Liverpool have not been impressive this season, they eventually don't have hope of playing in the Champion League next season, no doubt they have achieved nothing this season. I think they have chances of getting into the Europe League next season, only if they will be able to beat Manchester United in their match today, with a 3 winning points today against Manchester United, they will slide into the 5th position and basically get qualified for the Europe League group stage next season.

I think the MU vs Liverpool match will go well, there is no commotion between MU fans and Liverpool fans, I am sure that, both on the field and outside the field. Their match will be Manchester United who will win to maintain their runner-up.

I honestly was very happy with this defeat, a pity that leicester also didn’t lose in the game against manchester united, if leicester had lost it would also be a very good thing because that would give liverpool more chance, today they will have game very difficult against Manchester united that lost against Leicester and today they will not want to accumulate their second consecutive defeat when playing against Liverrpool. i predict liverpool lost or drawn in that game against manchester united. unfortunately this season ended very badly for liverpool and there is nothing else they can do, they cannot even count on luck

Its unlikely to happen but Manchester United could still win the league if City lose all the remaining matches.
A little late ... but for some reason I was absolutely sure that no outcome of the upcoming matches would prevent Manchester City from becoming the champion, (although I would have preferred Liverpool to get the cup). And today, seeing that United lost to Leicester, and I remembered that City was only 11th in the rankings in Nov, so I would not be surprised if the cost of extending the contract with Guardiola is prohibitive.

It looks like we won't see another postponement for this match. Manchester Utd will want to open the gap with Leicester again. Because in the last game, Leicester defeated them 2-1 and decreased the gap to 4 points. Leicester will try their best to capture the 2nd position in the table. However, Liverpool are trying to be able to promote to the EL or the UCL. They are giving a big battle against many teams for that now. I think we will see both teams scoring at least one goal. But it's hard to predict the result.

Liverpool chances have been boosted after Chelsea loss as if they win their remaining 4 games that could be not missing out on UCL next season its not guaranteed because the goal difference between the three teams is close i hope that Manchester United will fancy their chances here to end Liverpool's faint hopes but their home form hasn't been anywhere near as good as their away form. so i think it will be an open game so lots of goals from both sides not sure who will be the winner i hope it will be Liverpool.

There has been some talk of another round of protests. I'm curious to see what will happen if the game has to be postponed again.
There is simply nowhere to put the game to, it would probably mean that Liverpool would be awarded with 3 points.
Still, I'm confident that the game will go through even if there will be additional protests. We really need these points and getting them without playing would be beneficial in general, but it's not how I want us to qualify. Let's prove them tonight that we deserve to be in the CL next season.

Honestly I do not care about that last position for champions league. If somehow west ham gets that it would be amazing for them because they are not a great team normally and people did not expected them to be at this place.
However at the end of the day if it is chelsea, if it is liverpool if it is tottenham which I think they are probably out already, it wouldn't matter. Sure it would be great for Liverpool to come back in and win at this late stage and they can go and that would make them happy a bit, but it is not about "hurrrayy we became 4th" because at the start of the season people were expecting them to become champions, the odds were quite high, they were second highest odds after city, look at how city was great this year and how we are talking about potentially being fourth for Liverpool. I thought Chelsea will take the spot, not West Ham. Liverpool will feel happy with the defeat of Chelsea. They have bigger hope for very late flippening against Chelsea. Chelsea will face Leicester 2 times next week, that is the FA Cup final and the 37th EPL match. I hope that today's defeat with the arsenal does not disturb the psychology of the Chelsea players and can win all the games going forward.

I think so too, where the city game last season was very bad and they couldn't win the English league, but al the results this year they were extraordinary, where the city players this year are very confident against other players for the sake of one by one they can. lost to the other teams, and in the end they were the ones who won the English league this season, congratulations to City.
