As expected and they would definitely do such thing for those who tend to oppose their company thats why employees would always be on disadvantage on here.
This is how inflation works actually but talking on op for 30 years passed seems to be very impossible yet on my country it do adjusted between on those kind of gaps of years.

From what i learned from the situation in my country, is that whenever there is an increase in the necessary goods and overall prices, is there is an attempt from the government to fix the economical situation, when this goes people starts demanding raises in their salary which leads to nothing because the money gained from increasing prices to fix the economy goes back to the salary increase, but if this is has been going on fro 30 years like the op said means that the situation is not that bad and the increase in prices was made progressively and with very small amounts.

There needs to be a demonstration to the company about your problem, if you just stay silent and just grumble then that is not the right way. I was also like that in the past but as time went on the workers took the courage to make demonstrations which in the end after a long process employees' salaries are increased every year and this is one of the processes to make companies care about their employees.

It depends from country to country. Inflation is a big problem essentially for third world countries where the salary in the local currency could be multiplied by x number but in fact if we compare it in the past few years to gold or $/£/€...today then you will see that the salary decreased or remain the same at best...

That's what most of us will be doing in the years to come, changing our jobs every two-three years or so. It's hard to predict beforehand which job positions will be in excess in 3 years and which ones will be in high demand. I mean, it's similar to sports betting: if a team will win most likely( read: a job will be in high demand) then many people bet on it (read: many people learn that job) and your reward becomes close to nothing. Some contemporary thinkers say that bioengineering is a very promising specialization. But then again, if everybody knows that, we can end up with excess of bioengineers pretty soon.

This is really crazy. I can't believe that your salary has remained constant for 30 years. Here in India, the agricultural laborers used to get around INR 5 three decades pack as the salary. This has increased to around INR 200 as of now. Obviously the inflation has also increased during this time, but if you look at the purchasing power, it is also showing an increase.

LOL, you can only ask for salary when you are working with a private firm, but when you work with government, you have to wait till it gets to your promotion time, and when you are being promoted, it comes with little benefit of increase in salary and the increase too is still not that much to cater for one’s full need.

For private firm, the only people that really enjoys and can demand for increase is when you are probably an expert in your field, so they treat you as one, but as an ordinary worker, they don’t pay attention that much too, they will only tell you that they will look into it and may not. The best is just be your own boss, work for yourself and earn whatever amount you want.

Part of the problem is companies busting up unions that try to fight for fair wages.  Companies like Wal Mart will fire anyone that even talks about forming a union.  They have lots of anti-union propaganda at their job orientations as well.

In 30 years it seems impossible if there is no salary increase, if the salary does not change for 30 how you meet the increasing needs.

The price of goods goes up automatically, but as for your salary you will have to ask for it, if you need an increase in salary and you think you deserve it. Hardly will you see any employer that is ready do an increase for you without you asking for it cause they will assume that you're okay with what you're being paid, so for that they wouldn't give you any increase in salary.

So if you know your worth and you know that the salary you're being paid is not worth it, then its up to you to talk about it with your boss or whoever you're meant to talk to about it. Another way your salary can be increased is through promotion and sometimes that means that you're getting double work than what you work before, and the increase after then might still not be worth it cause of the work that has been doubled up.

really true the price of every products are increasing when the years are coming but when a person works in the job this increment is very low so how how we can decide the the price of the goods but not there income for a person

I think yours is a special case that you need to take on to your employer if after working for 30 years and you did not get a raise, its either your company does not appreciate your loyalty or the company see's no reason to give you a raise. Price of goods go up yes we all agree with that but salary in general also goes up as in our country, there is a minimum wage law that companies need to follow and minimum wage law is being reviewed every year so minimum wage increases every year too.

It is fact that salary does not increase with the same pace as the prices of goods are increased, so the salaried person always complaining about lack of money to fulfil his daily needs. Investing in cryptocurrency is really a good sideline if you are only a minimum wage earner because the salary you get from your own job cannot really cater to all your family needs so atleast there is crypto that will fill in your needs.It might take some time but the profit you'll get is really worth it and even exceeded the income you get from your own salary.

Yeah for anything or to achieve anything we will have to work so hard as we know we can do anything using new technologies and our whole life can be safe in one side earning but it needs fully concentration, like if you invest in crypto currency you will get good income but will have to wait and put youth time.

Your only choice is to find a better paid job or start your own business. Only then you can expect a higher income, not before. The company you work for will probably never do it on their own. You think that's bad? Try hyperinflation. I went from 250 USD to 5 USD per month in the span of 10 years (til i left). Some people suicide, others flee. Have been looking at the jobs market, a full time job for analyst or IT related, goes from 25 to 50 USD a month, and that's considered a "high paid" salary now, utter garbage. Most people earn 10 or 15 USD a month at most in their full time jobs here.

A socialist will provide the "solution": order them to rise your wage. Simple minded "solution" that happens to produce the exact opposite effect: bankrupt those companies and add more people to unemployment, which shrinks the job "supply" and therefore lowers even more the offered wage.

A free market economy is not limited to goods, its also the working force. You are part of this market, and so are they. That's why you never stop looking for better jobs, or a chance to start your own business. They are not going to rise your wage, unless you have already secured a better paid job and show them, then they may or may not but either way you scale up.

Supply and demand plays a key. Is your job position in excess? Maybe you can work in something else. Don't wait for them.

Well its true sir, world work like that, and food and others the main needs will keep going up. I believe thats why we do teached to build our own businesses and i do think its hard and not something that can be done in one night. This is also the reasons why we need to learn to invest and to alocate our money into something good that can be fruitful, investments is a goo choices and cryptocurrency is one the best choices in my opinion.

Just recently I watched this video, Marxism: Zizek/Peterson, where Peterson is saying that the notion that "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" under caopitalism is actually false.

"The rich may be getting richer, but the poor are getting richer, too," Peterson said. "The poor are not getting poorer under capitalism; the poor are getting richer under capitalism."

And I believed him because I think it's hard not to notice the positive changes in the world during the past 150-200 years. And I mean the changes in the lives of the poor people, in the first place. For example, the number of smartphone users is over 2.5 billion people in 2019, and you are not that poor if you can afford a smartphone, right?

Taking into account that the world population is increasing, we can say that a significant improvement has been made since 1860s in this regard. And of course it's obvious that those who suffer the most from a famine are the poor people.

Can you please provide some statistical data which can prove the opposite?

sad but true,most financial systems works that way.making it more harder for normal people to fit in.the reason why i really want to save and just try to start up my bussiness.might be a start for a more easier and brighter future.im also tired of working and making my boss rich while at the end of the day i will just stay an employee and nothing else.well its up to us to decide and choose which path we want to go.and with hard work and patience im hoping i can build my own bussiness aswell.
