Hey Pearlybeard! Mattrazed here.
Thanks for your patience, I've had some conversations with my team to get all the relevant information.
Firstly, not that it matters but a minor detail - you have deposited 7.7k and withdrawn 16.4k USD successfully. A big win was not what prompted KYC.
Our internal fraud tools flagged your account thus meaning we requested KYC. Upon receiving these documents, there was a slight concern over the legitimacy of what you had provided leading us to request a very brief call with you to finalise the KYC process.
It should be noted that when users successfully register to Razed, you must agree to the sites terms and conditions, of which the following applies -
'9.8 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure.'
As a couple of others have mentioned within this forum, it is process most online casinos and exchanges follow when something like this occurs. We are by no means trying to remove our obligations of paying winnings but rather ensuring it is done in a manner that is not subject to fraud.
Lastly, we did send an email to you explaining all of the above 4-5 days ago now. Please reach out to us in that thread and we can continue to work through this.
