I would say Fullham has a good chance to actually make it to premier league. They are not a bad team and they like to play a team balanced game which is really what matters in these type of levels because you do not have superstars you can rely on. Sure there are players in all of these teams that are better than others, but none of them are players that could make a change hugely compared to superstars of big teams. This is why I believe there is a big chance that Fullham who plays the best team game between these teams (I think) would probably go up.

Cardiff will be a challenge and I thought Brentford would be better and beat Swansea but I guess if Fullham beats Cardiff, the next game could be easier for them as well if Brentford manages to fail this playoffs.
Yeah like Fullham had a full chance of the match at the end despite facing a pretty strong Cardiff but Fullham was able to overcome it, still that's how the match from Brendford and Swansea if Brendford wins then the chance for Fulham will be in vain.
But still in the final game this season will be quite interesting too, but it is very sad Watford must be in division 2 next season. Cry

I think that even the most optimistic LFC fans do not expect another season like this one.
Manchester City will strengthen heavily while Liverpool will not be spending much and City already has a team with more depth and balance.

I'd consider City to be slight favorites next season, no matter the huge points difference in this one. I hope Liverpool will be able to remain injury-free and in good form because they do not have as many options as City does.

I had exactly the same thoughts before this season started and Liverpool proved me wrong very quickly. Even when Liverpool started to run away with points I kept expecting them loose some points and City to apply pressure, never happened though.

City had bad spell when Laporte got injured. That says a lot about their defense, I don't consider Laporte as the top defender and he is by far the best defender they have. What happened with Stones? Otamendi is already old and was always a bit of hot head, Fernandihno is not a defender and he did the best he could, didn't watch Garcia enough to comment. They definitely need to bring at least one top central back to the squad, something like Liverpool did with Van Dijk.

I'm rooting for The Bees, they've been through so much shit over the years, it's time they get a taste of top flight glory. And i would love to see a West London derby in the final (Brentford - Fulham), just to give Brentford's promotion a more dramatic and epic significance once they achieve it (:

Btw, we're running out of games to bet on so I'll give the Championship playoffs a shot today: Fulham DNB at 1.65 odds

Cardiff at home are a fortress, but the Cottagers are a strong team when playing away

No I don't think Liverpool will dominate the next season like this one. Their inconsistency after the pause make me a little worried about this.
I am pretty sure after like 5-10 rounds the 1st and 2nd spot will be between Liverpool and City.

Finally the English Premiere League has come to an end.
It's a pity that Liverpool fans miss the Premiere League celebration due to the pandemic.
Anyway big congrats to Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea for qualifying for the Champions league next season.
It's not easy to be on top 4 of the league table in spite of covid-19 pandemic
all four teams above really prove they deserve to appear in the champions league...

Tottenham dumped it again. Surprised

Wolves had really tough opponents going for the European competition position while Spurs had a normal fixture. Still they came out with draw but confirmed their Europa league Qualification after they went past Wolves in terms of goal difference. Anyway there wouldn't be any questions asked about Mourinho's managing but I guess they went a bit lucky.

So who is going to be coming up?

my bet is for Cardiff, or broader who ever wins the duel between Cardiff and Fulham, Brentford showed in last few rounds that they do not have the nerves to join Premier league, and Swansea is not my pick for this play-off

it would be good to have one Welsh team in Premier, nevertheless

Bournemouth, Watford and Norwich city has relegated to league 1.
Don't relegate them right away to league one, that would be too much of a punishment if that's the case with Premier League.  Grin

It's going to be a tough grind for these teams but I hope they still have what it takes to qualify back.

What was your fav Premier League moment / game this season?
That one game I still can't forget is Watford beating Liverpool.

Glad Chelsea qualifed for the champions league next season as it would had just been sad signing the new players and taking them to the Europa which obviously we are bigger than as a club. Without doubt I knew we would easily defeat wolves which we did yesterday thanks to Mount and Giroud goals. Yesterday game proved the teams can do without Williams contributions (no disrespect to him) and also Kepa should take his leave.

I feel sad for Leicester as they should be paying in the champion league, especially after that awesome display against United until the penalty was given and that last minute goal from Lingard. Leicester lack of experience cost them their champions league slots as they missed a lot of clear scoring opportunity. It was a great game yesterday and a successful season for Chelsea, lets go win the FA cup to complete the celebration.

Sad to see them relegated but that's how it is. There are some very good players in those teams like Nathan Ake (Bournemouth), Duelofeu (Watford) , Sarr(Watford), Tod Cantwell (Norwich). I would still love to see them back in PL again if some PL team for next season makes a move on them. There are some rumours on Ake to City and many approaching Cantwell as well.

I wish there wasn't such a financial gulf between the premier league and the championship. It is really unfortunate that those teams that get relegated just seem to lose their best players immediately. The parachute payments are a lifeline, but even so... it is generally the case that whichever teams get promoted to the premier league really struggle in their first season there. I know Sheff Utd did well this year, and Wolves before that were a bit of an outlier... but Norwich and Villa this season were more representative of what normally happens. For Villa it must be seen as a triumph to finish 17th. I would hope the 3 teams that have gone down can hold onto some of their good players.

It was a good season ending in Premier League.
Aston Villa managed to stay in the league with a draw against West Ham.
Tottenham also qualified for Europa League with a draw.
Four big names are going to Champions League, champion Liverpool, Man City, Manchester .United and Chelsea.

Don't worry, next season is starting soon on September 12th 2020  Grin

Aston villa should be glad the made the cut. That win they got against Arsenal came in handy after all. It was unfortunate for both Watford and Bournemouth. They were some of the underdog teams that I liked... Watford in particular – I hope the club owners have learnt how unstable management can hurt a team's performance.

In other news, Congratulations to my Liverpool (My team). We ended the season in grand style with an away win at Newcastle's. While we didn't get to meet Mancity's 100 goal threshold (which is our fault by the way). I'm impressed with our overall performance this week. Congratulations to Chelsea and Man united for fighting till the end for UCL spot.  Sorry for Leicester, they had their chance and lost it.

What was your fav Premier League moment / game this season?

For me, Its Liverpool's 3 - 2 win against Man city.

Finally the Premier League this season ended too, as many people suspected, finally Leicester City was eliminated from the Champions
League spots. I appreciate Watford's efforts to try to win the match against Arsenal, but Arsenal are still too tough for Watford. For Chelsea
to look confident by playing attacking against Wolverhampton which ended with Chelsea's victory. Then the big match Leicester vs Manchester
United is indeed the most interesting for me, because fighting over the Champions League spots. But the quality of Manchester United's players
is much better, despite experiencing physical fatigue, but Manchester United able to win the match.

Well, the result of the matches I want to see today really fit with my previous prediction. See what! Both Man United and Chelsea can win the matches, then they are qualified for the champions league position. Let's see what they can do in the next champions league season, it is quite interesting to see. For me, these teams should improve their players if they want to survive long in the champions league. Maybe consider to buy some top players if it is possible.
Anyway, congrats both for Man United and Chelsea!!  Wink

Exciting matches indeed I watched Man utd vs Leicester, Arsenal vs Watford and Chelsea vs Wolves, the blues played an exciting game dominating and playing an attacking football showing that they mean business without allowing Wolves any chances and breathing space  Girioud was delightful to watch and bunch of other Chelsea players, Arsenal too live up to expectation however Watford really tried to win the match unfortunately they couldn't withstand the attacking prowess of the gunners while Leicester really played to my satisfaction but Man utd remain strong and very offensive with martial I very satisfied with the four EPL team qualifying for CL nesxt season.
