[...] I'm saying all these because Arsenal are the only team many are tipping and seeing as the next EPL champions so if they don't do the needful then they should forget about trying to win the league title and they should never forget also that Kai Havertz can't get the Gunners 20+ goals next season, he might but we're not certain at all that's if Arteta is relying on him to do so.

The favorites to win the league title next season are Manchester City, Arsenal are in second place, followed by Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United & Tottenham. The league hasn't started yet, so we can't say that Kai Havertz won't do anything for Arsenal in the coming season. In the match against Bayer Leverkusen, he got the highest rating than anyone else, can't say anything, but it seems he has been quite consistent in the last 2 friendly matches.

Speaking of teams to win the league title and you included Man UTD (very laughable), Chelsea and even Tottenham? What is the assurance that Chelsea can even make it to the top 4 position of the log come next season? I don't want to say much about Tottenham Hotspur because we hardly see much from them and is like the pre-season games doesn't concern them in any way to rate their performance but I can say they may finish outside the top 4 like 5th or 6th but not Chelsea who have been all over the news with their poor defense and their poor selection of players in the transfer market.
Let's say Kai Havertz can deliver but what if injury comes in what are the plans to cover that open spot? Arsenal only recruit backnups for the midfield defense but not the wing and attack so what's going to happen if something went wrong? See the money Pep Guardiola got from selling Alvarez, I believe he has something big as a replacement for that deal and we'll get to see the surprise he has for every club in the EPL, even if he never got any player this transfer window I believe he must make sure the team is completely balanced, so I can't picture Arteta edging up with Pep Guardiola with this squad without a striker.

Arsenal went on to run Alonso's men street with a 4-1 win and I believe everyone has been talking and praising the Gunners for winning that game and not only that but made the Leverkusen side to suffer their second defeat since they went about business demolishing any team that comes their way. Good game but I still don't find this winning convincing at all, they need to do more than that, I mean the Arsenal side, if they don't have a complete squad then next season is going to be a repeat of last season's failure to win the league and the one before.
No issues with how they're playing with the ball, the movement and all that but if they don't get someone who can get them greater opportunity to compete for the title I mean a good striker then Pep Guardiola would be another champion and Haaland will continue dominating the other strikers by winning the Golden Boot in the EPL. I'm saying all these because Arsenal are the only team many are tipping and seeing as the next EPL champions so if they don't do the needful then they should forget about trying to win the league title and they should never forget also that Kai Havertz can't get the Gunners 20+ goals next season, he might but we're not certain at all that's if Arteta is relying on him to do so.
The victory over Leverkusen seems to have made Arsenal fans quite happy, but I hope they don't forget that the squad that Alonso fielded was not the main squad that won unbeaten last season, in that match Alonso only fielded a few of his main players so I think they didn't have good unity in facing the match, and goalkeeper Leverkusen, isn't he just a backup goalkeeper?
The game of both teams looked very good in that match and we admit that Arsenal were able to escape from the pressure that continued to be exerted by Leverkusen, Arsenal's attackers were able to destroy Leverkusen quite badly in the match.
In the Match, Jesus and Kai Havertz were able to score goals, but I hope that Arsenal will still they have to look for another striker now to support their goal productivity next season.
The friendly match can be a reference to see some weaknesses to be corrected, so Arteta should not be proud of this victory and instead focus on seeing their weaknesses before the league starts, in last season Arsenal had a pretty good team balance in defense, midfield and both wings, however In fact, they are not supported by a capable main striker and that it should be important note for arteta .

That's why the Gunners I mean the fans shouldn't be too excited about this whole Bayer Leverkusen victory because like playing your best against amateurs or under 16 players, you definitely get an easy win and that's what Arteta did, give out all his fire arms just to prove a point by winning, nothing is bad but being comfortable in this winning doesn't tell if they can beat Leverkusen in a very competitive game.
That's the thing with Arteta, always going for a player that is playing at a position he has no problem with, like midfielders here and there but you hardly hear of an attacker joining the group, is becoming a joke before we know it the transfer window has ended and they'll be without a striker and settle for either Kai Havertz as the main man or Gabriel Jesus.

