Wow 10, 000 merits, At 1498 activity it means you average 6+ merits on every of your post activity. That is one wholesome feat but for a person of your calibre, It might seems ordinary. Understanding the forum and gaining cryptocurrency knowledge has become a little bit easier with your contributions. Thank you for all you do and thousands more of merits to come

You can be ranked 3rd as a member with the most merits and you are also a Merit Source who has sent more than 25,752 Merits to members who do have quality posts.
Can't imagine, how you can be in the position you are now, it takes a struggle for everything you do.
My thoughts may not be able to be like you, at this time even my sMerit is ZERO ( 0 ) and can't share with members who are qualified in my opinion.

This is massive. 10,000merits. I read the first page and I want to ask, now that you are at 10000merits are there new suggestions to share on how improve your chances of writing good posts, and then getting merits? or they are still pretty much the same.

You're already on the third position of both position, you need another 1263 merit to beat o_e_l_e_o and 1454 merit to beat LoyceV in terms the most merited users, or another 454 merit to beat LoyceV and 1162 to beat o_e_l_e_o in terms the most earned merit.
According to BPIP about these 3 both users merited stats:
o_e_l_e_o got 2062 merit in the last 120 days
LoyceV got 1068 merit in the last 120 days
fillippone got 1408 merit in the last 120 days
Based on this, I think it's quite possible to beat LoyceV in the long run since you've earn more merit than him in the last 120 days.

I think this will serve as a motivation for most of us who have been in the space for quite some time and yet not being able to rank up that much.
Your have been on the forum from 2018 but you was part of the bounty campaigns only and you recent posts also shows that which are not way to rank up on the forum but only a way to earn some useless tokens.You are now moving towards general discussion on the forum but ask yourself will you stick to it or continue your bounty campaign? I think this will serve as a motivation for most of us who have been in the space for quite some time and yet not being able to rank up that much.

There are many user who contributed well in this forum and there works are inspiring and a good motivational but for you victorik what I saw in your profile is that full of bounty campaigns you've been participated. Maybe out of 100 of your post 90 % of that is from bounty campaigns, did you make a good quality post in this forum that can contribute to other users? Anyways that was a good achivwnent 196 merit left to be part of a 10k merit club keep it up fillippone.

If you look closely at my history anyway you'ìll find that I spent many months on the forum almost inactive. Only later, once I found the way to contribute to the community, did that meriting start happening.

I'm still learning and still having a hard time ranking up, it looks like I'll stay as a Member rank forever but I'm not giving up.
I'm starting to look for articles and will share it on our local, so at least we can have good topics there.

Exactly we all develop our ways of ranking on the forum and making our contribution the way we like and have knowledge from time to time.You have created the thread to motivate the members how they can rank up on the forum but not exactly the way you have done it.The most important part is you make effective contributions to the forum by making useful threads, writing quality posts and having knowledge by reading good threads on the forum.If you look closely at my history anyway you'ìll find that I spent many months on the forum almost inactive. Speaking about merits then you are right on the part that there could be instant rally or slow growth over time and in my case also there was long delay in ranking up as was not having adequate knowledge till then but once I started learning new things and focus on improving my posting style the merits were given but there are some members who loose hope fast when they don't get merits but they need to realise with time they can achieve it and this thread don't focus on copying you style but just take an inspiration from it to continue their forum journey.
