^  Scoring away isn't as hard as it was decades ago when the away squad travelled by land and had less of the comforts that current players enjoy today.

Chelsea vs Liverpool

What are your predictions guys? Liverpool is on fire this season, but Chelsea has got Eden Hazard. My prediction 1:1 (Salah and Hazard)

before meet in premiere league
chelsea and liverpool meet in cup league and chelsea win, but liverpool play with second team
i think in premiere league liverpool can win, because play with first team

This game will be tough but since Chelsea will play at home, I think Chelsea have a better chance of winning this match. This is an opportunity for Chelsea to overtake Liverpool's points.

I think the match between Arsenal vs Watford this weekend would be entertaining to watch, as Arsenal could stand a chance to get into the top four spot on the English Premier League table if they are able to beat Watford in front of their home fans, it would be a shocking result if Watford are able to claim a surprise victory against Arsenal in order to maintain their top four spot on the table, and the odds payout for Watford to win the match in full time is quite tempting too.
The match of the week in the whole Europe and World to be precise will be the game between Chelsea and Liverpool once again, Liver are looking to set a record for the most consecutive win from the start of the league in the EPL when they face Chelsea who they already lost to in the Carabao Cup.

I think Liverpool are the better team on paper, but we've got to take into consideration home advantage.

Salah, Mane and Firmino just haven't "clicked" yet like they did at the end of last season. Yes, Liverpool are winning their games, but it's not the constant amazing attacks and 3-0, 4-0 wins we were seeing at the end of last season. On the other hand, Chelsea seem to finally be favoring Giroud over Morata, and the link up between Giroud and Hazard has been fantastic in the last few games.

This game could easily go either way.

They're not yet at the level of Messi, Suarez and Neymar was, but you don't need to be slaughtering teams 3/4-0 every week especially if you're getting the results which is all that matters.

I'd stay away from backing a winner in this game but maybe go with both teams to score, though maybe they will end up being quite evenly matched so there ends up being little or even no goals. I think there will be goals though, or at least I hope. It'll be the only game I watch from this weekend.

^  Even if the Zidane rumor was true, I don't think it's gonna be the right move.  They need to swallow the bitter pill and realize that it's gonna be hard years ahead and rebuild.

But if they really wanted their success to continue post Fergie, then they shouldn't have made Moyes as SAF's replacement (then LVG after him)...  In hindsight, they should have gone for Pep (after his hear long sabbatical) and only Pep imo.

I think the Zidane rumor is just speculation from excited fans and there's no real truth to it. I'm not saying it won't happen but I don't think Mourinho is anywhere close to done at United and I can't see them getting rid of him during this season. Maybe if they finish in a terrible place at the end of the season he'll go but unless they have a catastrophic losing streak I think he'll be here to see the league out.

Slightly off topic but does anyone have a Cloudbet account? I won Cloudbet's Premier League competition of 0.05 but don't have any account. Proof: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.45138805

If you have an account and are trusted enough I'll let you keep a bit as a fee if you send me the rest. Just PM me if you've already got an account there and we'll work something out.

West Ham Vs Manchester Utd

This is a game to watch tomorrow as under-pressured Mourinho will need a win to appease the fans and the board after a disastrous cup exit midweek to Derby. On the other hand, West Ham confidence is high after winning big against League 2 team Macclesfield in the cup.
I would place a bet on over 2.5 goals as West Ham is in hot form while United defense is poor. This should be an entertaining and high scoring game.

^  But wouldn't Mou go for a more defensive strategy (park the bus.  Lmao)?  I mean just from what I know, he tends to go for pragmatism.  And in this case, win a point away.

Dunno...  It's just what I think Mou would do.  Especially now that Pogba and him had some sort of rift as of late.  I don't think he's gonna start the game.

And I doubt West Ham is 'in hot form' atm, tbh.

Brr, first cup game and we're dumped out, undone by one moment of brilliance from Hazard. Full credit to Sarri's boys, think I saw him reach for a cigarette a couple of times. With Lovren, best defender in the world and Mignolet in goal, we were the familiar Liverpool of seasons past, vulnerable at set pieces. Klopp seemed to have a word or many words with Shaqiri, who was speculatively wasteful at times.

Didn't play too badly otherwise, game could have been won had we converted more, but Chelsea also had many chances. Firminho and Mo came on too late. No complaints in the end. Good luck Sarri.

I’m not worried, it will be a totally different game tomorrow. The only thing that’s a little concerning is Klopp just did his pre match press conference & Van Dijk is a doubt for the game tomorrow with that rib injury that forced him off vs Southamptioj.

Hopefully Bobby, Mane & Salah bring their A game.

^  Mmmm...  I think you're thinking too much of it.  But if it's true, then we'll see the tension come December when the players are tired and fatigued.  Whatever's going on at any club always leaks in social media these days.

But really no.  It's prolly just Salah not performing as well as expected yet this season.  Should Liverpool be worried?  I don't think so.  Now yet at least.  Grin

I know there is many Liverpool fans here so I wanted to run my observation by you guys. I have watched a few Lpool matches this season and it seams to me that Salah and Mane are intentionally ignoring each other in good passing positions. Almost like they don't want the other one to outscore them. They are still team players but when they have a choice of setting a goal for each other or some other team member the decision always falls in favor of some other team member.

Example. There was a situation in a recent match when Mane is bringing the ball to the edge of 16m line and he has an opposition player in front of him. He has Salah completely free on his right side and he has somebody (Keita?) with an opposition player running to catch him. He is even turned towards Salah and decides to pass the ball to the other teammate which in the end doesen't score. You can't really be mad at him since he provided 80% scoring chance for teammate but he could have played an even simpler pass for 100% Salah chance.

Don't know if I explained it good enough but the main point is that it seems to me that there are some small signs of "bad blood" between Salah and Mane and last season there was not.

Well Liverpool have Salah. And Firmino. And Mane.  Grin I'd probably go with a draw here. Maybe 1-1 or 2-2. I think Liverpool are the better team on paper, but we've got to take into consideration home advantage. Liverpool will be looking for retribution after knocking them out of the cup, however. Liverpool didn't have their strongest team out either in the cup game. If Salah and Firmino started I'm sure it would have been a different game. Then again, maybe it would have been different if Hazzard started also as he's undeniably one of the best players in the Premier League.

That substitute Hazard in is really change the game, nice strategy there from Sarri. Congrats to Chelsea though, and now Liverpool can focus more on premier league and champions league.
The number of trophies that Liverpool fans claim that they are going to win have started to go down and am sure they are going to end the season trophyless as they are accustomed to doing ever since Jurgen Klopp took over.

If I had to choose the best player after Messi in the world now I will choose without hesitation Hazard .. The player does not break under pressure and his personality leading in the field
Chelsea need to embrace him again with a long-term contract and make it number one within the walls of Stamford Bridge

Klopp is letting Van Dijk the rest
I think Liverpool  will continue and they will win 2-1 or 2-0
i count on Salah he has very good last game time for him to comeback after bad luck from the end of last season

In a case of Man United it is simply shame yet another shame
