I think pd needs to set a e-mail for faster account recovery.. seems alot of users are getting problems with their accounts

can you guys disable the account lockout for to many failed attempts? i keep getting this error and locked out even if i get my password right the first time i enter it. it locks me out for over 12 hours every time so i cant access funds and support doesn't bother replying

What would you all think if there was the *Optional* choice to provide an email when signing up? We aren't interested in creating more friction but the exceptionally high number of account recovery emails have greatly hindered our ability to provide very prompt support.
When we eventually roll out the casino this may potentially be mandatory.

I would be more concerned about what is triggering the large number of account recovery emails. Do you think they are not legit?
If something is optional then I don't see a downside, but at the same time, I would not give it and wonder why needed.

Personally I don't have any problems with doxxing but many(most) of the people are really concerned about their privacy and will be reluctant while providing their emails.
Well i guess people who lose password or 2fA will give theirs email to PD anyways because they need to send support email
. So yeah i dont see a problem with adding an option to provide email when signing up .

Personally I wouldnt mind at all to provide my email if this could ease the job of support to handle those who lost login to their account , if people got an issue with privacy, they can always provide a temporary email for this case
The bolded part seems to be a more interesting topic, a big improvement from dice sites into a casino, mind stating an ETA to this stunna?

I normally experience little to no lag, and thats with running on the all bets tab. So I dunno, probably just a you thing.
Just try closing extra applications by going into the task manager then in processes. Close down the extra processes and make sure your CPU isn't all worked up. I guess 150MBs of RAM reserved for your browsers would be good enough to run the website properly.I normally experience little to no lag, and thats with running on the all bets tab. No , if u are away from all bets tab u will have very smooth chat and pvp. Before when there was total bets counter it was bit more hard on CPU but now if u move away from all bets ur cpu should not go over 5-10% and everything runs smooth .
