With not many Liverpool players being called up to strengthen the national team in the WC, it can have a positive impact for Liverpool, although being able to strengthen the national team in the WC is the target of every player. This is an interesting fact
Jurgen Klopp can better prepare for this break to improve Liverpool's position later.

Arsenal and Manchester City who send in large numbers will make Arteta and Pep Guardialo I think will add to the feeling of concern about player injuries. Moreover, these two teams are struggling to be able to lift the trophy.

This year's World Cup schedule is indeed not as usual, this is of course a concern for every club that is competing tightly in the League. Arsenal and Manchester City are two clubs that are in tight competition, and as many players have said they will be competing in Qatar later.

If something happens to their players, of course it will be a heavy blow for the club, apart from that the players will also drain a lot of energy and of course it will greatly affect the team, especially after the World Cup they will return to the club and immediately face a very tight league schedule. Teams like Liverpool, Newcastle and teams that have not sent their players to the World Cup have actually benefited a little, because they can take full advantage of the World Cup break to prepare a more mature team.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Many teams needed the world cup break so bad, the break comes as a time out for underperforming teams to take some time to evaluate their performances so far, assess their progress and work on finding solutions to their flaws and loop holes in the team, even the top performing teams get some time to restrategice and improve their game even more and  get players not going to the world cup. I think this break is really good for everyone one way or the other.
No club want to see a World Cup which is held in middle of a season. Because if anything bad happens with their players during World Cup, they will not be able to repalce them by transfer market. It is very hard to find good players in January transfer market.

World Cup can impact on club performance as many players will return to clubs with exhaustion or worse with injuries. This is even worse than Africa cup because World Cup is for global national teams and the impact from World Cup is much bigger.

I hope Arsenal can be consistent until the end of this season ends and finish as top of the standings and win the league. however, it looks like it won't be easy. the reason is, Arsenal often slip in the middle of the journey. plus, the Arsenal versus Manchester match has not yet been held. Manchester City could have stolen points in that meeting. but apart from all that, I hope Arsenal will continue to be consistent in their matches after this world cup break ends.
It is very challenging for Arsenal because standing at the top with high pressure from competitors is not easy. Luckily, in this season, with troubles of some big clubs, it seems that Arsenal are only racing with one club, Manchester City. They have a little bit less pressure with only Manchester City are ready to take over the first position.

I don't think Arsenal must have too consistent performance to win Premier League. They can fail in one or two matches but they must return to winning quickly.

The chance is still there but in this case there are several possibilities later because the season is still running now even though it is indeed a holiday.
At the moment we are still only facing half of the season and that means there are still many matches that will take place later so even though they are currently the underdog now, with the EPL conditions which are indeed competitive of course it is very difficult to say for sure about Arsenal even though at the moment the conditions are very good because it could be there will be another surprise later.

The premier league schedule still leaves 24 matches for all teams. that is, the fight for the league title is still wide open. especially for Manchester City, who are only 5 points away from the leaders of the premier league standings. after the end of the world cup break, we will see which team is the most consistent to win this league.

I hope Arsenal can be consistent until the end of this season ends and finish as top of the standings and win the league. however, it looks like it won't be easy. the reason is, Arsenal often slip in the middle of the journey. plus, the Arsenal versus Manchester match has not yet been held. On the other hand, I would say the safest place is Manchester City. Because their main striker Haaland's team is not playing in the World Cup. So Haaland will be able to find his weaknesses and try to fix them during the World Cup break. And if he can maintain fitness, Manchester City's attack will be stronger after the World Cup.
There is no guarantee that any player that did not go to the World Cup will do better than others that went to World Cup when the league resumes.
Infact any player that did not go to World Cup risks the possibility of not being match fit, that is a very fearful thing to think about Halaand. I have seen one local club called Ashton that jokingly offering to loan Haaland for 28 days in order to keep him fit before season restarts. I think Manchester City win not give a listening ear to the proposal because it could lead to unnecessary injuries

Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta must really focus during the international break, because this will make the players competing in The World Cup will be exhausted, after the World Cup ends, if Arsenal don't take care of the players physically then it will be detrimental to them when the league starts again, of course the stamina of the players must be really fit like the beginning of the season, if that is not done then Arsenal will find it difficult to maintain their points at the top of the Premier League standings...
What happens in World Cup and a few weeks after that, not only in Arsenal but also in other clubs, will be very important for Premier League race in general. Arteta should focus on his plans for his team only. They should prepare to fight against opponents with their best resources. They can not think of plans that Arsenal have best resources but opponents have worse resources as consequences of World Cup. It is an unrealistic plan.

After the World Cup, the performance of all the teams tends to be unstable. At the same time, many players may face injuries due to the hectic schedule of the World Cup. If Arsenal's players do not suffer from injuries, and if they can keep up their performances after the World Cup, then Arsenal has a high chance of winning the title.