With the state of the players at Chelsea, I don't expect him to start winning immediately. Also, he's a new coach who is still trying to find his feet and the pre-season is the time where he can experiment all he wants. Let the players Chelsea are signing not deceive you, that team is a mess. I can't really tell what's going on in that team.
They have a total of 45 first-team players in their squad, that's absurd. You'll think that's the worst of it but no. All those 45 players are a bunch of average players and many of them are young players even teenagers. Who runs a club like that? It would be that mad if this club spent little money in signing these players but they spent a billion+ in pounds to acquire those players and that is excluding the signings they made this window. I wonder how the fans are just so quiet about all of this.
Now they're about to spend about 40 million pounds or so on Samu Omorodion, a player that scored 8 goals last season. They way they do business is laughable.
45 first team players?! OMG! This is a shocker!! Roll Eyes.. should that even surprise you that they are average? Judging by the way they sign players on a whim, it's expected to know that most of them are average. For me it's even looking like one of the reasons Osimhen refused to come to Chelsea, that's asides  from the fact that they didn't make champions league competition. You can't be leaving a club who weren't able to qualify and go to another club that failed too, right?
Severally, I've said it that Chelsea don't need to sign many players, just go for the ones you need and pair them with the ones that are already there so they can create some form of bond and synergy as this also will help how the team performs.

Every team will continue to try like that this season so they can get good results right away when the season starts. Because in the Premier League there are still many strong teams that Arsenal need to pay attention to even though they themselves are trying to improve this season and can make a certain level of difficulty for all their rivals. But we also need to see how other teams develop from now on because in the Premier League there is always fierce competition that will be presented every season and the most consistent in winning their matches will be the team that challenges for the title like Manchester City did last season.
Besides City, there is also Liverpool, which is also showing very good results in the off-season, they are not yet perceived as worthy competitors, because they do not know what to expect from Slot, but what I see in friendly matches, I really like. We still have to get used to the fact that Klopp is no longer the coach of Liverpool, but if Liverpool has a good season, then they will quickly talk about his departure. I expect the main fight between these three teams, City, Liverpool and Arsenal.

It still feels like a dream to see Arsenal successfully slaughter Leverkusen with a landslide score and is this really the Arsenal we know? Grin

Even though this is only a pre-season match, the Gunners are so serious about being able to beat Leverkusen and I think this could be a good record after successfully beating last season's Bundesliga champions. Mikel Arteta must also be very happy with his team's performance in this match and it looks like he's fielding all of his main squad so they can win.

Mikel Arteta always have a good preseason and start of the season but find it  not so easy to make it throughout the season. I have been impressed with the results Arsenal are getting and how they're being doing their business. You can't find Arsenal in any controversy and only focus on playing the game. Arsenal is a bigger club than Leverkusen and should be efficient to beat them. Leverkusen just had a good season last season and not a very good club that no other team can beat. They already lost their unbeaten run hence they are not as unstopped as they were last season.

From the start the Arsenal team performed very convincingly, with every player creating a stir as they won the match with a big result. Because intensely they are succeeding this season, where unique team they are also very strong but this season has become a really reliable team. The results started their performance in a more efficient manner, while Leverkusen are a stronger team and have performed better than the Personal team has been able to by the strength of this season.

Arsenal looked very impressive, with very fast flowing football. Arsenal's target for this season will be to be better than last season which will include scoring the most goals, conceding the least, maintain the record for most clean sheets, keep players fit. If Arsenal are successfully able to do this, they will make things even harder for Manchester City as the season kicks off. One Arsenal player to look out for the new season is the 17 year old Myles Lewis-Skelly whose ball receiving ability is remarkable for a player his age and has been very good this preseason even against Bayer Leverkusen. He can develop into another star player.

Stupid signing by Chelsea, I'd rather choose to sign 30 years old striker that plays in the top teams instead of potential players that haven't prove anything. Chelsea is already full of potential players, they're lack of experienced users that's why Chelsea performance is really inconsistent.

