Leicester city could have won the match but the penalty missed by the Nigeria superstar Iheanacho K. at 19' minute gave them a slight drop down. This just made me think that Vardy might be in an injury from the last match(not sure), because he is the only penalty kicker in Lei.

I followed a little Chelsea and saw Giroud's goal, I expected them to score another or at least keep their goal clean but they failed so far, again.. Many bad results lately won't make them a serious contender for the title..

Aston villa has done really well this season. From giving inflicting Liverpool with their biggest defeat till date to recent wins to maintain their form, it's been an impressive run thus far. Coming from a team that was almost relegated last season, it's such a good improvement. As for Chelsea, their performance woes is becoming more and more evident. They couldn't get more goals to increase their lead and also couldn't take back the lead. Looking at the difference in quality between the sides, it's such a shame.

Between yesterday and today, There's been 5 draws out of the 6th PL fixtures. Damn.

don't worry. Unfortunately, that's how it has gone for many teams. Several matches could not be played because of the pandemic, also many players from various teams could not play because they were positive. We just have to arm ourselves with a lot of patience for now.

I agree Tottenham's performance has gotten worse since the draw with Crystal Palace, it's been the last 4 Premier League games without a win.
This is because Mourinho is a figure who always plays negative and boring football, with defensive tactics and rely on counter attacks to score goals.
But this tactic is already known by many teams in the Premier League, therefore I agree that Mourinho should try to change his tactics. Moreover,
the quality of Tottenham's players is quite good and supportive to be able to display attacking football. If Mourinho doesn't want to change his tactics,
I doubt Tottenham can enter the Champions League next season.

Premier League since yesterday has recorded only 1 win and 5 both team score draws from 27th - 28th and it must have been a disappointing match day for win gamblers. Chelsea on the other hand has failed to utilize there chance to advance on the EPL table once more, another sad one from Lampard.

Mean while, its been reported that the Everton vs Manchester city game was postponed for obvious covid19 infection amongst city players and officials to add to its already 4 confirmed cases after chrismas. The fixture of the match is yet to be decided.

Looking at the newly discovered mutant strain of Covid19 in London (England) that tends to spread faster and the attitude of Londoners towards covid19 principles, we just might not have seen the end of a match postponement just yet.

Its going to end with a draw it seems. I had Chelsea to win 1-0 on superbru and I swear this happens to me most of the time. Everytime I think Im good enough with my score prediction, it ended up with unexpected.

Aston Villa is really The Dark Horse of this season. They will take the 5th place in the leaderboard if this ended up with a draw. Aston Villa managed seems to be going back to its good form right now , wasnt expecting it to be honest. Next match is going to be Aston Villa and Manchester United, tough choice here. I would normally go for Manchester United but I would need to reconsider this option after their match with Chelsea

CHO has been the best player upfront for Chelsea his movements with and without the ball is class, his ability to fly in unexpected crosses is what Aston Villa is yet to figured out on the RW. Kante on the other hand has been remarkable close marking Jack.Grelish out his comfort zone thus shutting Watkins movements.

Chilwell is getting back to where he left it earlier this season the link between him and Giroud is remarkable. I was surprise to see Apzi, Christensen and Rudiger starting together against dangerous Aston Villa... All eyes on them.

Giroud scored the first goal for Chelsea. Regardless of how the game will end today, I think the probability is high that Thomas Tuchel (former PSG coach) will be introduced as the new Chelsea coach in the next few days. Lampard does not yet have the format for such a big club.

Have to agree as a Spurs fan. I love them all and I know there is not a single fan who has ill feelings about Son and Kane but we have been relying too much on them, for 3 seasons already now. We saw the cracks happen when either one is ill or injured or like Son when he was on National Service.

But we keep forcing them to bring us the goals and points.

There was a match between Crystal Palace and Leicester this evening. Crystal Palace conceded 10 goals and scored none in their last two matches before this match. They hoped getting at least one point here and they got it. But I don't think that they deserved that point. Because Leicester were too dominant in both halves of the match. They did whatever they can but couldn't get the win.

Chelsea must win here against Aston Villa after they lost match against Arsenal just few days ago, and h2h suggest they will win today especially if we know that Villa is missing some players because of red cards and injuries.
