Bournemouth is considering legal action, since they are relegated, and hawk eye technology for goal check admit their mistake on the match between Sheffield and Villa, which could make them stay in the league, what do you think about it?
A desperate and useless move imo. You failed to avoid relegation zone during 38 matches and trying to blame others for that... Then every team will consider legal action for hundreds of mistakes happening during the season...doesn't make sense..

Agreed, it was a shitty decision & I bet you Hawk Eye (the goal like tech company) will have it covered in their T&C that the final decisions always are with the match official. Accept your fate B’mouth, you have not been good enough.

I'd say replace Pogba with someone better at that position  Roll Eyes. Yep this is just my preference on how the squad would be but atleast in my POV, he is not really the type of player that gives their 120% on the field and I kinda dislike it

I agree with you and I have been saying the same for a long time now. He never should've been re-bought. Guys like us who are with Man Utd for a long time, are used to more energetic midfielders that play with heart. If you look at midfielders that were integral in the past, all of them were angry and determined.

Man Utd lacks that the most at the moment in the midfield. They need players like that.

Pogba is overrated anyway and what is most important is that he simply does not fit Manchester. His play style and mentality both and he is simply not mature enough yet.

Of course this is just my preference and my own point of view though and so far he is doing decent but for a player of his calibre, decent is definitely not enough. Plus he is being paid alot so he better start with giving 120% for every match that they played. Dont take my words for granted though, I might be biased to him the moment that he caused penalty for  Manchester United in the game against West Ham  Roll Eyes

There is nothing positive coming for them as now they are already out of Premier League so they need to check their own mistakes and try to settle them hopefully soon they will able to join Premier League again in near future they are not alone many other teams also face some serious troubles but this is new so need some time to do good.
Definitely the court ruling wouldn't favor them any game has a rule and a mistake was made by the goal line technology the damage had already been done why did they perform woefully in their previous matches? and now capitalizing on a mistake to escape relegation? their action is unjustifiable, they should move on and prepare for championship league next season and they should try and keep their experienced players so as to get promoted back to EPL.

To be honest, he made a good job and made Leicester fight for the first/second places at some point and even running alone in the second place before the pause. After the pause it was chaos and the team is kind of switched. It is like reducing each player points in video games lol from 70-80 to 50 lol

Yup, I agree that every Leicester fan would have accepted this if it was offered at the beginning of the season. However, Rodgers definitely has to take some blame for the last part of it.
Their dip in form was huge, they played bad and eventually lost the crucial home game in a direct battle for the CL.

He did a good job but I'm sure they expected to be in the CL based on their form in the first part of the season.
Rodgers has done his best at the match but it is true that he misplaced the strategy or something and looked bad at the Leicester match in the second half so that it was easier for Manchester United to attack and add more goals, even if they didn't enter CL next season there are still European leagues expected Leicester next season.
Maybe Rodgers will be more active in preparing his new strategy.
That is a hard thing to blame someone when they are to blame it as well. Normally you say that your team got a good place if you look at it from the start of the season perspective, like cryptofrka that if someone said to a Leicester fan at the start of the season they will finish here, they will be happy, but at the same time you do get angry when your team could have finished third very easily if they were a bit more careful as well, after the season started you saw the potential and what it could be and you saw it drop as well.

So, there is some blame that it went down, but there is some kudos to him for finishing this high at the same time, I wouldn't know what to say in this case, because both ends of the stick doesn't really doesn't deserve anything right now.

Ohhhhh thats a horrible situation Cheesy 97th minute of the very last game Cheesy Otherwise returns 1 dollar to 67 dollar, thats like amazing return if you could hit that. However at the start of the season he wasn't expected to be like this right? I would have assumed at least one something from him.

Lets see how United transfers this off-season, not like we are going to have much of it, with teams doing transfers and pre-season friendlies and all that and some of them playing at champions leauge, we are talking about non-stop football for the next year as well. But if they could do something nice, we are talking about potentially the next rising power of premier league as well, they are so young to be this good and they already finished very well, I feel like if they could find some good gems along the lines this season they could potentially rival Liverpool.

