ropyu1978, I agree with the 4 teams you mentioned to qualify for the Champions League next season, Arsenal will probably lock up 1 place in the Champions League next season compared to Tottenham. I know Tottenham still have a chance to do better and get maximum points in every game but the difficulty is so far they are unstable even after being lucky enough to win the game against Manchester City.

Arsenal or Manchester United and also Tottenham will fight for tickets to the Champions League next season, it will be a great competition between these three teams until the end of the season. Even though Arsenal are favorites, it is not certain to win all their postponed matches so far.

Arsenal and Tottenham have still more chance than Manchester United and West Ham for the fourth spot in the standings now. Because Arsenal have three missing matches and Tottenham have two. And the point gap with Manchester United - West Ham duo is really small. When they play all of their missing matches, they can get ahead of that duo and we can watch a bigger competition between Arsenal and Tottenham maybe. But it is still hard to be sure about something. Because none of these teams are very consistent these days.
It might appear to be so for Arsenal but when you look at Tottenham, the chances that they might advance above Manchester United in the league table are pretty small. We can say this for West Ham United but its more unlikely to be the case for Manchester United. Spurs haven't been a very consistent team, just as Manchester United but, when they win these days, it comes with a good goal margin.

It's been a while since Arsenal made it to the top four and with Manchester United's performance this season, I think Arsenal just found there ticket to the UCL.

Arsenal have 3 games in hand with 45 points currently which means the maximum points that they could earned are 54pts while manchester united and west ham sitting at 4th and 5th with 47 & 45pts.
Huge advantage for arsenal who will have to face watford , leicester and liverpool.

Realistically they would beat watford , get a draw with leicester and losing to liverpool , 4 points realistically which it's still bring them to the top 4.
Tottenham Hotspur look favourite for the top four but they are not consistent enough to be there, I think arsenal will occupy that position, the look more discipline and consistent than Tottenham, with correct form I think west ham are the second favourite for that 4th position, Tottenham are kinda like Manchester United they are not reliable even if they have the better squad than  arsenal and West ham.

Join hands and help me to grow everybody...
Well, you can't blame anyone and especially goalkeepers for missing a penalty. Everyone is under huge pressure and after 11 rounds things get worse..

Yeah that's for sure. I also understand that but you know some guys or trolls never stop it... They always mock whatever chance they get. Still I would say well played Chelsea and Liverpool. We don't see such an entertaining and thrilling cup final that often..
There will always be heavy pressure, especially for Kepa, who is indeed a kick that can be said to be the last executioner for Chelsea and on the other hand he also has to withstand kicks from Liverpool players.
and I quite agree with what you said, no one is to blame for this and Chelsea and the fans have to understand about that because this is also not a wish because everyone wants to win but on the other hand in two teams playing there has to be a winner and someone has to win. the loser
Truth be told I don't see any reason why people should call Kepa all sorts of names because he missed a decisive penalty kick, what I don't understand is the reason behind Mendy's change before the penalty kick. Is it that Mendy does not know how to keep penalties or he was tired and needed some rest? This same Mendy helped his country Senegal to win the just concluded AFCON through penalty kick.

West Ham United for me, already have a great season. Not many foresaw this incredible run they have had this season but again we all know the beauty of league competition is its marathon nature. It's never how fast you start the race, it is the ability to maintain the momentum. Arsenal obviously started slowly but are fast becoming the favorite to clinch the 4th place. Again, experience is coming handy in the race for top 4 and this where West Ham is deficient but not withstanding, if they keep winning games they might as well get it.
West Ham's journey this season in the Premier League has been pretty good. They had been in the top 4 for several weeks before finally being knocked out by Manchester United. West Ham might drop another level or two to 6th or 7th if Arsenal and Tottenham get points in some of the postponed games. This is most likely in my opinion.

What really surprised me was the relegation team's struggle to stay in the Premier League next season. If previously Newcastle United had never won a match, then in the last 7 matches they have shown good ability and performance. Newcastle United have won 4 of their last 7 matches where 3 of them ended in a draw. Now they have found a way to get out of the relegation zone and have a chance to enter the top 10. However, considering that some teams in the relegation zone have only played 24 matches, then there is always the possibility of Newcastle falling back into the relegation zone again.
according to my prediction, arsenal is more profitable than their rivals, such as manchester united, totenham and westham, because arsenal only played 24 matches, even though westham won over the wolves last night, but westham's chances of getting a ticket to the league champion are very difficult, because westham is still unable to compete with top teams,
according to my prediction the 4 clubs that are entitled to get champions league tickets are
manchester city,
liferpol,
chelsea,
arsenal,
and totenham in fifth place, manchester united in sixth place and westham in seventh place..

