Remember this, BlackArrow?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3215902"Yes, you are guaranteed to get a price 25% below the market price ($/ghash) at the time of shipment.
And yes, we will keep our prices below every other company.
Bottom line is, whoever trusts us now, we promise that will help them to mine profitably after February as well. If you keep supporting other companies who have ripped you off until now, you'll barely get your ROI back.
Unless Bitcoin mining stops because it becomes unprofitable for everybody else in February, our customers WILL make profit.”
Their loophole on this one is that while they still accept orders, they do not publicly publish prices anymore. You have to contact them to find out privately how much it's going to cost to have the privilege of perpetuating their Ponzi.
True, although all someone has to do is go to bitmain's site and pull the price on the S4, which I think is about 1250 for a 2TH/s unit. "We will keep our prices below every other company"
If they refunded the difference, I'd be fine with that. If they matched the $/Gh, I'd also be fine with that. If they came within shouting distance of either I'd probably be fine with that. If it looked like they were making an effort to do anything whatsoever except swallow our money and screw us up the ass I might be fine with that.
They've decided to act as if that promise was never made. I'm not so fine with that. If that's not a gigantic 'fuck you' to their customers then I don't know what is. It's fraud, IMO, plain and simple.
And maybe they'll ship a 1Th/s module as compensation, without a power supply. I say maybe as I don't think they will. If they'd been planning on that I think they'd have been shipping them with the other units to save on the shipping cost. It makes no sense that I can see to do it this way, as it costs them more money. They're nothing if not penny-pinching assholes, so that, to me, is pretty indicative of the possibility that they don't intend to ever do it and never did.
Kind of like price matching and refunds. Promised them all along and when it came time to deliver, boom, fuck you customers.
To this point they've made many promises to the aggregate customers. I can't think of one they've actually kept when it came time to deliver on it. Not a single one. Lying cocksuckers to the core as far as I'm concerned.
