Manchester Utd beat Aston Villa 2-1 last night. I enjoyed watching it. After Manchester Utd brought the score to 2-1, they had so many chances to score but they couldn't make use of them. Jack Grealish is under the radar of Manchester Utd and he played good in this match too (He got 1 assist).

Everton losing to West Ham is a disastor to them. I don't think they'll be able to join the European league if they kept this form. I also had expected better game from Manchester United in Old Trafford but a win is win and it's all that matters. These games are making a clear distinction between the top 2 teams and others. It's going to be a Liverpool vs Manchester United at the end.

Wooops.... What happens when you keep missing your chances to pile up more points? Your bitter rival will come knocking at your door hehe. There are still plenty of games left but it's nice to see top teams close to each other. Man City with two games at hand with 26 points, Tottenham with one game at hand with 26 points as well. Leicester and Chelsea aren't that far.

Sorry Everton and Villa fans but I don't think they have enough "stamina" to remain at the top of the table.

Sentiment apart Man Utd had really improved on their performances lately, the criticism that greeted their ouster from CL made them to be more aggressive and up their game, beating an improved Aston Villa is not mere feat and Solskjaer should be commended for a job well done, I believed they can as well be an EPL title contender if they can be consistent with their performance, its quite interesting to see EPL table becoming so close and tight in terms of points no room for complacency from the top 10 teams.

I guess not many in the forum though that United could be a title contender as only 8% saw that. Now it's going to be litt I like to see the rivalry between the two reds but not to mention that for the top 11 teams in the epl there's only 10points difference which is the same thing that makes EPL more exciting.

Oh yeah, bruno Fernandes is the first player to score a penalty in the English league in 2021 and jt was such a well deserving match victory for Manchester united, having hit the post couple of times and also forced Martinez to great saves.

Manchester united is getting away this season with VAR favor, luck, unnecessary extra time penalties, Aston deserve a point in this game there were situations were the ref could have done better, Var is killing the beautiful game I grew up watching football and knowing so well that the game is a contact game but now all I see is unnecessary diving just because someone touched you on the head or face.. sorry to say but the beautiful is getting out of sight. Well we all know how the standing would be after 25 games right now City is struggling with injuries and covid19 infected players, Liverpool went through the same route earlier this season with Mane and Salah out due to covid19 for several weeks, meanwhile Totteham and Chelsea are going through injury crises and fatigue, the league is full of surprises this season, Sheffield united entering the new year with zero win after their masterclass last season, United topping the league table with a game at hand... the end is near.

I was also quite surprised by the defeat experienced by Everton, even though Everton's performance was quite consistent in 2020.
But entering 2021 immediately made a surprise by losing to West Ham United. But this is what makes the Premier League interesting.
There are always surprising results, I hope Everton will learn from this defeat in order to improve the game in the next match.

Especially the defense line, don't let guard down, especially in the last minute. For Manchester United vs Aston Villa, now the match has

Leciester and Everton doing these magics from start because they done very good job in early days of this season but now they are going down very badly because they are some slopy for Manchester United they are doing some good job after exit from Champions League my feeling is now they will keep pressure on for next seasons Champions League spot with their current form run.

Nothing really happened and it was really boring . The match was dry and throughout the match, West Ham took advantage of their sloppy defence on the last minute and scored from that.