Chelsea is really like gambling, first they gamble to sack Pochettino for Maresca, then they gamble to sign many potential players again.
I don't think it's a gamble but Chelsea want to build this team with many potential young players which means they want to build a team with a strong framework for the future and if that is their projection then it is natural that in the last few seasons Chelsea's performance will not be good and indeed basically building a football team cannot be done instantly, I think the steps taken by Chelsea now are quite right unless they replace/fire Enzo Maresca again.

Chelsea's new management does not really understand how to build a strong football team, they have made many mistakes in the last few seasons and maybe that is a valuable lesson so now they are trying to do things the other way around to build this team.
If Chelsea focus is building a team for the future, then they shouldn't be complaining and firing managers when the results are not coming now. You can't assemble boys that haven't gotten the experiences and you want them to be winning clubs like Manchester City and Arsenal, Liverpool included, also expect them to win trophies And qualify for Champions league, at the expense of clubs that has more matured and experience players. That's not possible, no wonder they were not very convincing during the preseason. They should expect to battle it out with clubs like Ipswich, Nottingham Forest, Southampton and clubs in those categories in finishing among top 10. My only pity is for Enzo Maresca who is going to be at the center of everything and be the one to receive all the blames. I have this conviction that his CV will get spoilt at Chelsea, because Chelsea will make him look like someone who doesn't know football management.

Without the appearance in the preseason I still admit that Arsenal will be ready to compete in the premier league later because Arteta is still very confident in his ambition to win the EPL title even though it looks very impossible to beat Manchester City.
If Arteta can continue to gain experience in getting second place in the last few seasons, Arteta should know what to do to help the club win the title.
Arsenal only need a little preparation to face every obstacle and also need the right strategy from the professional coach.
We'll see how Arsenal will perform in the new season whether he can give his best and be consistent as before.
Arsenal is a team that already has a fairly strong game framework, seen in the last two seasons they have performed quite well so the same thing is likely to happen next season and there is even a possibility that they can perform even better if you look at the progress of the team so far built by Arteta.

Arsenal and Manchester City are still the favorites to win the EPL title next season and I am also still quite optimistic that Arsenal can compete like last season at the top of the standings.
Arteta is a fairly successful coach at this time making the progress of the Arsenal team increasingly improving, so I think that is beyond doubt.

Two Premier League team today got pretty good win, first Arsenal with big win over Leverkusen who were able to score 4 goal and showed really satisfying game.
Arsenal game looked very different from some other pre-season matches and this was the only best match I saw from Arsenal during this pre-season.
They played very well for the first half until they had 3 goal advantage, indeed for the second half when there were changes to some players they looked like they had decreased in terms of attack but at least Arsenal still had good defense and were able to maintain their advantage.

In addition, there was also Aston Villa who played quite well with win over Atletico Bilbao.
I tried to choose BTTS in these two matches and indeed the chances for BTTS were quite good and could facilitate greater chance of winning in betting.

I pray Todd Boehly gives this manager a chance because it is difficult for a team to be transformed in a season.
I don't think Todd is one to give managers time, that is why i am worried for Maresca that he won't last longer than this season, though for his sake i wish i turn out to be wrong. Chelsea does not look like a team that will be successful this season, there are a lot of things that still needs fixing in their team and i don't think their new manager is the man to fix it. Chelsea's transfer business is appalling, they are not buying the right players for their team, and they are definitely going to struggle again this season.

Arsenal played very well yesterday against Bayer Leverkusen. I didn’t expect a high scoreline like that. I understand it’s a preseason friendly game but Arsenal took it personal. They’re a very good side. They have improved massively and are going about strengthening their squad ahead of the next season.

