Or only if the person wanted to withdraw exceeding 25k daily too.What if the user able to reach this figure and decided to withdraw like less than it. For example 2k or 5k daily but his fund accumulated more than 25k theres no problem doing that?

If a player chose to withdraw in smaller increments and our system flags it as suspicious we reserve the right to investigate this further also.

I also read where it was stated that withdrawals are only going to be processed through the user's personal crypto address, which I assume should be a wallet in which the person has total control over it and not an exchange address, or is the statement pointing at making withdrawal only with the wallet that was initially used for funding the user's account? I have questions about this, does this mean depositing from non-custodial wallet is not allowed?
