Hey man no one can proof for sure that God exist we all have our doubts and no one can say for sure that He really is out there but only with our hearts and by seeing the signs and getting answers for our prayers we know for sure, also with thinking and researching the world around us and all the beauty and complexity.
Like lets say a cat couldn't know and realize that he'll need a tail or how a tail should be and look like unless some one with intelligence hard coded it into their DNA.
I only believe God because I feel the affects of His will on my life, when I think of something then either I dream about the answer or get my wish or answer few days later.
Some people are arrogant enough to call that "the universe". But I call Him God and of course even with all the signs and all the love I receive still sometimes I begin to doubt but only my strong faith and teachings of my parents from childhood lets me to rethink and remember the things that are the proofs of His existence.

You can't prove anything to anybody who isn't willing to accept the proof.
By standard understanding of the way things are accepted as proof, cause and effect by itself almost proves God's existence. Nature shows it in a similar way, although not expressed from the scientific standpoint.
You can't force anybody to accept the proof, just like you can't force him to think about it. But in great pain or great joy, people lose their self-control, and start to accept the proof they would reject otherwise.
We should have faith and everything will manifests. there are many things that ca not be explain but we know there He is. He touches our heart. All I know is God is Love. <3
