If gambling addicts were willing to open themselves up to other people and ask them for help, many people would be able to immediately treat these gambling addicts so they could cure their gambling addiction. But unfortunately, not many want to do it and instead sink deeper into gambling without any desire to heal themselves. Maybe the people around him still wouldn't know that he was addicted to gambling so they couldn't help him immediately.

Stopping gambling for a while is a solution for someone who feels that they have started to become addicted to gambling or even those who are already addicted to gambling. But that will only happen if they have the awareness that gambling has turned them into a gambling addict. When we become more emotional than before and have lost a lot of money because of gambling, maybe it's time for us to start introspecting ourselves to find out the real problem.

If gambling addicts are true and honest with themselves about being addicted, that’s the first step in the journey to get better. Admitting to an addiction problem is the first step in gaining treatment for an addiction. It’s not that easy for someone to openly admit that they’re addicted. Opening up signifies readiness for change and would get him the proper care and guidance he may need.

For an individual that’s already addicted to gambling, stopping gambling for a while is easier said than done. With an addiction, you’re already hooked and fighting hard to get a grip on how much time spent indulging in the habit.
Constant care, attention and encouragement is needed for one to get over and heal from any addiction.
That's correct and literally the first step to knowing how it can be rehabilitated.
How to identify they are addicted to gambling might be where they are confused. If an individual is spending too much time in front of a gambling site and playing the games they selected, that's one green light that a person is addicted to it.
If a gambler lacks sleep because he/she is always thinking about gambling, either because he wants revenge, chasing losses, or just being too happy that he won, I think that's another sign of addicted gambling.
Why do they deny it? Well, admitting a disease is not easy and it is a disease. Why? Because they know that next to it is either an attack from his friends and relatives, therapy time, or rehabilitation which we all know is hard to admit.
People don't like being judged by other people especially if its true and they will keep a secret as much as possible so that the smoke won't come out even though the fire is lit.

And over time, this becomes a problem not only for the irresponsible player himself, but also a problem for all his close people.  First of all, he begins to lose a lot of money and often this money represents part of the family budget.  And there is one more aspect - such a player spends too much time in the game, that is, he does not engage in any ordinary everyday activities at all.  This means that other family members must do something useful for him.  It turns out that the harm from an overly gambling player is multiplied by several other members of his family.  Naturally, all these family members become dissatisfied and irritable.
And it all ends either in scandals, or in divorces and the destruction of the very family of such a gambling player.
You said it correctly because that is exactly what happens to people who gamble irresponsibly. They will lose a lot of money without being able to recover their losses and even if they use more money, it will not always work. Gambling is not a place to make money. If there is no benefit from gambling for them, they do not need to gamble and should be able to leave gambling to look for other activities that are more enjoyable. Having a strong desire to leave gambling is what can help him to quit gambling. So it will all feel easy if they have the desire to stop their gambling activities. And it will feel even easier if there is help from those closest to him who can give him encouragement to stop gambling so that he doesn't feel alone in stopping his gambling activities.
The feeling of loneliness when a player begins to understand that he must stop gambling is a rather unpleasant state.  But it really does take place because the games themselves are ongoing and many players participate in them.  And such a person seems to leave his favorite company, a group of players, almost friends.  This feeling, of course, also needs to be overcome when the player decides to stop playing.  And in general, the thought of this fabulous and attractive world of gambling will naturally still excite the brain of a person who quits gambling for quite some time.
So it is not very easy for an avid gambler to suddenly sto p. gambling.

You should have that time to stop when you feel that you are already doing something that is not usual with how you do your gambling activities. From that point, chances that you will be able to determine whether you are still in good shape or you are already exceeding  from what is supposedly limits your participation.

Most of the time, when you already exceed, it's added to your desire to continue and take a longer run, things that have put you in danger, as gambling is really something that is difficult to control when it already dominates you.

Take that time to pause for a while and rest yourself if it's needed. There's nothing wrong if you need to assess
something in you, that's the right thing to do when gambling is all around you.
If we feel that we have to stop gambling, we should immediately stop gambling before everything changes and we can no longer control it. Before it's too late to stop, we have to know that we've had enough gambling. We should have experienced a situation like that but we prefer to continue gambling because we think we still have a chance to win even though we actually don't.

Yes, we often go beyond our limits in gambling so we should learn not to do it again. We have seen what happens to us if we exceed the limits in gambling. That will only give us more losses so we can't keep the remaining money we have.

By stopping for a moment and resting, we can think clearly again, especially thinking about what we have gained from gambling so that we can immediately leave the casino. We still have lots of free days where we can use them to gamble again. So there is no need to force ourselves to continue gambling, especially if we have had enough.

