There is first one to post His issue against your site but seems like you did not give Him attention ,is there any reason for denying to address the first poster here?
It's sad that being new casino there are already issues throwing against your site.
Read my previous reply, please.
Not trying to defend him but he already addressed that case.
That user started a topic on the scam accusatons board and MR replied to it. It’s true that the problem hasn’t been resolved yet but what’s certain is that they are well aware of it and they started working on it.

Hey pearlybeard, I'm very sorry to hear about this situation. Would you mind giving me your Razed username? You can direct message it to me if you'd prefer. I'll happily look into this situation. We do not request KYC simply due to players winning 'big'. On the rare case that KYC is requested it is often due to unusual activity on a players account. I'd love to take a closer look myself and try to understand how this outcome eventuated.

Good attitude, hope you will act to provide solutions to this problem .

Ive signed up for this casino thinking it was legit...

deposited well over 10k withdrew 3k just fine and when I won big they asked me to KYC i complied filled in all the 3 steps.

after that they said they were still investigating the matter which is okay as well but they wanted a google meet.

I refused this based on my privacy rights and they outright blocked my account without ever responding again i want my money!
What privacy? If you actually underwent KYC and submitted an ID, a picture of yourself, and perhaps a recent bill in your name, they already have a lot of identifiable information on you. I guess they didn't believe you submitted real documents that belong to you. They want to see your face on live video. By signing up to an online casino, you agree that you are required to verify your identity if the service asks it. If you don't comply, you don't get your money. It's their casino and their rules.

I've been playing in that site for the last month overall its chill community with some friendly people, support and vip hosts are somewhat friendly too but I had a really bad experience in the site. Somehow besides Live casino blackjack and sports I couldn't win anything on this site.

Also I had a situation where they cancelled me winning bets for $1000 + saying there was mistake in the odds.
Somehow I had the same bet placed on another crypto website and it was paid as a win without issue.
I never received any compensation from my vip host or the support for this screwing.
It's weird how a winning bets are being cancelled but loosing ones never.

Regardless I'm quitting the site now, despite their rewards being claimed to be the best (they are actually not bad) but if you are high rank on other websites I don't see a reason for you to switch to this site.

I will give them a couple of months to see how they will adapt and I might come back one day. For now I'm saying goodbye to Razed.
Care to give this one as well like how you prioritized @pearlybeard's  case ?

I agree with @rodskee that there's a proper venue for this post if you want to gain real attention and get your problem resolved. You should post it in the scam accusation board and make sure to provide the necessary evidence to back up your claim. From the list, there aren’t any open scam accusations related to this casino, so it’s safe to assume that they are legit.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Whether those complaints will harm their reputation or not depends on how they are going to handle them. In fact, i they handle them properly and manage to resolve them then this may improve their reputation even more.
Accusations can be invalid and most are invalid. Even an accusation is valid, the team can handle it when their further internal investigation shows that they are wrong or one of their staffs handled that case were wrong initially.

Mistakes can be made but more important is how a company handle it with highest intention to stay with customers by handling valid accusation. It's helpful for their business reputation certainly.

Quote
Regarding the first case, MattRazed alreaddy responded to the accusation thread and they are probably still investigating it.
Regarding the second case, some proofs must be provided first. But in any case, Razed is not the first casino that asks for a video call as part of their kyc procedure.
Result will be known when the team make their official announcement about it, in the meantime, spreading more accusations against them is not good. For video KYC, if casinos are suspecting something seriously, they can request it and I believe all casinos, all centralized exchanges have this type of KYC in their Terms of Service. As a user, you only can comply with their request on it, because you agree with ToS before using their service and products.

If really all these complains are legit then it is too early to have such from the company. Because such behavior will reduce the trust people have foe them and the reputation will not be there again. And the worst part is that gamblers here will not recommend the casino to others.

In Local Casinos, my games have been cancelled and the stake amount was refunded. And one thing in this forum is to build your personal trust system before others will trust you. And as a company, they need to create that awareness of trust. I think the representative from the casino will come and clear the air what really happened. Sorry for the bad experience at this early stage of the casino in the forum.

All of these were cancelled bets with odds from 1.9-2.4

I got the same game placed in another site and all my bets were paid as a win.

