there is a wide range of abilities that a leader could use if he wants to be a good manager or a great social media type person,
but thats all that can be learned.

but the true leaders, are leading through the power of the force.

A leader must have these following qualities to be a good leader. He or she must be a good example to everyone under her or him, not only by words but most specially example through action. He or she must be a motivator oof everybody. He or she must be the strength of everyone. If comes a time that everyone are being down and exhausted the good leader must be the first motivator.

Probably the most difficult job for a leader is to persuade others to follow. It can only be possible if you inspire your followers by setting a good example. When the going gets tough, they look up to you and see how you react to the situation. If you handle it well, they will follow you. As a leader, should think positive and this positive approach should be visible through your actions. Stay calm under pressure and keep the motivation level up

Leader must have a fair perspective in things that helps him or her do good decision-making. Leader is a good follower. Leader is an inspirational individual. Leaders are working for the common good within the group. They protect and fight for what they think is right. They are confident but not boastful. Leaders have clear visions. Leaders are good examples of how it should be done properly. There is no perfect leader, but onky then we can achieve excellence if we aim for it --- and that is obe quality also of a leader, he/ she is doing everything for the best amd with his/ her best.

To be a good leader, we must first learn how to humble ourselves because through it, we would be able to lead our people with a good heart and courage. We must value every people's right. We must also be ready and willing to do our duties and tasks according to what is right and appropriate.
