In console type : Post names/YOURNAME {"newvalue":"YOURNAME","newowner":"address","fee":"1"}

That will fix your issue. if you're just changing ownership and there's only a little web code or a URL it should only cost 1 Qora ... at least for me that's all I've ever paid, even with a lot of code. But I don't think I've tried to change any names past v20, so things may have changed.
