face opponents whose strength is far below theirs, and Tottenham will also try to win more at home when they face Fulham, who is currently in 12th position in the standings with the same points as Chelsea.
It's not easy to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The reason is that Chelsea is in top form, they were able to win their last two matches at home with a convincing score. This is important capital and motivation for Chelsea to beat Arsenal this week. If Chelsea is able to beat Arsenal, the players' mentality will be formed (trust the process) I am sure Chelsea's winning trend will continue. This will be tough competition in the Premier League.
It's not just Arsenal who want to win, Chelsea is also definitely aiming for victory to catch up with them at the top of the standings. This week's London derby will be a super big match. It's worth the wait.

Do you mean Chelsea that is currently manage by Pochettino or there is another one you think that can hold any team hostage if they should play in Stanford bridge? What are form are you also insinuating? How do you define a team that is sitting below top 10? Is that how we rate teams now or you are just been sarcastic about Chelsea. There is not even a "If Chelsea do this and that to Arsenal" because the chance are low.

I will bet my last super on Arsenal with a straight win and at worst predictions, will give them win or draw for Arsenal. You can't look at Chelsea form and think they are going to win Arsenal, they have a slim chance of doing that, maybe I'm not seeing the confidence that you are seeing.

Casimero has not been at his best this season, so the Manchester United coach should be able to cope without him in a few games.
Currently Casemiro is one of the best defensive midfielders that Manchester United has, his presence in Manchester United's midfield has helped the team a lot in terms of defending and repelling opponent attacks. He also often assisted in attacks and scored several goals, he was still able to give his best performance even though his teammates often made blunders in several matches which resulted in Manchester United achieving bad results. The main problem with Manchester United's poor performance this season does not lie with a few players, it is the coach who is responsible for not being able to develop a strategy that makes the players feel comfortable when maintaining their respective positions.

Casemiro has been a good best man in defensive player since his days back in Real Madrid but I think he is trying so hard to keep Manchester United in good place at the expense of his career. He has booked 2 red card in just a year and he never had that kind of bad game in Real Madrid.
Is Manchester United problem really players or Erik and players are loosing it, the available players are been called out for immorality and Erik Ten Hag is beefing with the remain good guys he is supposed to leverage to win the Premier League. If they are going to need more players, Erik is going to need a replacement as well.

I don't agree that ETH should be fired from Manchester United. In my opinion, the worst situation at Manchester United recently is not only the coach, but all the players must be responsible for their own play.
I don't think the players are the problem of the team; for this case to keep arising with different players, I think the manager needs to work on himself on how to relate with players so that he can get the best in all the players in the team.
When he came to United, the atmosphere was well ok and the players were happy with each other, especially as they had Ronaldo back in the team. ETH succeeded in kicking Ronaldo out of the team, and also David Degea, who is now having problems with Sancho, who is expected to be active in the team when they have injury problems.

Quote
So if I look at Manchester United as it is now, it is more or less the same as what Liverpool experienced last season because of the storm of injuries at Manchester United. The players were also exhausted last season from playing 4 leagues and a World Cup which made the team's schedule worse until Manchester United played eight times last February (this is just an example). Manchester United just needs time to recover, so they have to give ETH the opportunity to build a strong squad.
They played in four competitions just like Manchester City, but Manchester City did not complain. Although I agree with you that injuries affected their performance, that should not be an excuse for the team's lack of form. I think Ten Hag needs to put in more effort to improve the team performance, and if they give him time, he will settle in at Manchester United and bring glory back to United.

Thankfully that's not true, but I still think otherwise. Hopefully that's not true, I think that's what Mourinho experienced a few seasons ago if I'm not mistaken.

I think it was a failure on the part of the Glazer family. They don't want to sell 100% of Manchester United to another owner, clearly that has hampered Manchester United's growth in the long term even though the new owner may not necessarily be better than now.

The storm of injuries you mentioned only affected Manchester United defenders, but other players could certainly fill the void well. The striker's performance clearly needs to get the spotlight because their performance so far has not provided big benefits for Manchester United. They only scored 9 goals in 8 matches, what a different look compared to last season.

