Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.

For society or a group to succeed and achieve anything worthwhile,a leader has a lot of roles to play.Qualities of a good leader nowadays is very hard to find as many leaders now care so much about their stomach and careless about their followers and what they have been put there to do but rather as an opportunity to enrich themselves.A leader must be visionary,open minded,responds to the needs of his people etc.
From the word itself lead , and there are many qualities of being a leader. But for me the most is having a fear on God , having a mercy and a hope , a good model to influence not just the people but the whole world. There are some born to be leader and there are some too that wanted a leader. I hope one day there will be a leader who stand among all corrupt government and bring peace not war.
The Quality of a leader should be that he does not pursue his own interests but those of the greater good.
definitely i well agree with you ,that the quality of leader was not greedy power motivation behind of them to sake only their own interest and dishonest toward their pledge,instead we must work hard to do to accomplish her task and obligation among of them and to their countrymen,aside from that a good leader must be transparency toward her task and document

A good leader must know how to follow and how to make his followers follow. Must know how to serve and make people serve. In short, a good leader must be a good example not only in words and commands but a leader in actions.
They should believe in the quote - united we stand divided we fall.
There are so many qualities of being a leader, but most of the time people will look up to you as a leader if you do what you preach. Being a leader you should have empathy, be a good listener, you must know how to master your emotions towards the people you lead. i think to be a good leader that means that you need to have some abilities to make quick smart decisions in a short period of time ......so its not easy.....
A good quality of a leader is having a good companion to their people and it's work, being confident to what their decision and be positive to what possible outcome and also be inspiring to their people and have a good vision, good leadership is not commanding people but to letting his people to take responsibilities and giving a chance to learn.

leaders lead for those people who are finding difficulty to be on path on their work. People are born to learn but has to be guided to accomplish work.
Good leaders also knows how to work from the ground instead of just pointing fingers while others do the labors for the job to be done.
A leader is a person that can motivate you, it guides you towards positive actions, fits you in a good way, helps you to develop, has a good organization and coordinates activities in order to achieve a well-established goal, but having a series of values and principles
A leader that could be a good example to the community, in all his actions and intentions, no trace if personal interests, those are good qualities of a leader
Good leaders listen to others! Good leaders make the example by doing thing themselves! Good leaders know his crew, their strengths, vulnerabilities, passions and they act upon that. Above all of these things Good leaders are tough and flexible at the same time.
There are so many different leadership styles that it is quite difficult to praise just one behaviour as the "one and only". In general I would say that If the leader cares for the employees, i.e. throughout regular feedback, the feeling of belonging to the company in a good way and being a valued part of the team, will increase noticeable. Employees want to have a purpose, one should not assume that a hefty paycheck and regular bonuses are the most important things to them. Good leaders should give responsibility to the employees as this gives them a chance to make a real difference to their work.

To be a good leader, you must have the heart and willingness to serve first. There are some instances that people might judge you for the things that you are not and for your mistakes in life but you must be strong enough to face all the criticisms that you must face.
