That is the correct wallet, and it is currently not mineable. You can stake it, however, for 1 coin + fees per block.

much appreciated, only asked as wallet is 36 weeks behind and struggling to sync, now that sounds like any stake i may generate will cost me 1 RADS, so i expect my bet next question would be, how many do i need per block and do we have a predicted time to stake please
It sounds like you may have misunderstood me: you receive 1 coin + fees per block. At the current rates, 1,500 coins will get you about 2 blocks per day, 750 will get you 1, etc...
