Tottenham Vs Fulham
Newcastle vs Liverpool

Tonights matches in the Premier league tonight; with Tottenham aiming to get back into the top 4 contentions; while Liverpool will look to restore their 5 points lead at the top of the summit; I think both matches will end in a draw; What do you reckon ?
The Tottenham Vs Fulham game is postponed as i read but i believed the Liverpool need a winning in their todays game than before or else the Manchester united will overtake them to be the number one on the table so predicted the Newcastle vs Liverpool match to end with 1:3 with Liverpool claiming 3 point.

Yes, it looks like they have changed. In the past, I was pessimistic about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer because their results were bad, not consistent. In addition, many parties predict management will fire him. But now they have changed, they have a winning streak. When fighting with Wolves, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also good, he raises the position of pogba to help attack, besides that Bruno also becomes an actor for Rashford's winning goal. It seems that United depend on Bruno if he gets injured, this is dangerous. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must have an alternative.

Mourinho Tottenham hotspur defensive squad plays fulham at home tonight and it is unsure what to expect. Will Jose be parking the bus against a relegation threatened aide? Or play an attacking tactics? I suppose failure to beat fulham tonight could cause distraught in the spurs camp.

Meanwhile Liverpool face Newcastle away from home, with Liverpool side poor form on the road, perhaps a 1 all draw will be deserving
I put them both in the parlay for Tottenham and Liverpool won, I don't know if this will be another disappointment for me. But I'm pretty sure this moment will be the best moment for both of them to get 3 points and besides, seeing Liverpool's last away game against Crystal Palace what happened was Liverpool won 0-7.
I am also going with this parlay because these both teams doing good in away matches and they can win without any serious trouble today Mourinho will not go with his defensive tactics because fulham his struggling and they can win this match on other hand Liverpool is also good in away matches.
Tottenham vs Fulham match has been called off already almost 18 people tested positive read more here https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/55420342 I think the league should be pause for now.
I would have like watch how Fulham a relegation battling team tackling and  playing against a more defensive Tottenham minded side who plays counter attacking football with Son and Kane.

So keep waiting, because the game has been delayed due to an outbreak of COVID-19.

Unfortunately, this is already the third game postponed this season and I believe it will not be the last, since now the teams need to do two weekly tests.
Thankfully, this is a quiet game between a team that is at the top of the table and another that is being demoted, otherwise, the impact of the postponement could cause more wear.

Leeds have good attacking players and West Brom are a side with not so good defensive line. We already saw how poor their defenders performed in their match against Leeds United yesterday. But they perform good when it comes to face against big teams like Liverpool, City and so. Well you have to have same momentum going against all the teams if you have to stay in PL.
I have seen that one of the brightest players this season for Leeds United is Patrick Bamford who currently has scored 10 goals. Having productive players in the team will be very beneficial because I think it will help the team have a better fighting spirit to win every game. Leeds United deserve to be reckoned with as a team that can get big teams into trouble when competing. Even though it will be difficult to win the match, their attack line is quite dangerous for the opponent.

What was really surprising was Leeds United trashing WestBrom with five goals. A feat where everyone thought Liverpool would do but only could only managed a draw.

🚫Tottenham and Fulham match has been postponed after Fulham hit with massive Covid-19 outbreak among players and staff. 🚫
That's a bummer I hope there will be less infection among other teams so we don't get these types off calling off matches just a sudden.

I lost 3 players in my fpl team this gameweek I had son as captain fortunately I have Bruno as VC.

The importance of "a win is a win" is probably more felt by all teams with the back-to-back matches they have to deal with. It doesn't matter if it's a narrow or an ugly win. What was really surprising was Leeds United trashing WestBrom with five goals. A feat where everyone thought Liverpool would do but only could only managed a draw.

Tottenham vs. Fulham and Newcastle vs. Liverpool will close out matchday 16 and the year 2020. Will we see another draw?

With Matip also out for a longer period of time, I'm really interested to see how Liverpool's defence will line up tonight. Fabinho will certainly be one of the CB's, he'll probably play alongside Rhys Williams who had a bad game against WBA. An alternative is to play Henderson there, but then Liverpool have a gap to fill in the holding position.

After Matip's injury, I expect us to sign a centre-back during the winter. I can't recall a club having their first 3 centreback options out for the bigger part of the season. City had some problems there at the beginning of last season, but nowhere near as serious as this.

I'm truly amazed we're still in the 1st place.

Iiiinteresting from a neutral's perspective.  I find myself kinda rooting for United, tho I love Klopp.  I think I just wanna feel something good for the game in the covid era.  I don't feel as excited every match week anymore.

Also guys is true that the English federation is considering stopping the League for the Covid Outbreak?
I don't think the English Federation will postpone the league as this wave is better than what the league faced in the last season.

Its kicking off bad in the UK.

The information doesn't seem to get through very fast.

As a parent the school is expecting to be open. But the Italian media said uk schools are going to close too.

All the Christmas cases have yet to be realised.

They knew it was a risk telling people Christmas will be OK.

I wont be surprised by a fire break or some alternate plan. They already have tests, what about core team vaccinations.

Money wise the incentive is there to solve it somehow

How many years had we not had Manchester United in this position at this point of the season?  Huh
I don't know when Manchester United held the second position on the Premier League table in new year holidays but the latest season they ended in a second position is in 2017-2018 season and they were managed by Jose Mourinho.

It really is Smiley

Some groups are starting to form though. Everyone from Southampton up, that big group of teams on 26 points, are in the top group. Then there's a 'mid-table' group forming from West Ham to Burnley. Finally the bottom four seem to be slowly being cut adrift now, a clear points gap, and games played gap, between Brighton and Burnley. Note also that none of the bottom four have won in their last five games. It's also looking fairly likely that Palace will drift into that bottom group before too long.

Yes, they really make it happens, come back to compete for the title. This is not surprising, but not all clubs can come back as Man United did. I think the coach and all players of Man United now will keep the dream to win the trophy again. Man United only needs a few points to pass Liverpool on the top of the standings. Matchday 19 will be a crucial match because Man United will against Liverpool away. If Man United wins the match, they will be in the first position on the table.

And I don't think United can even hold ground on their second position. For a recap, we had Everton at the top of the league for a while, then they fell off to middle-spot levels and until recently we had Spurs take over the lead and now they're following a similar trajectory as Everton. I don't see anything different with United.

The truth is (my bias aside), Klopp's men are too much to overcome even with Man United's crack squad of forwards. You have a hungry Everton and Leicester who are both just one point away from overtaking United. Everton in particular is playing against West Ham on Friday so this is an easy win for them and already United is knocked to #3. The rest of the league is as <=26 points, so while United's not going to fall off from Champions League spots anytime soon, they're definitely will not be able to get the title this season.

i don't know about stopping it, but i read that they could pause the league for two weeks because of covid concerns, maybe they would stop it if things kept getting worse, i don't think they would though.
Its better they stop the league now because of concern in the growing numbers of infected players while some clubs might welcome the idea others whose team might have pick form lately might kick against it,  Sam Allardyce West Brom manager wants a break too link: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/55480666 personally I think it should be pause because of the health of the players and officials should be the priority now, congratulations to Man Utd for being among the title challenger having improved tremendously and picked form lately I hope they could be consistent with their performance.
