That's really not a good way to use Facebook. I would really quit for sure if that is the only thing I do but it's not. The groups that I join are the types that are helpful like web devs, freelancing and pc gamers. I gained a lot of info because of that.

The idea with which FB was conceived was quite good, that is, to be able to contact friends or relatives who are in other parts of the world and who have not met for so many years. But then the platform took a different and unhealthy turn .... leading people to use FB just to post bullshit and that's it

Im not quiting facebook because sometimes im joining in diferrent facebook campaign in bitcoin. Thats the only why i cant quit. Thats true facebook is full of dramas ill rather read the new all about cryptos.

I cant quit facebook because im still joined in facebook campaign in bitcoin. Just limiting my time in bitcoin at not wasting my time reading in facebook.

I'm glad for your decision, and regarding to your advice i can't follow it because i don't have/had a facebook account, i know it is incredible and i am from Earth.

I genuinely can't fathom why anyone would want to quit Facebook ; ) It's a great opportunity for getting the latest information on relevant trends and developments in the domains of your interest. And while naturally not all of these people are your real friends, you still can stay in touch and see what they are doing. You might just discover new things that might interest you as well. And besides, Facebook can function in a similar manner to LinkedIn I believe - when you are looking for a job, you can find ways of contacting people that you otherwise wouldn't be able to.

On a side note, if anyone has privacy concerns, to a degree - I can comprehend why you would ; )

I don't want to quit facebook ,facebook i consider as a one part of my body I can't leave without facebook very much addicted to it

Don't quit facebook so you can get in touch with your relatives who are miles apart from you.
I think nowadays its the best way to see them, to know if what their lives is going on.
If there are posts that is not good for you, you may set not to see those posts.
Retain only the friends in your list that may help you to motivate or inspires you.

I never stop using facebook, but sometimes I didn't browse at all, most of the time im only using messenger. We can still differ the reality from fake, it just a matter of choice.

I can’t imagine on stop using facebook because it is the one of the ways where I can use to join in bounties and by having the news and talking to someone that I having especially my love ones in the other country. Facebook is a big help for me to communicate and to join in bounties.

It really depends. I usually use facebook to upload pictures and use it as a memory bank, similar to a diary so I can remind myself of what happened during a certain date. It helps me remember birthdays as well.

for me, Facebook have two benefits, the negative on and the positive one.

The negative one, Facebook now is full of drama, showbiz stuff, nonsense and other things than might ruin your day, BUT come to think of it... it you don't what to see those kind of stuff you can adjust it on what you just like to see. Facebook itself cannot adjust on you.

The positive one, Facebook helps you to communicate with your relatives abroad, or to your old friends. Facebook make your life easier to have contacts to people that you know. There is also things than may lighten your day if you're having gray sky.

It is your choice on what you want to have and what you want to see.

Quitting facebook is quite hard though , you need this to communicate to your family on different countries around the globe , but it has negative effects , us people we're like zombies though the only matters is our cp or gadgets , we forgot the reality some people killing just to have gadgets to sell. It's quite scared when you see people they showing at the public their different activities on life even the dramas and inappropriate images.
