The best punishment for the rapist is life imprisonment , In that way i think they already got their justice and humanitarian punishment . The best way so far .. In that way make them suffer in the prison for their entire life and atone for their sin.
Make raped by gay professional people over 100 times and give them death penalty at last.
I think life imprisonment is the best option. Cause if miscarriage of justice happened you can release the guiltless. But if you killed the guiltless nothing will help to restore justice.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.
According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

There has been a recent case in my country. A policeman has molested women and even children for the past 3 years. One news channel showed a video from a CCTV of one of the attacks. I still can't get those images out of my head. Absolutely disgusting, I wish I hadn't seen that.
Rapists are polluting the society and they reduce the freedom for womens. I think they should be death punished and clean the society

rape is a serious crime. a deadly crime because it kills a person emotionally and mentally. a traumatic event that some people can not take they prefer to suicide. a death penalty to those who committed and proven guilty by strong evidences.
Almighty Allah says: (Quran 4:15) " If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or Allah ordain for them some (other) way." (Quran 24:4) "And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations)- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;- (Quran 24:13) "Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of Allah, (stand forth) themselves as liars!"

In my opinion rapist is very rampant especially in our country. It is a heinous crime punishable by life imprisonment. Some people consider bringing back death penalty with the capital punishment of hanging. But Im not favor with death penalty because all of us have still chance to change only God can get our life from us not anyone.

Death penalty is the good punishment in rapist because they cause to women in trauma or disorder in their mental health or it cause sucidal.
This is a subject I think hard about, especially watching shows such as SVU on TV. All rapist should be given a choice of two sentences.
1) Death Penalty.
2) A Life Sentence with parole after 25 years. This sentence should require the criminal to be raped in a similar fashion of their victim 1-3 times per year per victim while incarcerated. To qualify for parole, you must be branded on your head as a rapist and forced to have a GPS anklet. Anytime during your sentence you can choose option #1. After all, what they did will run through there victims mind for life, so the criminal should have constant reminders in theirs.