No reason for him to say. He will be only getting lots of people disrespect with him. He has been slaming united like it was nothing anymore for him. ten haag may become the main reason why he was doing it. I think that ronaldo was a good guy but since he has no respect from others and then it was very bad for him. His statement has become very bad thing for him just like a boomerang that was hitting back to him again even FIFA has been accepting a request from united to terminate his contract.
Ronaldo's chance to leave from united has become even bigger since fifa accepting request from Mu caused by his attitude to the team
Ronaldo don't mean all he said, I think he's doing it out of frustration and dissapointment from the club and team management. Erik ten hag is probably one of the cause of Ronaldo staying on the bench, imagine a world first class player been turn to a bench warmer in united and it's totally unfair because Erik once told the news how Ronaldo will suits in his game plan for United and even promise him enough game playing time, but look at what's going on with the team today, they refused him games and deceived him, in the last window transfer, he wanted to leave but was denied and promise by Erik to be use more efficiently in games. We shouldn't blame Ronaldo but we should also try to look from his own end, he has been mute long enough.

I think Ronaldo meant all what he said. He obviously doing all this out of frustration as we can all see how he reacts when he gets frustrated. Ronaldo is a great player, everyone knows that and there is no doubt about that.

Would you fault the coach cause he didn’t give Ronaldo playing time on the field? I wouldn’t. The manager has the right to put any player he wants in the game and bench anyone as well. Ronaldo is a great player but a player nevertheless and is subject to whatever decisions the manager makes.

Now the manager I read no longer wants him back at Manchester. Some year ago the former coach said if any players abuse the manager he should think of his career as done as he will have no place in the squad. It is a sad way to part ways with such a player that has won the only Ballon d'or in the premier league till date. It's not about Ronaldo but the growth of the club he is okay to leave but will the club get better
The Premier League is currently on break, so we will have to wait and see what steps Man United manager takes next. It must be fixed by Ten Hag, possibly in a harsh way! As a result of Ronaldo's speech, he has suddenly become the talk of sport. It will be a great club where Ronaldo ends his career? He does a good job. It seems as though the guy has a strong following of fans who appreciate his attitude. Having peace of mind is exactly what he needed. A huge burden on his mind makes him unwilling to go to the world cup.

Am one of those people that cast their votes at the beginning of the premier league for Manchester City to win. If the same opportunity arises again, I will still do the same.

Arsenal being top of the league 5 points doesn't mean that Manchester City won't win the premier league in the end. Last season this exact thing happened. We saw the way Liverpool was above Manchester City with more than 5 points, who lifted the league trophy at the end. The exact thing can repeat itself this year. Hands folds
Arsenal is out of the League Cup, so they can't win that anymore. In the Europa League they are on first place in their group and in February they will continue with the knockout games. Manchester City must play in the League Cup on 20.12. against Liverpool and they are also still in the Champions League, they must play in February against RB Leipzig. So City has one more competition to play but currently I also believe City catch-up more points in the next 16 Games in the Premier League. Important Matchday: 26.04.23 City vs. Arsenal

I challenge you to read what I wrote again, no one is praising Arsene Wenger for his achievements in Arsenal, though he deserves the praise. I was only referring to the long-term rivalry that the stay of him and Sir Alex Ferguson made happen at that time. And if you must know, Arsene Wenger was not a total failure in Arsenal, he won 17 trophies for the club as the manager, which includes 7 FA cups and 3 premier leagues. His last moments were challenging but can't completely erase what he has achieved.
Maybe you are discussing about last seasons in Arsenal of Arsene Wenger. His career in Arsenal has many years and if you only look at his last years there, with lot of disappointments, yeah he made others very disappointed. However if you look at his whole career or early and golden years in Arsenal, he is deserved to be recognized as one of most successful coaches in Arsenal and in Premier League.

Before the appearance of Arsene Wenger, Arsenal was not in big club list of Premier League. With Wenger, they got improvements in finance and in sport results. They won some Premier League with Wenger and even got to a Champions League final. It is true to show respect to Wenger with his long career in Arsenal and what he did for them.

It is true that the Premier League is still halfway through. The season is still long for Arsenal to win the League this season, because Arsenal could be beaten in important matches.
The season is long but with success so far, Arsenal has a good foundation for rest of season. They are strong, get a first position with 5 points more than Manchester City which is a nearest opponent and they got a solid belief after all that they are strong and competitive enough to fight for the trophy.

