Thanks for noticing that. We check the listings submitted on the platform on the daily basis. We contact the Landlord in case the watermark is placed and delete such listings. We will give more attention to it in future.

My quesytion is: If I buy some tokens like 1 Ethereum (2.500 tokens), this tokens will be hosted in https://cryptonomos.com/wallet, and when Berry is launched in an exchange like (bittrex,etc..) these tokens will be the same the coins that will be in the exchanges? I just need to send it to the my exchange wallet?

The main idea of this system is evaluation of renters and landlords in order to determine the most optimal rent in a particular case. But in fact, the application of this methodology is much broader than it seems to be. Assessments of this system can be used beyond Rentberry.I still dont understand it, can you explain it so that the mainstream will understand what the Rentberry Scoring Methodology really is? What do you with application of this methodology is much broader than it seems? How can this assessment be used beyond Rentberry?
The scoring system is a statistical screening method, as tenant and landlord data made available to Rentberry is used to generate a score between 100 and 1,000. Potential risks will be reflected in these scores. The higher the score of a tenant, the lower the risk for a landlord to experience a default or damage to the property. The higher the score of a landlord, the greater the chance for a tenant to build a long-lasting rental relationship on mutually beneficial terms.

As Rentberry evolves, the platform will allow tenants and landlords to rate each other by submitting reviews, and will also allow both parties to assess each other by reference to those reviews and an immutable record of rental activity stored on the blockchain. This information, coupled with publicly available data (e.g., credit reports, background checks, etc.), will be analyzed and processed by Rentberry’s proprietary scoring technology.