City versus Liverpool versus United could be so good, Liverpool can't continue like this forever, eventually they will not be this good and will be figured out, that means they will be losing and not be champions, City is the same, they are talented and all but talent can't last forever and they will get worse too, meanwhile United is just starting, so when that team hits its peak, other teams will be going down and thats why I see a United championship in the next 3-4 years for sure.

PL season is finished, and here is one very interesting bet.
Lingard scored his first and only one goal on the season in the 97th minute during the last match. He crashed this nice bet in the last minute of the season.  Cheesy

Anyone cares about the 2nd leg of Championship playoffs? they start today with Swansea going to Griffin Park, home of The Bees. I like Brentford so i'll back them today in a single bet, hopefully, it'll be one of those magical nights (:

C'mon, we want a london derby in the final!

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
It's Chelsea that's def gonna splash the cash.  They haven't spent their war chest for a couple of transfer windows cos of their transfer ban.

There's no telling how much Chelsea would spend in the transfer window. First, They need a new goalkeeper to rival and possibly replace Kepa and are already taking a look at Oblak. Also, their shaky defense has been exposed in the last couple of matches so I'm definitely sure they will make signings. Don't forget they already signed Timo Werner. Since they qualified for UCL, I'm sure Lampard will make additions to his team to bolster more firepower for next season.

@tokeweed well like Mancity will find it safe not to spend more money, but I also don't know.

Chelsea like it will add some players that are very reliable, but I do not know which list of players will be accompanied by Lampard maybe what has been preached before it will come to Chelsea.
Oblak goalkeepers are still in high demand right now, but I'm sure with the CL match next season, Chelsea will need to prepare everything.

Pogba might be motivated next season, he seeks a bit of a fair weather player but United are doing a bit better now so he might decide to be fully committed, something we haven’t seen for a long time.

If you have to wait for your team to get better players and to start playing better so you can be motivated what does that say about you? Today everything is upwards, it is not about improving the way the team works and perfecting it, but about buying, buying and buying. Only few teams are doing it properly these days.

I would't want that kind of a player in my team, a player that will be motivated only when everything is looking great and you have to wait for him to find love and motivation to give all he's got for the team. Plus they are paid millions...

I agree, Pogba is everything that’s wrong with the modern game, fucking social media footballers I call them. Give me somebody like Gattuso over Pogba any day of the week.

Yes, Gatusso was exactly in mind when I was writing this, along with Roy Keane, Edgar Davids, Makelele, Viera Cheesy Pitbulls that bite and don't let go of you. Red card was in the store often, but I would happily have players like that in my team. The match is a war for them and if they get a red card, the other guy is not playing properly the rest of the match, or not walking at all  Grin

These are a dying breed today and there is much less aggression in todays football which is a shame. That is why we have little bitches rolling on the grass like they have been shot as soon as they feel some breeze on their skin.

City would probably not make a big transfer if the decision that they can't go to champions league is standing, I am not sure if it is or if it is postponed or anything, but if they are not going there, why would they make a big transfer, I would say the best thing to do would be keeping the players you have for 2 more years and trying to actually play some youth team player a lot as well, because you are not going there anyway so whats the point of actually doing anything? They could try to be champions and that is good in itself but usually spending that much and not going to champions league could mean losing money.
Manchester City has a lot of money so I don't think big spending is a problem because their struggle is continuing in the championship league this season and indeed at the moment I think it's still worth saying that players are worthy to be in CL with the squad now but if the City bombing is really capable win the EPL then it's not in vain in my opinion.

I don't think they'll be splashing the cash this year since they just got out of a possible ban.  They'll be playing it safe.  I could be wrong tho.

it's not about the big money. in previous years the team has spent a lot of money, but there are still problem areas. you need to spend money wisely, in CITY this is a problem.