Yeah i know that but saying that in the podcast that would be published just like you are blaming your team in the public. There are so many his fans who pros and cons with him. I can't deny the fact that if he would be moving to the another club since his statement has been making so many people in MU disrespects with him. Ronaldo doesn't need to rely with ten haag. Staying in MU would be useless for him. he must be moving to the another place as soon as possible. He is not suitable anymore to play in MU. his statement has been also making FIFA makes a move for him.
You can blame the team but you must also be a professional as a professional players. Ronaldo was also in a war with some veteran

In this thread, there ud a question: Who will be champion in the 2022/23 season?
17.2% have bet on Arsenal and 44.3% on Manchester City. Liverpool also have 17.2% with a total of 122 votes. So now it looks different from the predictions. And it's exciting because many see City as the champions. In the last 5 years they have won 4x and 1x Liverpool 2020. Arsenal the last time in 2004.
Maybe Arsenal will win the championship this year that will relieve that longing. This year they are playing a very good team, a lot of games. I think they will perform better after the world cup. Although Manchester City is still seen as the strongest contender on the way to the championship for many people, it should not be forgotten that the leadership is currently in Arsenal.

Don't mind them, they thought there is a miracle in football. One thing I have known the EPL for is that they are not patient with their coaches unless they are seriously performing. But the patience of Liverpool with Klopp eventually paid off many years, though I won't be surprised if his days are numbered in Liverpool now if the club continues like this next season. EPL should learn from Man U and Arsenal during the days of the long-term healthy rivalry between Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.

Arsene Wenger is not the best example, he left Arenal after a long string of failures from which he never helped the club to get out. Klopp is a great coach, he just squeezes everything out of the players so they can only play at this pace for one season, then the recession comes and they try to renew the squad to find new forces. Klopp needs a lot of players to have an equivalent rotation, or unkillable players, but they probably don't exist. )

This is a blessing in disguise. This means that Liverpool would have a full squad while some teams might have to wait for their players in the world cup to recover from injuries. I think Chelsea would also benefit from its currently injured players because they would be fit after the world cup.

Ronaldo is a big player and he is even bigger than many clubs in Europe in terms of wealth and goodwill. It is really wrong to criticize his employer in that manner, but he has the guts and the capacity because he has little to loose. The $1m pounds fine is no big deal and there are countless clubs that are willing to get his service if United terminates his contract. Based on his performance this season, Ronaldo doesn't deserve more playing time because he was not at his best. so we cannot blame the manager for his actions.

There has been a lot of chatter about how Arsenal will sit proudly on the top of the Premier League table for the next six weeks, and obviously that’s a very good thing. They have crazily improved under Mikel Arteta. I don't think anyone thought they'll be on top  at this time of this season not even their fans. They targeted Top 4 but imagine they end up winning the EPL, I  think that would be a proper icing on the cake. Although they still have a long way to go in the Premier League, but Arsenal fans should be enjoying every step of the ride.
Arteta's process to bring Arsenal to this position was quite long and required a lot of money to be spent so it is quite natural that they are at the top position quite proudly.
Arsenal's promise before being threatened with sacking last season is now being proven. Comparison of the start of last season with the start of the season now they are very different and of course this is a very good thing for them.
At the moment they are the real challengers and it is worth the sacrifice of several seasons of Arteta and the heavy expenditure financially.

Considering the fact that this WC is happening during the regular championship, I think it might be important to note that some teams will have a lot more players participating than the others.
City will be most affected with 16 players participating, United (14) and Chelsea (12) are next in line. Current leaders Arsenal will miss 10 players.

Liverpool and Newcastle will probably use this situation well, they will have like a mini pre-season with most of their players available.
Liverpool is sending 7 players to the WC, with Newcastle having only 4.
With not many Liverpool players being called up to strengthen the national team in the WC, it can have a positive impact for Liverpool, although being able to strengthen the national team in the WC is the target of every player. This is an interesting fact

Alot of things trembling before Ronaldo as he's unhappy with the development of Erik ten hag in the club. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the prime player in united, as engaging with exposure of how he feels in united, saying nothing really change in the club since he left when he was 20, and pointing out the fact that he have no respect for Erik ten Hag and the management of the team is poor. Ronaldo's attitude was totally wrong but the action comes with a punishable outcome, something are better left unsaid.

Abuse to the manager and his management is wrong I see his contract termination coming once he is bqck from the Fifa World Cup.
He has said his part of everything maybe to forcefully make him leave the club since they are trying to tie him down sitting on the bench. One thing for sure is that Chelsea will accept him at least for the rest of the season. Ten Hag management has really improve the club but
Can Ten Hag be the one to win United the trophy

There are 5 points different left from defending champion which I think is still possible Man City got 5th title for this session. Arsenal is quite explosive from the beginning, they start this session with confidence and cohesive, but we don't expect too much Arsenal will get the title, because I feel they are still more unstable like Man City, I feel like only euphoria from them, which can have much change until break January 2023. I just feel Arsenal will stop on 2nd and be a champions in 2024.

Arsenal to reach this far, means they're absolutely heading somewhere. Mikel Arteta leading the gunners to their role path in the premier league is quite amazing and the fans hailed him alot. It's something we were not expecting soon enough, who would thought that this season, we have arsenal for the contender of the premier league title race, not only that, they're ranking first on the league table. Sometimes I wonder how they use their strategy to beat tough teams like liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur. Let's say it's luck for them, let's wait till they meet their end manchester city.
