The thread is currently locked and they are not accepting participants/asked all participants to remove their signatures.
I did not check the topic carefully. Fixed the OP, my bad!

Didn't we use length of terms first, and then alphabetical for those that have the same terms?
That used to be the way to go yes, but it got changed a while ago to be just alphabetical as it's easier to read.

Goodbye, Z.
I've updated the OP and added CGC project. I know that it looks sketchy, but it's not up to me/us to decide if a user should join or not. I was thinking about giving it a *, but seeing as it doesn't have problems yet, there is no good reason to do so (except suspicion).

I think there is no reason to list them before they come up with new signatures and open their thread again/start accepting users.

Anyway, I've also sorted all the entries in the table on alphabetical order which is always nice.

Not that I would mind, it's just unusual to see YoBit at the bottom Smiley

A brand new signature campaign for today: CGC project Signature Campaign
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cgc-project-signature-campaign-1723970
Not safe to add it to the list.No payment is being escrowed plus the campaign is running on limited funds only for two weeks.
Sad to say but there's no rules or anything about things like these. Anyway, I think this thread is just for the compilation of the running campaigns and it's your choice if you're going to join them or not.

A self moderate topic is a no-no for me.
Agreed. I don't know what exactly is their reason for making it like that but I guess they just don't want to answer things like "Why is there no escrow?", "Why are there limited funds?" and any variant of those.

All of these comes down to one point -- They have limited funds (or much less than other companies's fund). No escrow, no manager, copy + paste of signature. And we should expect more similar campaigns in the future as many starting companies don't have the funding yet.

Anyway, there are also campaigns like that one (for example crazybtrade), but didn't run or anything. Joining is your choice just like I said.

Goodbye, Z.
A self moderate topic is a no-no for me.
Another big issue was the straight copying of signatures made by medUSA/owned by lightlord (those we currently use in the 777Coin campaign),
which is the main reason why the campaign got put on halt (I pushed for it).
Let's hope they will come back with an unique design they commissioned/made themselves and not with another copy.

Hey thanks for the update was wondering only if the campaign is worth joining cause it had good payment method but lack of escrow account and no luptin, anivires or yahoo as managers made me doubt it. Was waiting for someone to give a specific update. Please post update in near future if they escrow or get reputed Manger in the campaign.

They closed the topic already and promised to be back with a signature campaign manager (They didn't mention about escrow, I hope the signature campaign manager will ask them to escrow the fund)
Just wait for the new topic to be created and see if it worth joining Smiley

Goodbye, Z.
Is this allowed cause if it would be it would make no difference between a campaigner and other, say if someone forgets to remove and spams then the campaign will get a bad name.
It's usually fairly easy to find out who is a part of a campaign and who isn't. Most campaigns are keeping public lists of their users in some way.
Others don't (bitmixer for example), at which point a quick inquiry to the manager can give you that information (Lauda in this case).

Just asking so that a rule could be made that refrains people from wearing it before, but then upto you all to enforce it.
A lot of people are wearing signatures from my campaigns (or signatures I made) without being part of them. Some do it for referral purposes, others got different reasons.
There's no need to prohibit them from wearing a signature/advertising a service. The only case in which it gets problematic is when signatures are obviously copied/stolen (to a degree, signatures are always similar, I'm talking about direct c&p cases here) and utilized for the advertisement of other services/sites.

From what I know, if someone gets on this forum ban, it is also automatically removed his signature.
This only applies to newbie nukes and permanent bans.

Hi i have a query, while browsing to many signature campaign, what I have come to see is before people are accepted they wear the signature in anticipation that they will be accepted or maybe they don't realize they can only wear it post selection. Is this allowed cause if it would be it would make no difference between a campaigner and other, say if someone forgets to remove and spams then the campaign will get a bad name. Just asking so that a rule could be made that refrains people from wearing it before, but then upto you all to enforce it.

This that someone must wear signature before is accepted depends from Signature Campaign Manager or Owner. It is not a rule but usually is required before accepting. It is a form of acknowledgment that someone actually wants to join.

From what I know, if someone gets on this forum ban, it is also automatically removed his signature.

Hey, I was trying to enter into a signature campaign, but my rank it's still newbie and almost no one accept this ("Hey, WhyFuture, how you was going?"). Thinking forward, what the managers expect when they accept or not a an apply?
Do you guys have some tips to enter in?
Thank you to those who respond.

So you mean cause you are newbie no one took you, and you applied in why future even that turned you down. See before you apply for any campaign, make sure you have constructive posts, proper English, no spam whatsoever. I would suggest read the rules regarding joining a signature campaign, then head on Bitcoin discussion, read few posts, see how it is topic related, then start posting and reapply. And apply again when your membership ranks up.

First off, please don't quote heavy posts like those, when there is no need to. It makes quoting yours and replying only harder than necessary.
In reply to your post: They have a new thread, hence they go to PNYC. Doesn't matter what else, that's how we're rolling.

There is no doubt that the campaign runs FortuneJack as a service.
The new owner says that her name is Irine (which I suppose is a girl's name). If someone would have the time to look at the posts in the FortuneJack account and see if there's some introduction from the old owner as well and the name's do not match, then I was right on placing them on PNYC.
It's acutally a straight up copy of the old thread. "Irine" is not new (if she actually exists).

The point here is, that there is a new start of the campaign and a new thread. That places them in PNYC.
Same thing happened when I ran the BetKing.io signature campaign. The campaign was previously active under yahoo, it was still a signature campaign for BetKing.io
However, it was a new thread, a new campaign, hence it went to PNYC for the first week.

But there's no worries about this, to be honest. Since the site is still the one that will pay you.

I was looking in to that situation a bit, and I can not find connection old campaign thread with "Irine". "FortuneJack" in the past never stake his Bitcoin address, so is impossible to sign message.
Probably it is new Signature Campaign Manager and thats all.

I figured WhyFuture should be in Flux since they're only open for applications for 48 hours every week and then closes it again after.

Thanks for clarifying this. I normally do check this thread to be updated and the campaign has been paying and and paying on time, so I was bit surprised to see them move into Flux, though now I understand your decision, but just a query won't new users get confused seeing it on front page? Or that's how it works, cause the campaign has paid always that's why asking.
I get that the meaning of FLUX is kind of confusing because it means the campaign is in between closed and accepting. So a newbie would think, is it really closed or is it accepting? But if you take a look at the thread of WhyFuture, you will easily notice that every application is ignored until the actual time of application for the week. That's a pattern and I don't think the manager misses saying that "Applicants are able to apply in 48 hours" or something similar.

The payment has nothing to do with it. The only status that has something to say about the payment is the PNYC (Payment not yet confirmed). The rest of the status have already been confirmed that they're paying although they might stop paying at any given time.

If you have any more questions regarding the table, feel free to ask. Grin I bet new users also have questions but are afraid to ask.
