Harry Kane finally scored in the Premier League today after giving a very long break. This was his second goal in this season of the league. And he missed some other big goal chances too. He could have even made a hat-trick. And I really liked Tottenham in this game. They were so eager to win but Liverpool managed to keep the score at 2-2 till the end. I appreciate the performances of both teams.
One of the most exciting things today was the victory for Manchester City and the failure of Chelsea and Liverpool to get maximum point. Manchester City won the match as expected because from the start I was sure they could do well even with goals above 3. Meanwhile Chelsea and Liverpool had to reap less than satisfactory results where both games ended in a draw and that's good because now Manchester City can be a bit more comfortable at the top of the standings.
But the most important thing right now is that there aren't many match postponed even though there seems to be an increase in cases of covid 19. I hope that next week there will also be no postponed , so we can enjoy some other interesting matches for the top teams in the English league.

I was really delighted with the Tottenham - Liverpool game today. I was hoping for a very competitive game and I got what I wanted. Both halves were really delightful watch. I really like to watch Conte's Tottenham. It is like something has changed about this team in a short time. They started playing much more bravely and this is helping them getting nice results. They would have really defeated Liverpool here but it ended in a 2-2 draw. Tottenham couldn't benefit from many more chances too. And of course, both teams played very great.
Another point loss from Chelsea. The match with Wolverhampton ended in a goalless draw. Liverpool drew 2-2 with Tottenham. Robertson was left out of the game with a red card. Manchester City beat Newcastle United 4-0. With this result, City increased the points gap with Liverpool to 3 points. Chelsea are 6 points behind Manchester City.

There is nothing shameful about getting a red card. The rules of soccer is if you miss the ball don't miss the legs. Getting a red card to save an expensive defeat is non negotiable. Both team gave in their best. I'm glad Tottenham was able to hold down Liverpool at least. I have been observing Chelsea in their last 2 matches. They are quite out of form. Last week, they played against Everton, it was supposed to be an easy winning for them. But, they ended the game with 1-1 draw. Despite dominating with 81% ball possession, with a total of 10 shot on target. Still they couldn't win. Today also, Chelsea played against Wolves, and got another draw. Although, Wolves had a solid defence, which made Chelsea unable to score.