Manchester United may still have good chances from the upcoming matches that is if their score more goals, they have played 27 matches won 8 out of this matches but with few goal sores which have made their points on the table to drop, but if more goals are scored in future matches it will go a long way to push the clubs up a little on the table.

Their performance will not change if their team didn't cooperate well. I dont think their bad performance because of their manager, but that's all about the teamwork of the players and the weakness of manager can't find the players who have bad attitude and disturb teamwork. I prefer if Xavi can be hired by the management because He proofed that Barcelona can play well although they have a bad internal issue.

This year is going to be a nightmare for Manchester United. They are experiencing unexpected loss of points and this situation has now annoyed the fans. Fans expect a lot of goals and win every match.

Manchester United always get it wrong with their coach choices, why go ahead with appointing Ralf Rangnick when the previous caretaker was doing well. After the sack of Ole the new caretaker did well in the few games he played. If I were in Manchester united, we would have kept him instead of going to hire a journalist because that's what Ralf Rangnick looks like to me. He isn't playing any style if you watch united play. Games he should be resting Rinaldo, he plays him. Don't he understands Christino is old and shoudn't be playing all 90mins of the game.

Manchester united has wasted all their chances against the smaller teams and now have to play the big boys which is going to be difficult for them. Although all hopes aren't lost as its unlikely for united to lose all the games. They would be a big decider in who wins the league and makes top 4 because they have the like of Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal etc to play.

I agree with the difficulty of the teams that Manchester United are competing for fourth place in the league. It seems difficult for Manchester United to achieve this. I hope they succeed because I want to watch them at UCL. Supplements towards the year will be important. They will need to strengthen the defensive line. Although Cristiano is 37 years old, he still plays with performance. It easily takes 90 minutes. Maybe that's why Rangnick pitches him in the starting lineup.

West Ham managed to get a win, and they are trying to at least maintain their current position in 5th place in the standings. But Arsenal continued to follow with the acquisition of the same points, which is 45. But Arsenal really benefited from their remaining matches, which was 3 matches. If they are able to maximize all three, 9 points are already in hand, that means they can shift West Ham and also Manchester United.

Actually they are currently in the middle of a good second season for them.
The 2019/2020 season they are in 16th position and the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 season they managed to make their game very good and it can even be said this season a lot of people say that Westham is one of the dark horse clubs.
But maybe this season they are also likely to finish in the same position as before, which is in position 6 because most likely positions 4 and 5 will be filled by MU and Arsenal.

Maybe Rangnick using a different strategy to on-front players for not giving a ball to Ronaldo if they have the opportunity to shoot on goals.
If Rangnick really uses the strategy as you said, I think it is a big mistake. Ronaldo is a goal machine in every team he played, just look at how many goals he scored every season previously. It is very unfortunate if Rangnick doesn't want to take advantage of the big skills owned by Ronaldo in making scores. One of the reasons to bring Ronaldo to Man United is to have an experienced central forward in making goals. Ronaldo is a perfect central forward to make many goals for Man United. Now, it is about how to deliver good assists to Ronaldo, then he can be easier to make goals.

I think label with goal machine for Cristiano Ronaldo on very team he played have been over and now is not his era any more. With over age almost 38 years old Primer League ia not as matching competition for him, need full working if want to be success on Primer League not only asking for creating goal, Cristiano Ronaldo need to help his friend team how can keep help on defensive area. I tjink with Cristiano Ronaldo present close for young player ahow their talent and scoring goal for Manchester United.
The truth is Ronaldo is not as fast and clinical like he was few years ago. The Ronaldo of today do miss a "sitter" quite easily and that is unlike him. Lets not mention his free kicks and ofcourse his penalty of late.
I still believe Ronaldo is obviously better that many central forward and would be good at it with united but the problem is Manchester united is not like City who got players that can really give good passes consistently.

