yes, if he does not try then he does not know if he can be a good leader or not.
but sometimes there are also people who seem soul leadership from small. this is seen when he attended elementary school and can manage his friends to be better.

All of the things that you've stated are actually right. Tho for me, a leader should be a person who understand what his or her people needs. Because it can help a person lead the other people to achieve their needs.

It is the reason why we can call someone who are born to be a leader. Because they understood things better than the others. And if those people achieves the things that they need. You can now label that person who leads them as a good leader

And be Honest Wise leaders are not afraid of communicating the truth to their people. Honesty is about being truthful, having integrity, and building trust. Honesty leads to better more productive relationships. Good leaders are responsive to the needs of those they lead. They adjust their behaviour to best match the situation. They listen to their team; they value their team. Be good person and always positive always and be submissive to other person kind and smart always, and to understand opinion of other person , and laslty Compassion, because compassion is a strength. A good leader uses compassion to perceive the needs of those they leads and to decide a course of action that is of greatest benefit to the person and the team.

I agree. There are people who were born to be leaders. You can see those qualities even at the young age. A child can be introvert or extrovert but when he/she was given a responsibility, that is were we can see if they can be a leader or not. Anyone can be a leader, A leader must have ability to make other people more efficient and be at their best all the time.

There's many ways to be a leader , to be honest it's not by quality of it , but how he/she can do it or the job, how the person love the job. And also wanna add that the best leader is when he/she have a relationship to the community or build a good relationship, and also as a leader right a lead to lead a way to a better path.
