I hope this season doesn’t get stopped, lots of players contracting COVID on international duty. It was so dumb to play international games in a global pandemic, total greed by FIFA/UEFA.
Too many problems and Covid-19 cases are going to hurt league matches as well really big shit by these big FIFA/UEFA for personal sack even this all is not going to help any one.

I think it’ll still be one of those two teams to win the title. Wait until the other teams start picking up injuries, they won’t be able to cope. Liverpool & Man City have much better squads than the others.

Squads dont really win the Premier League trophy, strategy does . In fact Leicester won it years agp by having only decent squad if you compare them with most top teams in Premier League. For this season, its hard to say which team is really going to win the title because only 8 games played so far out of 38 games in total.

At the moment, there are only small differences in points throughout teams on the 1st to 6th position and one mistake would literally slip them away from  getting top position on the league

Consistency comes with playing with the same guys in training and on matches.

Some new players are definitely needed to fit in the team. Otherwise the strategy wouldnt differ much from last season which is why some team insisted on bringing new faces or else they wont improve further with the same squad

I dont know how many games would have been paid by January but I think it will be difficult to tell now until then. The top teams are losing their best players to injury and Covid, the point between team are still small. No perfect team and all team had their loss, some team even has a disgracing loss like the Manchester teams and Liverpool but they were able to recover so fast.

I don't see a clear favourite in that game against Leicester and it's pretty hard to pick a side (especially when you don't know who else is gonna get injured for Liverpool during this weeks internationals  Roll Eyes ) Pretty sure it will be hard for a newly formed Liverpool defense against Vardy and Co. So I guess we'll see goal(s) on both side.
I have a feeling both might play it safe [if their final formations would be close to "this one"] with the hopes of getting something in counter-attacks...
- I'm predicting a draw with both teams to score [not betting though].

Well, when I know my defense is the a bit shaky and probably the weakest part of the team atm, I wouldn't try to play it safe but trust on my good offense. That's why I am expecting/hoping to see quite some goals in that match. But that's just my opinion and it could very well end in a draw at the end. .

This season looks like it is open for surprises. There are different teams that play better than many big clubs in the league this year. My favorite team for the championship are Liverpool again. But there is a possibility that we can see a different team (than Liverpool and Manchester City) to be champions this time.
Looking with Liverpool team right now I confused to favorite THE KOPS become the championship this year because he loss many player right now, after miss Virgil van Dijk for one season, now they have miss with Alexander Arnold, Robertson, Joe Gomez and miss with Mohammad Salah as forward after positive covid 19, now Liverpool have to try how to build new team without great player exactly on defender because almost great Liverpool player miss more than one or two months, will Liverpool keep staying with this situation looking on next month have many match and Liverpool still have left match on champion league. Maybe Chelsea become second favorite after win last three match and their new player have show how best their quality like Thiago Silva, Ziyech, arner and  Kai Havertz.

Manchester City miss the constant which Liverpool has. They have a lot of up and downs during a season which greatly limit their chances to become Champions this year. They need to be consistent and win the majority of the games and above all to not waste points with the so called smaller teams.Until they fix this chances for them are really low to win the title this year.

Remember also that City have a wider squad, which is generally good for a big team that wants to challenge on many competitions,,, but it does not give them the sort of team cohesiveness that Liverpool (or even Spurs did 2 seasons ago which showed us why we beat City in UCL).

Consistency comes with playing with the same guys in training and on matches.

There are many people who believe in Manchester City to be the champion this season. But I think the chances are not so high. They are doing good in the Champions League. But they don't have the same performance in the league so far. They still look like having problems. They play dominant in the matches most of the time but they are having difficulty on scoring multiple goals (e.g. Sheffield Utd-Man City). If they continue losing points in the next weeks, their chance will be very low. Liverpool are not like the last season (of course they were playing extraordinary then) but they are playing very nice this season too. I think they have the highest chance to win the league.

Manchester United at the bottom of the table along with other united teams like west ham UNITED 12th , newcastle UNITED 13th, Manchester UNITED 14th and Leeds UNITED 15th .

I'm interested in the Manchester City match against Tottenham Hotspur. It looks like this will attract Tottenham to have a good mentality. Meanwhile, Manchester City still can't seem to play aguero. In addition, Raheem Sterling is reported to have injured a leg muscle cramp while with England, so he missed England's match against Iceland next Thursday, so i think Manchester City without him in this match . Their last match history is 2-2.
As much as I hate saying this, odds are in Tottenham's favor on this one.

As a Gunner, I'm not having my hopes up for our game against Leeds Sad

I am waiting for the resume of Premier League after Nation matches. Remember to keep your eyes on injuries or suspended players.