Manchester united have not been convincing this season so far and I don't think they are a high scoring side. They seemingly have players who can score goals no doubt but they fall below the bar on game days.
There is a problem at Manchester united and it is worse because the club don't know what it is really and are quick to look for a scapegoat. The game against Watford just summed up the performance of United season so far. Making top 4 will be a miracle if they keep playing like this.

It came to my notice that the coach of Leeds United has been sacked by the club.
To me he's been a big impact to the young lads and the entire fans and team, from the championships down to the first season in the premier league... I'll always remember him with sipping coffee while squatting.
I think huge losses from Manchester United, Liverpool and Leeds United didn't cost him he's job but loss of key players when he needed them they had injuries, he has to go because results are nothing getting better.
Good luck to him ahead.

The Carabao Cup was one of its kind after a tough struggle between Chelsea and Liverpool which ended in a goal less draw and resulted to a 10-11 penalty shoot out giving Liverpool a well deserved win. Liverpool made the game an interesting one afterall. No one will deny Liverpool deserve what the got they play for a straight win but luckily the won through penalty shoot out

Surprisingly, despite the zero score of regular and extra time, it was one of the brightest cup matches. It was clear from the game that both teams wanted this trophy, but in the end everything had to be decided in the lottery. By the way, the penalty shootout also came out amazing - 20 hits without a single miss. Considering that the average penalty conversion rate is just above 75%, this is a very rare result.

Manchester United getting things bad game after game, the job if Rangnick was at list to finish top four.
I think Manchester United are below standard, an overhaul needs to be done and scrap the full team.
I don't see them hungry for success, such a dull team, a high profile player will come and gets he's playing style below good.
True, even though they are in the top 5 of the standings, their performance is far from expectations. Their game starting from the back, middle and front is nothing promising. I see only goalkeepers who have the best performance so far.
Manchester United has long lost its fangs, even against small teams can not get satisfactory results.

I'm pretty sure about one thing that there is no way Manchester United are pulling away from the other teams by holding the fourth place in the standings. Because they still make very simple mistakes and lose points against teams that are not too hard to beat. Watford were among them but it ended in a goalless draw. Manchester United had so many dangerous attacks in fact but all of them ended sadly for them. They have many capable players as for scoring but they still can have this kind of problems now. This must be really annoying.
I am also surprised by the Man United players who have very good goal-scoring qualities, but couldn't score a single goal against a weak team like
Watford. If we look at the statistics of the match where Man United controlled the ball up to 68% and managed to take a kick up to 22 times.
This proves the Man United players did not work hard when facing Watford, Man United players should show their motivation to be able to win
the game, considering that Man United need a lot of points to fight for 4th place. But they threw away the opportunity when they faced Watford,
and that's a very disappointing thing especially for his supporters. If we look at Man United's performance against Watford, I am increasingly pessimistic
that they will be able to compete for the 4th position. Looks like Man United have to prepare not to play in the Champions League next season,
if they don't improve their form soon in the remaining games of the season.
You said it all, maybe Manchester United play didn't take the game serious. Manchester United Is so big to have struggled to score Watford and in all they still didn't score any goal.any game that Manchester United takes serious you would know by there performance , that of yesterday not taking very serious at all that's is why it ended like. The only luck Manchester United had is that Watford did score goals.

Not only did they not take Watford seriously, Man United had problems with teamwork. Most Man United players are very selfish when they
enter the penalty box, they will force a kick, although there are other players whose positions are vacant. So we can see when facing Watford,
Man United's shot reached 22 times, but only 3 times towards goal. If Man United does not change their playing style, it will be difficult to win.
Whereas in March Man United will face strong teams, such as Man City, Tottenham and Liverpool. Not to mention that Man United will face Atletico
in the second leg of the Champions League. Man United should have won against a weak team like Watford and didn't throw away points by failing
to win against Watford. Now Man United have to prepare to drop a lot of points going into March, having to face 4 very tough match, I predict that
from the 4 matches played by Man United in March, maybe only one match was won by Man United.

What a great cup final yesterday - nervewracking for the fans of both clubs but fantastic for the general audience.

I am really thrilled that we won, even if it is 'just' a Mickey Mouse cup. I'm also really happy for Kelleher - he's a terrific goalie.

What to say about Kepa? Horrible penalty performance, and Mendy was their Man of the match. I would have never taken him off.
