I've given Tristan vbcs' Skype address, and told him to talk to him, so they can hopefully figure it out together, because I've tried all the thing I know to get him working... Seems to me it's some weird networking issue on their end... because I have multiple QORA wallets running without issue at all...

lol, not a countdown. I'm not going to be doing any sort of pre-announcements anymore, but I figured that since this was nearly complete I could give a little mention due to the people talking about it. Once the final issues are worked out I'll let everyone know

Yeah I have my windows wallet running and another one syncing on my Rasp Pi (very slow as it only successfully connects to 1 peer) without issue. Dunno why they wouldn't be able to make theirs work....

Alright just got it running on my Rasp Pi with ROKOS OS (XUbuntu kernel if it changes anything). Just need to go to:

1. http://docs.qora.org/#universal-walet
2. press on v.0.26
3. download the zip file
4. Extract
5. chmod 775 run.sh
6. ./run.sh
7. Enter the information it will ask you making sure to save your seed

Qora surely lacks appropriate marketing and without that, we just can't expect it to gain users. Without appropriate marketing, how would people discover the usability of Qora?

I quite agree with you! the potential of Qora is really huge, we are speaking about billions here!
Time will tell, but I am very satisfied with this sleeping giant

What Quoth needs is users before more features. Even adding new channels will be counterproductive at this point. The original 3 channels need to be busy!