Decided to open a deal dispute against these scammers (I know they will not repay me) but people can see more details here

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5514657

I made the dispute as I don't want to advertise competitive casinos on their thread.

Sorry to hear your experience.

Can you post the proof if they voided your bets? I'm curious with the mistaken odds, I mean how big is the difference with other sites that paid you.

I would never use a VPN on any online casino if i am in my allowed country list. Why would i need to hide my IP address ? The only reasons i see can be to cheat the system by making multiple account or anything similar  Huh
Not everyone that uses a VPN uses it to cheat. Many people use it for privacy and security reasons. So, not all VPN users are cheaters or scammers.
However, if he casinos rules states clearly that the use of VPNs is prohibited then you should not use it.
If your cuntry is ot restricted and there is nothing on the casino's terms regarding the use of VPNs then even if they lock your accunt, there is still a high chance you can recovr it by contacting the support and trying to explain to them what happened.

Yes, but you have to go a lot just to proved that you are not in the restricted country and not you want to use VPN for privacy. So if you are willing to go and make things complicated and you still don't know what's the take of the casino, then you might go with it.

However, the risk is still there, you will never know what the casinos might say in the end and it might not favor you, just saying. It's a lose-lose situation.

The funniest part about some people who use VPNs in casinos is that even though the casino allows them to use the VPN and they are using the VPN at the casino in order to maintain their privacy, they do KYC at the casino. So I wonder: has the person already done KYC at the casino, does the casino know the person's home address, does the casino know the person's real phone number, does the casino know the person's real name and does the casino have the person's real ID, so when the person is using the VPN at the casino where he has already done KYC, is he hiding from that? Nowadays with KYC it no longer makes sense to use VPN

If the casino ask for KYC and passed it with flying colors so for sure they have all the pertinent info and so they know that person already. That's why if you go this kind of effort yourself and was approved then what is the used of VPN?

So I do agree, doesn't make sense to use VPN, maybe those who are using it hasn't passed their info yet or their acount hasn't been flagged of any misuse that's why they can still play with VPN around.

Also much better not to use VPN here or to any other casino since provably that we would really get a problem by using it especially if we win huge money and there's verification process will happen.

In the case of my friend, he used to gamble secretly by connecting to VPN due to the lack of legality of gambling in the country. And won a huge amount and he couldn't recover because all his biodata seems to be checked. That's why it gets into trouble, but it's best not to take high risks when it comes to gambling. When connecting to VPN, the location of different countries is assumed, due to which the correct one is not revealed later and there is a danger.
So I think it is best to enter gambling according to the location of your country, so as not to face any problem.

If they want to achieve it, they have to do it at start, not in the middle or after complete KYC. Do it similarly to Satoshi Nakamoto Cheesy

If they care about privacy, want to use VPN, but choose IP address from their nation, it's possible and it's not break their privacy, when register their account. After that, they can do KYC and continue to use their account with VPN. Very few people actually do it and mostly VPN is used to cheat casinos and cheaters are targets of casinos to break down such fraudulent activities that surely are not allowed by ToS.

I have no offense to people who use VPN properly and with solid reason for their privacy.

This is my situation most of the time because 99% ISP in my country blocks anything related to gambling.
There are some other ways indeed in order to access the casinos blocked by ISP such as mirror links (if the casino provide it) or change the DNS (not really working all the time).
For me I use VPN when the other 2 ways above are not possible, but of course I will always ask the casino first if it is allowed or not.
I have to agree that using VPN is not all bad, so it cant be generalized and of course VPN should not be used to bypass restriction on the casino.

It's that VPN should not be used all the time, because different countries have network connections at different times. So if you suddenly get a large amount of money by gambling or win the jackpot then you can definitely have a problem.
My friend gambled in a situation where gambling was banned from my country and usually won between two and three thousand dollars. It's using a VPN so its withdrawal is stuck, so I think using a VPN can cause this kind of problem.

There's no exact information regarding the usage of VPN in their TOS but I guess they disallow to use this especially for people in high risk jurisdiction since there's really a huge chance that their account will be closed if its proven that they reside on a restricted regions.

Better for gamblers to read Razed TOS https://www.razed.com/policy/aml/ for sure they can get an information regarding on what they are seeking.

Also much better not to use VPN here or to any other casino since provably that we would really get a problem by using it especially if we win huge money and there's verification process will happen.