Really? Manchester City did not do anything good to build up their stronger defense and the weaknesses of defense can bring damage to their performance in the all season. Please don't forget about this season is a very weird season with many strange clubs jump into the top positions, flips happen every week.

Spurs with Mr Special could not be underestimated. They are strong in attacks and with Mr Special and his second season in Spurs, their defense will be better. They can fight for the title and their strength will be better if Bale can come back in the rest of season.

I think the Leicester City vs Liverpool's match will depend on the performance of the young defenders of Liverpool. Liverpool will win if their defender plays well, Liverpool will lose if they fail. We’ve seen Leicester’s match this season. They play attacking football. I think they believe that attacking is the best defense. I am also very excited about the match between Leicester City and Liverpool.

Is it already known who will play in their defence on Sunday? Maybe we'll see van den Berg?

This season is really a mess , but since i always wish about to have underdogs teams beating the giants and stay on top even to win the premier league then i think this mess could be the best opportunity ever , just look at how Manchester and arsenal now stay at 10th and 11th on the table and Manchester United at the bottom of the table along with other united teams like west ham UNITED 12th , newcastle UNITED 13th, Manchester UNITED 14th and Leeds UNITED 15th .
United teams are really united at the bottom of the league lol.
Maybe this season is very different from previous season where we can see that there are only big teams who are in the top 4 of the standing. The Manchester City that I am proud of are still not showing their capacity as a star-studded team with an experienced coach. Really, this season has had a different flavor in the Premier League because we are always surprised by unexpected result. Covid is a factor in the chaos in my opinion.
Yes in current season we are going to watch some very different flavours because we have one very serious issue which is hurting badly and its Covid-19 just because of this we have no best soccer from many teams and its going to bring soem surprises for us at the end of this season as we are going o complete this all with Covid and next could be some better.

We’ve been decimated by defensive injuries. This one though, I have a feeling the Scotland manager will have been in contact with Klopp. Robbo played a lot of games recently & then 90 minutes plus extra time. He did his job, Scotland reached their first major tournament for 22 years. I just think it’s been agreed for him to miss these silly internationals now incase he gets a serious injury. He probably does indeed have a tight hamstring but I think he’s being protected for both us & Scotland. After all he is no good to club or country injured.

He wasn't even on the bench, not sure what to think now. I really hope it was just a precaution, we really need him for the Leicester game. Can't seem to find any info regarding his health/availability though.

With Salah out due to COVID, I expect Mane will play right wing. Having Robertson fit and available would be a big boost, especially if we go with Jota on the left side.

That's a tough situation for Liverpool to break but honestly young defenders like Rhys Williams and Nathaniel Philips are really playing well. They have good opportunity to show some potential and make some playing room for themselves. Bit of tough opponents ahead as they face Leicester next and Atalanta in Champions League but I think they still have good chances of breaking them.
The international break has bad impact on Liverpool at this time, how not many Liverpool players have to be absent due to injuries such as Robertson and Mohammad Salah who are positive for Covid 19. It is getting tougher for Liverpool after losing Joe Gomez, Van Dijk, Thiago to Fabinho. It made Klopp even more dizzy, especially since the back line of all Liverpool players was injured starting from Alexander Alnord, Vand Dijk and finally Robertson injured after strengthening the national team. Kloop is very dizzy with the composition of the current players who cannot appear as a full team, especially now that Liverpool will have a lot of schedules, especially the increasingly tight primary League schedule.
Well i believe the odds for liverpool to win the league is now decreased with a lot of players will be missed in the next few liverpool matches.

And the next match Liverpool is going to play on Monday is against Leicester city in Anfield.
This is certainly a tough match for Liverpool, Salah also cannot play against Leicester, if in total, Liverpool lost 6 players due to injury and 1 due to COVID-19. Salah maybe able to join the team on November 28, even though Liverpool in terms of players can still hold Leicester, but for Leicester this is a good opportunity to maintain the top of the standings. Draw is a good results for Liverpool, but leicester will give all out performance to create at least 1 goal to bring 3 points.
Six main cast player have miss match for Liverpool will give bad impact because almost all of injury player is defender, from Arnold, Robertson and Van dijk, I think left back will replace by James Milner and who will replace for position left by Alexander Arnold? almost all primer league game liverpool never give chance for other player take place for left back and right back. now Kloop have looking his young player to get Arnold position or he will change some player with not his position like Milner become right or left back. Waiting on the weekend because still have FIFA match day and have chance to see new injury player for Liverpool because still have Jordan Henderson for England and Firmino to brazil.