In the upcoming match, Liverpool will host Everton, precisely in week 9 of the Premier League this season. Liverpool in the last 2 matches they had to swallow negative results by accepting 1 defeat and 1 draw, obviously it was not good after they recorded a series of consecutive wins. Everton, although they won 2 times in their last 3 matches, but it was their first 2 wins this season out of 8 matches they have played. Statistically Liverpool are better, and in terms of strength Liverpool are stronger than Everton, an opportunity for them to record another victory after the last 2 weeks they could not get it.

This analysis you've done on these two teams is exactly what it is. This match will not create much uncertainty about who will win or lose in this derby. Liverpool will continue to dominate the league, and Everton will not pose a significant threat to them for not win this match. This is not a difficult match for them to win in order to maintain their place and continue their dominance in the league, and I'm convinced that they can win with a good margin of goals to increase their number of goal difference in the standings. Another statistic from their last five meetings shows that Liverpool won three, drew one, and lost one. So this Saturday’s match will be in favour of Liverpool.
I am not seeing this with you guys,I know quite well that Liverpool are in good form this season, and will have strength than Everton, but this Everton are begining to show that they can match other  premier league teams when it comes to strength.Liverpool are beginning to lose form, and anything can just happen in this game,Everton also have a chance of either winning or drawing the game as well, because they will want to continue winning games and moving up on the league table because they were down below. However,Joghen Klopp will try as much as possible to not either draw or lose this match, but I refuse to take side with any team because in premier league, any team can win any team. So,the better team will win.

Ten Hag is certainly responsible for his team's poor performance so far, but all players must also be responsible for their poor performance on the pitch. The fault is not only on the coach, but the entire team is to blame for the performance.

I don't know how correct it is to say that the only responsible person is the coach, both the players, the management and the coach are guilty here. They need to work in harmony with each other and move the team forward. Manchester United is currently having a serious problem, I don't think they can find a solution just by changing the coach. A few transfers need to be made and time is needed, maybe then they can achieve success Smiley

Toni Kroos will be option for Pep Guardiola after losing Kevin De Bruyne have got injured, will be reunion if Toni Kroos agree move to Manchester City because Pep Guardiola ever working with him in Bayern Munich. Toni Kroos have excellent passing quality and he has good shot on target will be good option for Manchester City for short term option after Kevin De Bruyne injury and absent until one season. Manchester City have looking for right scheme right now how to make their attacking line Erling Haaland more productive again after not scoring goals in last several matches due less assists from Kevin De Bruyne who injured.

Midfielder is crucial position in one game play, there are have controlling with attacking and defense, to get better performance Manchester City must sign Toni Kroos and we will help Haaland get touch for scoring goals again.
Kevin De Bruyne is expected to be absent for the next 4 months, and in my opinion the option of bringing in Toni Kroos to temporarily replace the position left by Kevin De Bruyne is really not right, it will be very detrimental for the Manchester City team because now Toni Kroos is no longer young and because of this As age makes his performance decline, it is very difficult in my opinion for Toni Kroos to compete in the Premier League which has a very fast game.

Actually the Manchester City team currently has no problems, this does not mean that the defeats they experienced in their last 2 matches have led to a lot of speculation that this team is in decline, the ups and downs in a team's performance is a very normal thing.

Maye the reason of why Guardiola wants to hire Toni Kross is to have an alternative option for players like Kevin De Bruyne because not having this palyer for the next games in Manchester City can obviously damage the team and this can decrease their performance while Kross is not a young player and he can't be a safe option for years in Manchester City.

Although this is a Merseyside Derby but obviously, that Liverpool and Everton have qualities that I think are much different. So yes, because this is a Merseyside Derby then I think, their previous match results will not be able to guarantee anything. Because usually, when they play in the derby match at least quite often also the not seeded team can play better in the derby match . But for the match between Liverpool against Everton, in essence I remain confident that Liverpool will continue their winning trend in this Merseyside Derby.

The Merseyside Derby match always attracts attention, because in every derby match, of course, prestige is at stake. Although in this derby match, Liverpool are the favorites to win against Everton because they are playing at Liverpool's home ground.

But Liverpool's current situation will not appear at full strength, because four important players are injured. Of course, this makes Klopp a little confused about choosing suitable players for the derby match later. Plus, Liverpool's schedule this month is quite busy. After playing against Derby they have to play in the Europa League and in the EPL with a break of only two days. Liverpool play in the Europa League against Toulouse on the 27th, then against Nottingham Forest on the 29th.
