I've been playing in that site for the last month overall its chill community with some friendly people, support and vip hosts are somewhat friendly too but I had a really bad experience in the site. Somehow besides Live casino blackjack and sports I couldn't win anything on this site.

Also I had a situation where they cancelled me winning bets for $1000 + saying there was mistake in the odds.
Somehow I had the same bet placed on another crypto website and it was paid as a win without issue.
I never received any compensation from my vip host or the support for this screwing.
It's weird how a winning bets are being cancelled but loosing ones never.

Regardless I'm quitting the site now, despite their rewards being claimed to be the best (they are actually not bad) but if you are high rank on other websites I don't see a reason for you to switch to this site.

I will give them a couple of months to see how they will adapt and I might come back one day. For now I'm saying goodbye to Razed.

I would never use a VPN on any online casino if i am in my allowed country list. Why would i need to hide my IP address ? The only reasons i see can be to cheat the system by making multiple account or anything similar  Huh
Not everyone that uses a VPN uses it to cheat. Many people use it for privacy and security reasons. So, not all VPN users are cheaters or scammers.
However, if he casinos rules states clearly that the use of VPNs is prohibited then you should not use it.
If your cuntry is ot restricted and there is nothing on the casino's terms regarding the use of VPNs then even if they lock your accunt, there is still a high chance you can recovr it by contacting the support and trying to explain to them what happened.

Yes, but you have to go a lot just to proved that you are not in the restricted country and not you want to use VPN for privacy. So if you are willing to go and make things complicated and you still don't know what's the take of the casino, then you might go with it.

However, the risk is still there, you will never know what the casinos might say in the end and it might not favor you, just saying. It's a lose-lose situation.

The funniest part about some people who use VPNs in casinos is that even though the casino allows them to use the VPN and they are using the VPN at the casino in order to maintain their privacy, they do KYC at the casino. So I wonder: has the person already done KYC at the casino, does the casino know the person's home address, does the casino know the person's real phone number, does the casino know the person's real name and does the casino have the person's real ID, so when the person is using the VPN at the casino where he has already done KYC, is he hiding from that? Nowadays with KYC it no longer makes sense to use VPN

If the casino ask for KYC and passed it with flying colors so for sure they have all the pertinent info and so they know that person already. That's why if you go this kind of effort yourself and was approved then what is the used of VPN?

So I do agree, doesn't make sense to use VPN, maybe those who are using it hasn't passed their info yet or their acount hasn't been flagged of any misuse that's why they can still play with VPN around.

Also much better not to use VPN here or to any other casino since provably that we would really get a problem by using it especially if we win huge money and there's verification process will happen.

In the case of my friend, he used to gamble secretly by connecting to VPN due to the lack of legality of gambling in the country. And won a huge amount and he couldn't recover because all his biodata seems to be checked. That's why it gets into trouble, but it's best not to take high risks when it comes to gambling. When connecting to VPN, the location of different countries is assumed, due to which the correct one is not revealed later and there is a danger.
So I think it is best to enter gambling according to the location of your country, so as not to face any problem.

If they want to achieve it, they have to do it at start, not in the middle or after complete KYC. Do it similarly to Satoshi Nakamoto Cheesy

If they care about privacy, want to use VPN, but choose IP address from their nation, it's possible and it's not break their privacy, when register their account. After that, they can do KYC and continue to use their account with VPN. Very few people actually do it and mostly VPN is used to cheat casinos and cheaters are targets of casinos to break down such fraudulent activities that surely are not allowed by ToS.

I have no offense to people who use VPN properly and with solid reason for their privacy.

This is my situation most of the time because 99% ISP in my country blocks anything related to gambling.
There are some other ways indeed in order to access the casinos blocked by ISP such as mirror links (if the casino provide it) or change the DNS (not really working all the time).
For me I use VPN when the other 2 ways above are not possible, but of course I will always ask the casino first if it is allowed or not.
I have to agree that using VPN is not all bad, so it cant be generalized and of course VPN should not be used to bypass restriction on the casino.

It's that VPN should not be used all the time, because different countries have network connections at different times. So if you suddenly get a large amount of money by gambling or win the jackpot then you can definitely have a problem.
My friend gambled in a situation where gambling was banned from my country and usually won between two and three thousand dollars. It's using a VPN so its withdrawal is stuck, so I think using a VPN can cause this kind of problem.

There's no exact information regarding the usage of VPN in their TOS but I guess they disallow to use this especially for people in high risk jurisdiction since there's really a huge chance that their account will be closed if its proven that they reside on a restricted regions.

Better for gamblers to read Razed TOS https://www.razed.com/policy/aml/ for sure they can get an information regarding on what they are seeking.

