Yeah this one is outstanding and need to get good recognition since getting 12,000 is really achieving goal to reached by a forum user.

Anyways congrays @fillippone for acquiring this excellent milestone since this show to this community that its really possible to get that merit and inspire to do more better job to acquire this target or maybe even to rank up.

fillippone, I have to admit that I enjoy reading your blogs. Again, even this one has a unique quality. You should be looked up to by everyone who is protesting about the apparently unequal merit system. You are the best example of how someone may rise to important positions in a short amount of time. Continue your wonderful work. Of course, I also respect and admire your talent. I always stick with you.

As expected, today I reached 12,000 merits.

@ Fillippone,you deserve more than 12000 merits because of the positive impact that you are adding in the forum through your contributions, teaching and generosity. When I was a newbie, you were the one that I looked up to because then I only contributed on beginners and help board,this thread caught my attention and when I read it,I marvel how everything worked out for you here.

I am now a senior member,which you have contributed a lot to my rank up through your generosity and encouragement from this thread. I have seen the major role that you are playing to see the forum members rank up. You are more than a merit rascal.

Wow, I forgot to update this thread for my 11,000 merit. And now it’s almost time for 12,000.
Time flies!

I checked many posts on your profile and found that you got 2000th merit on 4th January 2020.  But there is confusion two members gave you merit that day.  But it is very difficult to say for sure who gave you 2000th merit.

Believe me or of not, it still happens to me also. Usually I tend to read every merit notification, and I also remember many of the most relevant merit sent to me. Every merit, a sparse of the new lore

You are interpreting the merit distribution in the wrong manner as it's not like charity because it means helping the people but in actual these threads and merits are given to those who deserves them based on post of their quality only so you see it's different way of handing out merits on the forum.He is merit source and distribute merits from what he get as source and also smerits he has earned from his effective contributions on forum so he would then in return share it with some good low ranking members.

This way they will learn how to rank up on forum with your other threads as well getting merits from you on the good post and if you give all of them merits then they will never understand how to earn them through effective posting so your approach is very well that you are helping them to grow as well as learn which would help them to gain more merits in the long run as knowledge is key to success and we learn with time and dedication.

On my personal approach I still feel happy whenever I get one merit also because it boost my motivation that my contributions have been recognised and was helpful for someone on the forum.The merits boost up your morale to write more good and useful stuff on the forum to earn more merits but if we compare it with low rank members then yes they are more happy to get merits seeing themselves rank on the forum I would say rather based on 50 or 1 merit.But this system has helped to reduce spam to some extent as they cannot rise on the forum if they don't have zeal to learn and write useful post on the forum.

50 merit for a good poster are normal and they may not be as happy as a poster trying to improve the quality of post even if it only gets 1 merit. There is a lot of motivation that can be grown through the merit system, I can really see a lot of them starting to care about the quality of their posts, especially when I review the posts reported in your other thread.

I don’t get away merits for free.
 
 I am trying to grow good posters, teaching them how to write good posts and rewarding them for their efforts.

It is only selflessness persons like you can do this. Anyone who have the heart to grow others both in the forum and in real life have the life style of charity. What one does here also manifest in his real life. Once again thank you very much for helping low rank members to grow in the forum. not only that you also advice them to do well in other areas of the forum. May the God you serve provide for you and protect you.

I think the 11 Hints and your journey in this forum that you put in writing here are very worthy to be read by more people in this forum. especially for newcomers like me. because your delivery method is really comfortable and easy to understand.

Wow, this is so inspiring. This have shown how hard you have work and how you have made this forum as a priority to you and how you have dedicated youself and time and give it your all. I think this have inspired me on how you can get to the very top if you really give it your all, time and dedication. I know I am a working type but I will try and give it my possible best and contribute to the forum in any way I can.

You have boosted our enthusiasm and morale to post. From this we can gain the knowledge that nothing is impossible if we post here with good attention. I see you are never disappointed that you didn't get any merit in the first few months. But if we post something now we don't get Merid, we get frustrated and don't post on Bitcointalk anymore.
Because now we just run after merit without posting. But you didn't do that you proved yourself that you are a worthy member here and you deserve it and we can be like you if we try.
