Not true, you are assuming that people are completely rational when they take decisions and anyone that has been living in the real world knows that is not the case, there have been many cases of coins that were clearly scams and that many members of the forum claimed from the very beginning that was the case and yet people keep investing in those coins because they thought they could make money. Anyone can post tokens on a public blockchain, so only well-designed, well-intentioned and useful tokens can preserve long-term value!