You do like other normal users who don't see need to take risk with VPN and have problems later with actual money. Most people who try with VPN to use a platform that block their national IP addresses likely have other reasons like cheating that platform. With this purpose, problems when appear, won't be tolerated by the platform which will take ToS as strong evidence against fraud users.

Even if anyone does not have any wrong intention, when we connect the VPN, there are chances that if we are not careful, it may connect to any country IP address, that is a address of a prohibited country and casino may detect it and block your account. Best is to avoid the use of VPN on online gambling sites.

Same goes with you since I really don't want to have this kind of feeling where we are not fell safe by using the platform that's why usually I just passed on the casino didn't allow my region to access their casino.

So best to move on since lots of alternative casino is around. Although its great to gamble with them especially if they are one of the current hot casino around, but if we are restricted then there's nothing we can do and just respect the restrictions they implement.

Since usually its clear written on TOS for some casinos or maybe included here that bypassing restriction will possibly make our account get banned and to bad if there's still funds left in that account since for sure we will undergo to a lot of stress before we can get that money.
We don't need to spend too much time for reading ToS. Searching with key words to quickly find things we want to know is enough. And several minutes for doing this is worth to try because if we skip this step, later we might have problems with our accounts and fund.

I am in a country where many sites are blocked and I have to use a VPN, I don't know if it's sad or what, I can only listen to this, even though I am enthusiastic about trying new sites
I am in a country where casinos are blocked too but I don't like the idea of using a VPN. By the way, you can buy a VPN with dedicated IP, register, deposit a small amount of money, the one that you can afford to lose because there is a chance they'll catch you sometime and gamble but you have to forget big wins in this case because there is a high chance they'll ask you to submit KYC documents and that's where you'll be revealed. But I don't like this idea because this way we are breaking and disrespecting their rules.

I understand you so well. In my country, many casino sites have also been blocked. Sometimes even a VPN doesn't help to bypass the blockages. That's the story. It seems to me that there is still an opportunity to play for those who really want to. And no obstacles are an obstacle for these people. If you have money for a casino, then you can buy a good VPN )) Well, how else can you do it these days? Only this way and no other way.

Unfortunately, if you are in a country wherein it is block regardless of what casino it is, then it's going to be very hard for you to play.

Usually, we don't recommend using VPN to bypass this as there are worse consequences like your account getting ban and then you can't withdraw your money if you still have some on that casino.
There are two levels of restrictions.

One is from a casino and if your country is blocked by a casino, you simply can not use their platform, in all games.

Another one is from game providers and if a casino does not block you, you can use their platform but whether you will have access to a game, it depends on that game provider. Some game providers will block you if your country is in their restricted country lists, and in this case if you use VPN to access these games, you will have problems with the game provider first, then the casino that has to comply with ToS of their partners (game providers in these cases).

Hi !

Please tell me, do you have mirrors? Because of "Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access razed.com"
Also question:
Using VPN is breaking Razed rules? It became interesting to me and I would like to try, but unfortunately I do not have such an opportunity.

Regards,
I asked their support about VPN usage and they told me that VPN is allowed because they respect the privacy of their customers but VPN shouldn't be used to bypass geolocational restrictions. Sadly, you can't use a VPN if it's blocked in your country.

If you only want to try new sites with VPN, you can do it. Issues only occur if you start to make deposit your money to account on these new sites. First they can be scam sites and only wait for making scam exit. Second, if they are not scam sites, you have to be very careful and check their FAQs, Terms of Service, to make sure they allow users to use VPN.

If they don't allow VPN usage, and you do it, you break their ToS and will be at very weak position if they block your account, freeze your fund. You can make appeal but chance to succeed will be very small, so reading FAQs and ToS is very important for your money.

Where can I find about these challenge on the site? I tried to find it but I find nothing unfortunately. Usually casino provide separated page for such challenge, but I dont find a tab namely challenges at Razed.
One more thing is that the winners need to claim the reward manually by sending message to live support, it would be nice if it can be an automatic rewarding system so anyone who hit it the challenge will get the reward instantly without contacting support.
We currently don't have this feature on the site. This is coming soon!
I just want to add some details to your post, @panjul07 as of now you need to manually report it to the support once you hit that challenge multiplier. You can look to the image posted by @tbct_mt2. It was indicated there that once you hit that multiplier with the minimum amount bet you can secure that you're the one wins the prize. I guess you also need to contact that support before you start the challenge to make sure that no one still hit that require multiplier to win the prize.

This is a bit complicated and maybe not all players who have just arrived and willing to try the challenge know about it, that's why it is better to have automatic system so players do not need to ask before try as well as ask support if they hit it.
Good news that OP has already said that it will come soon, I'll wait for it because I think the competitor for the challenges is still low compared to other popular casinos with the same challenges system.
Of course once it is up, I will try the challenges with the lowest minimum bet only because I'm small gambler who cant afford to bet bigger amount than I used to do.
