With how Man UTD scored so early on in the game, I'm sure many were already chanting Amorim's name and even expecting more goals but they just relaxed and felt they could press their hosts but Ipswich are a side that is very stubborn and doesn't easily give in. I began putting interest in them after they played Man City; though they lost in the game but their drive and force is something to commend so I'm not surprised they were able to share the spoils with Man UTD.
Amorim believes his side would lose a lot of their games before they can get better and I'm wondering if with this mentality, the management at Man UTD will be able to be patient with him.
I also thought so when Manchester United scored early in the match, even though with that advantage they could play much more patiently in pressing and looking for the next goal but instead that advantage could not be utilized, regardless of the final result of the match but I think there is something wrong with the tactics applied by Amorim.
This is just the beginning and Amorim has made it difficult for himself for the future even though as a new coach he still needs time to adapt but all possibilities are still possible to happen and certainly the pressure from Manchester United fans will be quite big for Amorim.
It is still too early to begin to judge the man bud, humans are quick to forget things, especially favors, and this is why a goalkeeper will save ten or more goals that would have been a cleansheet, and people be praising him, but the moment he misses to save just one goal, people will begin to lash out at him as if he purposedly allow the other team to score.
In the first three or four matched Amorim coached as he resumes as Manchester united new boss, the man united team won in those matches and every one here was praising Amorim, I was of the opinion that it was too early to praise him, how come now, only because he draw one game against ipswich, his praise is beginning to change?
Lets allow the man to settle in, in football, there will always be wins and loses over time, there is no football clubs that keeps winning and just winning forever, for no matter how long their winning streak is, some time and day, they must concede goals and be defeated.