If gambling addicts are true and honest with themselves about being addicted, that’s the first step in the journey to get better. Admitting to an addiction problem is the first step in gaining treatment for an addiction. It’s not that easy for someone to openly admit that they’re addicted. If they can be honest with themselves that they have a gambling addiction, they will probably immediately look for a way out of their gambling addiction. They also immediately contacted people close to them to ask for help to help them cure their gambling addiction. Unfortunately, not many people want to admit that they are addicted to gambling because they feel embarrassed to tell the truth to other people. It could destroy what they have done, especially if people don't know that he has been gambling secretly. But if he is willing to admit it and is willing to ask other people to help him cure his gambling addiction, he will immediately get help to cure his gambling addiction.

Those who are addicted to gambling must have a strong will and determination to get rid of their gambling addiction. With help from the people around him, they will definitely be able to cure his gambling addiction, especially if these people continue to accompany him while he is undergoing the process of recovering. He will not find it difficult to undergo the recovery process because he sees that there is support from the people closest to him who do not want him to just give up on his gambling addiction. This is what makes him always enthusiastic about curing his gambling addiction.

If gambling have been good on you, then why the thought coming for quiting, most of us don't want to receive the consequence of the wrongs we've made about the way we have been gambling, if we had been gambling that responsible enough, there's no how we can come about with the thought of quiting from it when we know it's a source of joy to us, but when the way we appear with gambling is not an ideal or a welcoming one, we have most of the things we don't want in gambling and these are the reasons why we may also want to quit.

Any forms of addiction would really be that so damn hard to quit, im not be able to experience these things but with those things alone on which you could really be able to tell that it wont really be so easy to get rid on any addiction whether drugs, alcohol, cigarettes' or gambling then any form or types then it would really be that hard. Some would be able to get out with such addiction
but majority would really be failing on doing so. Some would really be that able to get rid or quit up completely because they've been able to realize on what are the things that they must do.
It might not be so simple but its not impossible. It is really just that depending on someones will power and discipline because if you dont have these things then you would surely be failing on doing so.

Yeah, stop or pause and re-assess yourself, if you still have that capability it means that your addiction is not that deep yet, you can analyze what happened and what went wrong, if you are open to accept all the help that being provided, it will be an easier journey to quit away from gambling, it's all on you and how willing you are to stop.
Stopping gambling to evaluate what has happened to us while we are gambling is very necessary so that we can find out whether there are any negative impacts that we have experienced. If there is an impact, we can find a solution or we can even reduce gambling activities and the time and money spent on gambling. And we also have to be able to control ourselves more vigorously so that we can reduce its impact. We have to be open with all things, especially those that can help us reduce our gambling activities, because it is for our good too. We cannot continue gambling when we are having problems gambling and have to solve it first before the problem gets bigger and we will have more difficulty solving it.

You should have that time to stop when you feel that you are already doing something that is not usual with how you do your gambling activities. Most of the time, we dont know when our harmless hobby becomes dangerous. Take a critical look at things: picture Alex. Alex starts gaming for fun, but soon it turns into something he does every day. Alex doesnt know what his limits are because of the thrill. Soon, Alex is gambling not just for fun but because he has to. This is a familiar story; its a lot like how many people get into gambling problems.

How to get it? Knowing yourself and setting limits. Its very important to know when "just one more game" turns into a need instead of a choice. Its important to set tight limits on both time and money. When we feel like we're going in the wrong direction, its time to take a step back, look at things again, and maybe ask for help. Remember that gaming shouldnt be a necessity; it should be something you do for fun.

the funniest part of all this is that there are many people who spend many hours every day playing video games, there are many people who spend many hours every day working on the computer for a company and even so these people are not addicted, even so these people are very successful in the real world. from what I could conclude is that when a person doesn't do anything else in life, for example when a person doesn't go for walks, doesn't have fun with their relatives and doesn't talk to their friends, that person just stays playing video games. , whether gambling, then that person becomes addicted to gambling, that's why I always say that if a person has problems in the real world

I talk about problems like suffering from bullying, always being criticized by relatives, friends and colleagues at work, having financial problems, having alcohol and drug problems. So this person shouldn't be playing in casinos, this type of person shouldn't get involved in gambling, these types of people are bombs with a clock that counts down to exploding at any moment. These types of people need treatment with a psychologist to treat them and return to good health in society. But what happens is that these types of people prefer to stay in games to escape their problems and this makes everything worse, because they become addicted

When someone gambles responsibly, by setting boundaries and knowing the odds, they are exercising their freedom and ability to control themselves. Staying away from gambling isnt the only thing that matters; making smart choices and knowing yourself are also important. So, while we acknowledge the risks of gambling, lets also recognize the power of human agency. Although our brains are naturally wired to seek benefits, they can also think clearly and control themselves. Dont undervalue that.

