I personally join in 80% of voters choosing "have fun and spend spare time". it never occurred to me to be "Be an expert / experienced gambler" because gambling is not my main occupation, I respect the voters who choose others, whatever our choice Gambling is not as bad as others think (because the environment around me thinks gambling is a crime).
Compared to what people believe (gamble to become rich) there are many people like me who just wants to have fun. I personally don't care about how much money I make or lose, in the end if I spent a great time and had fun and was an entertainment streak I consider it lucky, even if I end up losing all my money.
Obviously, the end result affects how much money you made/loss but that doesn't mean you can't have fun losing all your money as well, sure its easier to have fun when you made money but the other way around is till doable. For example, if I enter a poker tournament and there are hundreds of people that joined with me and only the winner makes money and I ended up being in the top 5 and be in the last table, that is super entertaining even tho I ended up with zero.

No No I will not expect to become rich from gambling but I do expect to have some fun and maybe make some money.
But to make it simple if someone is spending their money on gambling to earn income they are in for a long ride.
It should be treated only as a hobby and not a way to quit your job.

Majority of voters voted for Having fun and spend on their spare time only because they surely know that gambling is not a thing to get rich after all and this is a wrong approach in entirely any aspect of gambling because winning in bets are just chances and there is a small possibility in winning in every bet, even though it is a skill-based game there is still risk involve well especially in casino-based online gambling that had high possible risk and even though there is a 1% house edge you can not be sure winning is just a walk in the park.
Experienced give them the idea about this activities and the harmed that it can bring to your life if you made a wrong conceptualizations. Playing to relax yourself and enjoy it alone or play for your social is much better than thinking of this venue a good gate for success and be rich in an instant way. you need to open your eyes that there's nothing but risk each time you play inside the house.

When we are addicted to gambling, our knowledge and experience in the field of gambling will make us like an expert. Gambling experts will use these two factors as a basis for determining their victory. Knowledge and experience are great ways to win.
But of the 4 variables you mentioned are quite close and interrelated. It's hard to find which one should be main goal besides becoming rich.
Joined the poll and I do agree, if you are not aiming for richness via gambling then what? Of course, most of us are in the entertainment side. Pass the time while having fun of the game.
It's part of my routine already, I can make money gambling and i can lose money as well, that's being normal to be but the fun that I get in gambling is quite extraordinary so I just can't stop it despite some people are saying that it's a waste of time and money.
I guess people here shows maturity on how they gamble

Hobby I'd say? It's never the same without me gambling a bit of my funds every now and then. I guess you could say it's become part of my life? Now I ain't no expert in gambling but I could be called experienced and the like with how many hours, days, and games I've spent and played with. Plus, there's also various side rewards if, IF I actually won. Initially, I entered gambling cause I wanted a quick buck like reallly really bad, but ever since then, I just started you know, getting it to become a part of my life, much so that the profit rewards aren't that important to me anymore.
I only gamble just to have fun. This is also what I usually do in my free time, so we can also call it as my hobby.
During my first time in gambling, my goal is actually to make money, but it changed after I realized that if I have that goal, I will only suffer myself in the end. Though, I am still hoping to win (who's gambler wouldn't) but more on having fun.
If I lose, then be it, at least my loss is minimal, unlike before.

I gamble because I want to have fun, no matter if I gamble with my friends or alone. It's because of having fun and enjoy my time in gambling. Although I realize that if I lose, it's hard to feel fun because my money is gone, and that won't be very easy for me to recover the money. But so far, I think playing gambling because of wanting to search the fun thing and enjoy the time will be good for me.
I choose this "Be an expert/experienced gambler" and if I will achieve that success, it would not be hard for me to become rich.

It's so obvious that gamblers have different reasons why they played. I don't know how surveying the purpose will help us.
Like you, what's your purpose? It varies each other obviously and compiling all those reasons is just like an ordinary note we have on our notebooks.
As for me, gambling isn't a shortcut to get rich but rather a platform to enjoy and have fun. It has lots of risks so it will be hard if we'll take it too serious and we might lose our funds because there's no guarantee that we could gain a good profit all the time. We should know our limits when it comes to gambling.
i think two of the choices fits me,it is a Routine whenever i am stressful that i seek from playing gamble.
second is having Fun and Enjoyment because i really don't focus in winning because i am a man that hates failure so it is better not to expect so fail wont take place.
I also only play when I'm stress or to kill time especially when I'm on the road that I need to wait for traffic. If Im done with bounty and trading. Or the road is too bumpy and trading and bounty is not applicable. I play online card gambling to not be irritated in traffic and to replace my focus in gambling playing which also offers fun and entertainment to me.second is having Fun and Enjoyment because i really don't focus in winning because i am a man that hates failure so it is better not to expect so fail wont take place.

I gamble with different purposes in mind, depending on my mood and perhaps the game as well. When I play the lottery, that is not fun at all but I place a bet there just to try my luck. That is primarily for the sake of making an easy money. But when I roll the dice, I don't really have the purpose of making money. After all, I am placing very little amounts, insignificant amounts even. The purpose is simply to kill boredom or to try a new site. When I am with friends playing holdem poker, that's basically to have fun. So it all depends on the circumstances.

Not a realistic prospect for most, its just a game. I reckon there are far less dreamers in gamble games then the typical lotto draw. Gamble to riches is far less distant an objective then just winning that particular day but I dont think many gamblers imagine its a path to riches.
