People are the reason of everything, we choose governments and we let them to order anything while we do their orders and then are unsatisfied. Problem is that if you won't work for 500$ (for example), there are a lot of demand of people who will work. So there is demand, there is supply. Supply won't satisfy demand but demand will always satisfu supply and in supply I mean these low paying jobs. Eh, a lot of things are going wrong.

There are several industries in which becoming an independent contractor is more profitable than being an employee, this is odd because a business should do everything to get the best employees it can and keep them happy so they do not leave to another company, but what happens is that those that have the skills can just refuse to accept the low pay those businesses offer and remain independent and get a better pay when their services are required, which show us once again that being an employee for life does not pay as well as being and independent contractor.

I don't know what country you've belong but it's a sad story and I wonder why you'll stay longer on that company if you're not contented of your salary , but anyway it's done already and time was already passing by , so you should to overcome this reality because inflation rate hike is normal to every country which is difficult to control for the government side , so I suggest you to have business or any form of extra income just to compensate for your needs.

Inflation will never stop. This is getting worse for developing countries. Increasing inflation makes your opportunity decrease. Gasoline increases, electricity increases but income will drip. That's the fact that I have always faced and this is an important reason that I went into bitcoin as a speculator and sought opportunities for journeys with crypto.

Exactly.Do not wait for a salary increase.Instead,seize all the opportunities that will generate profits because they might not come again.Once you made it,you will no longer make a salary increase as a big deal because you already gain huge profits from other sources of income even if it means working beyond your duty hours.

Long time ago I learned that waiting to be paid a good salary is most of the time a waste of time, if you really want to make money then you need to become your own boss, that is the only way, your boss has the incentive to pay you as little as possible so he can be more profitable, so he does not have any reason to offer good money to their employees and if the task at hand is not that difficult to perform he could always find a person that does the job for the money he is offering or for a even lower amount of money, so if you want to be successful you have no other option but to become independent.

You see, my friend is working for some people I can't really tell what is his job but usually, he drives his boss to places he wants to be and he is getting paid. 10 years of his service and his salary is not changing, he's mad and changed his work. Scarcity of resources makes good`s price go up and we can`t do anything to stop it because of our population are getting bigger and bigger, another problem is as you said our salary does not getting up which makes many people more poorer. Hope there will be miracle soon.

Money are generally depreciate. It's not the problem of your country, even in the USA dollar today is not the same what it was 30 years ago.
In my country prices always grow as well, but it always takes time to gowernment take a law about new lowest salary from which bosses and directors raise salaries to workers.
But prices just continue to raise. What we going to have in the final? Big inflation and devolvation of the national currency.

The standard of living is changing simultaneously in our economy. Higher earners tend to have an above average expenditure than the low earners. How I wish our salary will also increase as the prices of good increases. That it will not be dilemma no matter how the prices goes up because we can afford it.

That sucks, but in order to survive we should have multiple source of income as much as possible coz if you stick to your daily job paying you less its hard. A lot of people dedicated almost their whole life for a single job, I will make sure that I will not belong in that class.

He might have said about the general issues everyone is facing, no company will keep anyone without any hike for the past thirty years and if that is the case he will have the option to move out in the first five years if there is any progress in his career, in a general set up, the inflation is really high and the salary is not increasing like the price of products are going up leaving with no savings in the long time, it is a serious issue everyone is dealing at this point.

In most companies (at least in the country where I live) administration does not do anything to make salaries bigger. Thus, people start to be interested in cryptocurrencies - it helps them avoiding inflation negative effect.

I don't think that your post is factually correct. The situation varies from region to region. In the EU and the US, the salaries are high enough to afford good standards of living. But the same can't be said about third world nations such as India and Brazil. But even in these nations, the standard of living is continuously going up.

Don't whine about your low salary. In case you think that you deserve much more, then learn some new skill and then find a new job which pays you better.