It's very clear now that Arsenal will still take a good lead in the next season, because they are doing a great work in this pre-season matches and they where able to defeated Bayer Leverkusen 4-1 to embraced victory from the match which many teams never achieve in this pre-season competition. I know that game can change either positive or negative but for Arsenal case, I don't think it will change negative when the season start, because they have perform well in all their pre-season matches which is the evidence many managements want to see from their managers to know how prepare they have prepared in this summer season. Even though Arsenal win all their pre-season matches, i don't think they can defeat Manchester city in the premier League competition to win the title, because Manchester city players are still very strong to repeat what happened last season to win the title again.
All thanks to the Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta. He has to earn his respect. At some point last season Arsenal became predictable. Even though they still pulled through, some teams set up to make life difficult for them. I think Arteta learned from it.

This term he is bringing all the forces of last season plus the surprise elements. The fact that they did not lose any key first team player and they got 1 or 2 new player(s) and academy promotions further strengthen the team's knit.

I strongly believe Arsenal will be better than last season. Manchester City are not really getting better, they are just a consistent world class team. So if they continue to close the gap, they will definitely surpass them. Also, I believe their experience in the last two campaigns will come in handy.

On the other hand, maybe Xabi Alonso freed his players here and didn't burden them all too much to achieve maximum results. Leverkusen certainly just wants their players to stay fit before the season starts and I think a defeat like this feels quite reasonable. It looks like Xabi Alonso also only fielded his reserve players and it's a stark contrast to what Arsenal did. In addition, Granit Xhaka was finally able to reunite against his former team and this was a fun match for him.

Well, for Alonso, this is the first defeat in friendly matches, I don't think Alonso wanted to play a match with Arsenal just to test a few new players, this could have been done with any team, and these are the last preparatory matches before the start of the season and here the coaches, in my opinion, put out lineups close to optimal, perhaps with the exception of a few positions in which they still have doubts. I think we will be able to see how strong Bayer is at the group stage of the Champions League, but after the Europa League final it was clear that Bayer is not as strong as expected.

The initial problem arose because Todd Boehly put too much pressure on Pochettino to immediately bring Chelsea to their best performance, but Pochettino could not fulfill this demand because it was impossible for him to do so in his first season. Now that the two parties have parted ways and Chelsea have found a new coach, perhaps the demands will return to Enzo Maresca, who is now Chelsea coach.

Todd Boehly expectations are too high, he wants something that a coach can't give in just one season. If it continues like this, Chelsea will have a hard time developing because the coach is working under pressure from management. It is not yet certain what Pochettino experienced will be felt by Enzo Maresca or not, but if Todd Boehly does not give the coach time, the possibility of another coaching change is very large.
I doubt that Maresca is capable of achieving more with Chelsea than Pochettino did. If Alex Ferguson said that he would like to see Pochettino as the Manchester United coach, then this is an indicator that he should be trusted more, but Boehly sees it his own way. I think he also wants only the best for the team and is trying to change something, hoping to find a coach who can make Chelsea a team that can become a champion. The Conference League is not the level that Boehly wants to see.
Apparently no one coach can succeed with Chelsea as long as Bowley is in charge of transfer policy, because sell how can a coach win if Bowley decided to sell Gallagher for 45 million and buy an unknown Omorodion for 45 million instead.
I don't think any coach with that kind of leadership can be successful. After the sacking of Pochettino last year it was very sad because Chelsea's failure was virtually predetermined. Pochettino was able to lead Chelsea out of the crisis that the team was in for almost 2 seasons, managed to unlock Palmer's potential and lead the team to the European Cup and then he was sacked at the end of the season, which seemed crazy, but apparently Pochettino knew that Bowley would again make transfers as he wanted, without taking into account the opinion of the coach and decided to leave himself, so as not to fail next season.

It seem Chelsea are not that prepared to start this season even though pre-season doesn't worth playing for but at least it shouldn't be the way they are playing it, they have had five pre seasons matches and they only won one and a draw, am not satisfied with this two matches because the both team are not upto Chelsea strength that why they are able to hold them. Celtic, Manchester city and Real Madrid won against Chelsea and this are the kind of team Chelsea will be playing with throughout the competitions, they will have their last pre season match against inter Milan l hope the can be able to fix all their problems before start the Premier League match against the champion Manchester City.
