A leader must inspite of being open minded should have some enthusiasm and own's self personality and gravity as I think
Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea, and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.

A good leader as well as keeping the main goal in focus is able to think analytically. Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. Not only is the goal in view but a good leader can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it.
A good leader is committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. The good leader not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas.
To be a leader of the country or society, one man must be of many virtues, he must be honest person, but to leave the society to work for the society, he must be truthful and compassionate.

A leder should have a clean character,be honest,healthy, skill,faithful, handsome etc.
The quality of a good leader must be a good follower. As a leader you must be a good example to your member, you're the one who first initiates to be an open minded, willing to accept changes, respect must be given to all and equal treatment.
It is true that some people are born leaders. They have got personal charisma. Not all people have that.
The good quality of a leader are first, they are responsible to handle different tasks that a group may encounter. Second, a leader leads and guides his/her group. And lastly, a leader also needs to learn things from his/her members.

Mission: Leaders know what their mission is. They know why the organization exists. A superior leader has a well thought out often written mission describing the purpose of the organization. That purpose need not be esoteric or abstract, but rather descriptive, clear and understandable. Every employee should be able to identify with the mission and strive to achieve it.

A good leader must know how to motivate the people under his leadership. He should be responsible enough to handle his people with care and concern. He should know how to deal with people nicely and respectfully. A good leader must not think of his power but his responsibilities and duties.
Lead by example, don't ask anyone to do anything you wouldn't do, stand up for the people you lead, be the first one to do the hard tasks. It's not hard to be a good leader. It's hard to lead shitty people.
The quality of a leader knows how to lead his follower, kind, and should be strict to policies and procedures. It should be credible so that all of his followers respect him. And also, he should be understanding.
A good leader must be a good listener. A leader is not always by words but for his actions. If you are a leader you should think for the best not only for your own sake but for the sake of your members.

To be a good leader, we shohld consider ourselves as followers as well. We should treat our followers fair and we must set ourselves as an example for them to follow. Also, we must set rules that will benefit everyone. Leaders must always think of his fellowmen's goodness.
good leader is a leader that have the courage to lead people also have focus on the work and have the ears to listen to the people and have a clear goals at the end.