Having a correct and straight understanding of what is recommended about gambling will make someone automatically apply some restrictions and they will unconsciously be one of the people responsible for the gambling they do. Honestly, I understand that staying away from gambling activities is indeed a better path that should be chosen, but on the other hand, if you don't feel that the activity is  interfering  with your life, especially in terms of finances, then I think there is nothing wrong if you still want to be involved in this activity. as long as you still have that kind of understanding and awareness so you don't get carried  away and end up addicted.

Recognizing the risks and understanding that gambling is only a game of probability means that you will have  no difficulty in implementing several preventive measures as they should be. I think with the correct awareness and understanding it will make  it easier for anyone to make considerations in choosing something that should be done in order to become better. Good.

Quiting gambling is easy or hard depending on how far you’ve gone. Even when you go to the hospital and you tell the doctor you’ve been smoking, they’ll ask you what you smoke and how long you’ve been smoking. This is because they want to understand how far you’ve damaged your health so they know what happens next. So, if you’ve been gambling for so long and really consistent, then you’re long gone. And if you’ve been in it for long but you’re not consistent (maybe once a month or even once in 2 weeks), then you’re still safe. It is the addiction that kills, not the gambling.
Instead of saying it's an addiction, we should honestly acknowledge this bad habit, according to many people, from smoking to gambling, these are all bad habits produced by life pressure and gradually, it becomes an integral part of the rest of their lives. Doctors really try to treat it, but the root is the damaged part. Even if more reasonable options are offered, the cells in the body are out of sync, and the brain will still follow its habits, as you said, from the beginning they were indecisive, reaching this level is something that would require a miracle to cure
Yes that's right. Anything in excess is a bad habit, not only gambling but also smoking, drinking and women. If you pamper yourself excessively, it is a sign that you have become an addiction and need to be avoided. If you don't avoid it, it will ruin our lives in the future.

Moreover, gambling is always addictive, and makes people make excuses to themselves and others. Why is it difficult to give up gambling? The reason is, the brain has been poisoned by the upcoming "sudden riches" or what is usually called easy money. So it is difficult for us to stop gambling because we have no motivation. IMO. People who can stop gambling are only people who are close to God and know how to be grateful for this life.
Absolutely, excess in anything is detrimental, including gambling. Dont oversimplify, though. There is a complicated relationship between psychology and reward systems in the brain that makes gambling addicting. The allure of "sudden riches" throws off our internal balance of risk and return, creating a harmful cycle. In reality, saying that only truly religious or thankful people can stay away from gambling is too simplistic. None of our spiritual views affect our ability to control ourselves.

Wanting to stop playing gambling will be very difficult, gambling is an addiction, just like you smoke it will be difficult to stop if you want to stop smoking.
You can stop gambling if you no longer have money to gamble, meaning you no longer have assets that can be sold for gambling.

But I would like to note that all players understand this responsibility differently.  For one player, responsibility begins when, for example, his little child asks “Dad! Play with me, don’t play on the computer!”  And such a person turns off the computer and goes to play with the baby.  But for the other player, responsibility does not arise even when his wife takes away all the money from him, which he will lose anyway, and he goes to a friend and borr ows money.  In our understanding, this is, of course, a completely irresponsible player.  But he himself doesn’t think so.  It is in the understanding of this difference by different people that there is a difference in approaches to understanding responsibility in gambling.  Here, in general, it is quite difficult to determine this very line of responsibility or irresponsibility of this particular player whom we are evaluating.
Yes, there are indeed differences in understanding by each person because they also take different approaches to gambling, so this will also determine whether they can become a responsible gambler or whether they will only end up being an irresponsible gambler. A person's responsibility in gambling will be seen from how he can use gambling, where if he is a responsible gambler, he can stop gambling if he has had enough of gambling. But those who cannot be responsible will continue to gamble even if they have been gambling for too long.

Everything that involves giving up something that we like is very difficult, it cannot be done overnight, or unless you have a will of steel, I am not a fan of looking for things to do to do, if we do something it is because we are passionate about it, I have that way of thinking, if I am in a casino I try to enjoy it, it doesn't matter if I lose, because losing is among the normal things that can happen, the difficult thing is that after losing then you lose control, that is the bad thing and that is what should be avoided, worse that not everyone should enter a casino to play.

