OP didn't make it clear that how many requests he had received and how many users have been received the bonus. He isn't giving answers to any inquiries here. I had asked about their shared license , he hasn't said anything about that. The live support agent has said that they don't have any connection with the other two casinos.

Incorrect! Many sites do make such bold statements even though it technically makes sense only for a couple of them, but there are some sites out there that are totally honest and don't make such fake claims.