If a person is willing to quit the game because he knows that it is bad for him or that he is about to fall into an addiction, that is fine, but he should not do it completely or just starting out, that should be done little by little, because difficult is one of the things hardest things in life, I think that there are many things that can be done, but the important thing is that you avoid being addicted, if it is to avoid being addicted you should stop completely.

But that is most of the time the issue, if someone had a strong enough will to stop doing something that is affecting their lives already then they would have done it long time ago, so those that have gambled to the point that things have progressed until they became addicted to gambling, do not have the tools necessary to overcome it on their own and they need to look for external help, and even with that help the chances that they recover are slim.

It is very clear that the deeper or more often a person is involved in gambling, the more adrenaline will also be triggered, the reason is because you will meet more and more moments that are quite tantalizing there, such as moments that you should be able to get a big win but instead fail just because of something, and that is what makes the gambler's adrenaline even more stimulated and wants to come again to bet in the hope of getting the moment that has been missed and failed. Addiction more often comes unconsciously or unnoticed by gamblers due to their excessive behavior, they feel normal in their gambling activities even though behind the scenes they feel that there are financial problems that they are now feeling but strangely cannot conclude that all these problems come from their excessive gambling activities.

It's good to make a judgment before it's too late, but it's usually very difficult to come to a realization when the gambler is already in the high adrenaline phase, which is why nothing else they do is even considered, they just want to gamble and keep gambling. On the other hand, it seems that they will only be able to make some considerations to find better decisions when they have experienced a downturn that traumatizes them and reaches consciousness.
Not just 'almost-won' scenarios, but the complete digital ecosystem engineered to tempt and entrap. Our brains want dopamine and are easily manipulated. The illusion of control and overconfidence in skills drive us to chase losses. Ironically, near-win thrill leads to addiction. Admitting addiction takes courage. This is a war against oneself and the brain's rush-seeking wiring. Gamblers are sometimes blinded by the chase of the next big victory and don't recognize the financial trap. The cycle is harmful. When do they brake? Tragically, they typically wait until rock bottom. Intervention and awareness are crucial. Responsible gambling and early addiction detection need more attention. Family and friends are vital. They usually identify warning indicators first. It's about stopping the loop before it escalates. Fighting addiction takes strength, support, and occasionally a wake-up call from life

Exactly, that indeed the levels of substances in dopamine will be able to increase more when someone feels an unusual sensation that certainly gives them an extraordinary feeling of pleasure. It makes a person always hallucinate without limits, there is no control that is asserted or the limits that they have previously made almost forgotten, when you are in such a position then there is nothing else you think about other than a positive point of view on gambling especially putting high hopes on a victory, the fact is that good results always depend on how lucky you are at that time but they seem to have forgotten this fact because high hopes and beliefs make them unable to make considerations based on common sense.

"Almost winning" will of course always be their main concern and focus, instead of looking for reasons why at that time they failed to win but what they think is just the opposite which is more motivated and feels challenged to return to achieving moments like that again. Even though the fact is that different times mean different results too, or the point is that if in the first session you almost won it doesn't mean that when you enter the second session you can continue such moments again to achieve a delayed victory. Gamblers who are already addicted have a really confusing position, they just spin in a worrying cycle, the wrong mindset and beliefs make it difficult for them to get out of the addiction zone.

The gambler who do gambling with certain period of time continuously will get trigger again in the gap period of his regular activity. The gambler who get addicted to gambling will learn to handle the tough situations to make money for the situation he doesn’t have any money in the gambling site.Gambler who get addicted person in gambling will require more time to get away from the gambling addiction.Because they get tempted to play the gambling at all the time he get money from his economic sources. The gambling addicted person should reduce their games by small step daily and reduce their deposit to gambling site.
If they are addicted to gambling, it will be difficult to stop gambling even though they use various methods. My friend said that they have been affected by psychological dependence on gambling, their thoughts will always trigger them to gamble again even though you have committed to getting out of addiction. So in my opinion there is no effective solution to stop gambling within a month, even though they have followed the rehabilitation process to eliminate the feeling of addiction to gambling, the right tips for reducing gambling addiction are limiting betting activities and limiting funds for any bets.
Once you do get shackled with addiction, then it is really that hard to get out or could be able to break the chain, unless if you are a person who do have that strong will and having that kind of discipline and good control then this kind of thing wont really be an issue but we know that not everyone does have this kind of thinking on which there would really be those people who do really ends up
on messing up their lives just because they cant really be able to quit up gambling for good on which it do really even turns out to be even more worst on the time that they would be still continuing to play. There are people who do have that control and there are ones who can't. So situation would really vary on each individual.
