Bitcoin price today fell 1.06 per cent over the last 24 hours to stand at $22,896.23 as per data. Even though the week started on a bit bearish note, the momentum picked up heavily mid-week, taking most cryptocurrencies up. The question for experts is how much Bitcoin will be worth until there is a bear market. How long will the bear market last?

The U.S. has been drawing from the reserve at a rapid pace this year. The Energy Department on Monday said it has released roughly 155 million barrels of crude oil since President Biden authorized a draw of up to 180 million barrels on March 31. That implies a draw of slightly less than 900,000 barrels a day, or nearly 1% of global oil demand. The DOE on Monday said it plans to sell up to 10 million barrels from the SPR in November, extending the SPR draw beyond the initial October target. That would leave only about 15 million barrels that could be sold under the emergency authorization.

Whatever the case is, it is not an isolated one - I caught another one who does something similar, although I leave a grain of doubt that maybe he is the author of the article from the link. The doubt is really small because his second post is nothing different...

It is somewhat different case, and he might be the original author after all as Pmalek pointed out to same mistake in the spreadsheet regarding Ledger, and he replied that its been fixed, which it is if you check the spreadsheet and the article. If he has the rights to edit those then he is behind it after all. Unless that's been sorted before and then he jumped on it to sort of prove that he is the author.

Hi, I am the article/spreadsheet author.

You are right, I fixed that on the article and spreadsheet. Thanks !!

I noticed that you listed Ledger among those hardware wallets that support a Bitcoin-only firmware. Ledger doesn't have that. It's possible to only install the Bitcoin app on your Nano device and no other apps, but that can't be considered as a Bitcoin-only firmware. Is this a mistake or is there a reason why Ledger is on that list?

As many are aware, the infamous faketoshi scammer Craig Wright has been on a campaign to use harassment, intimidation, barratry, and fraud to attempt to steal some 1.1M coins that belong to Satoshi and others.

In furtherance of this scheme his company just published code for directing the seizure of third party coins in the BSV blockchain. BSV is a scammy bitcoin knockoff that is proprietary software controlled exclusive by Wright and his agents. Users of BSV are only permitted to run the software he approves so they're able to foist their coin stealing code onto their users which would be impossible for legitimate cryptocurrencies.

In the past, creating effective new topics received more attention from sMeriters.

I’m pretty sure he doesn’t speak Arabic since his only post with Arabic is translated using google translate, he is trying everything to get merits from copy/past , stealing pictures from net as i replied to one of his recent topics, beside playing it dumb and asking questions about how the merit system work and in the other side he is complaining about not getting merit points on this topic

I've already provided images from the source in the Plagarised post, so I'll be quoting my post just to showcase everything here also.

DUSTING ATTACK
You suddenly got 0.000001 BTC Satoshi in your bitcoin wallet. But you know you haven't sent the funds that you received to your wallet. Or youre not supposed to get this fund from anywhere. This means you are under a dusting attack. But, you do not know what is dusting attack. For which maybe you did not give importance to getting that fund. Its dangerous. So know what dusting attack is. And save yourself from danger.

Quote
What is Dust in Cryptocurrency?

A very small amount of funds in cryptocurrency is called dust. You may find dust while trading, that some amount of funds from the orders you place to trade remain in the wallet. This very small amount of funds is called dust balance. Ex- 0.00000012 BTC etc.

Quote
Dangers of dusting attacks.

Hackers send very small amounts of tokens or coins to a wallets for dusting attacks. And that keeps the wallet in trucking. Because when a token or coin is sent from one's wallet to someone's address, it becomes very easy to track it. By that tracking, hackers find out the identity of the targeted wallet. When the hacker is able to find out the identity of the person in the targeted wallet, the hacker puts the person in danger with a phishing attack or cyber thread.

Quote
Protecting Yourself from Dusting Attacks.

If you're using an exchange wallet, there's nothing to warried about. Just keep your account security hard. In this case 2FA can be used. And update your passwords occasionally. And if you are using a personal wallet and noticed anything about it then you need to create a new address for every transaction.

and it is even more strange that he has already managed to collect 12 merits for his contribution to the forum - I have nothing against supporting beginners, but meriting their c/p posts is the wrong way of motivation.
Bar for a merit worthy posts keeps getting lower as number of new users keep decreasing, which leads to this situation where even a shiposter can earn decent amount of merit in a short time.

This is a short sample

If you copy his text and use google translate from english to arabic you get the same text as in the article source he mentioned

Dear Binancian,

Binance has completed the BUSD Auto-Conversion for users’ existing balances of USDC, USDP and TUSD stablecoins into . New deposits of USDC, USDP and TUSD stablecoins will be converted into BUSD at a 1:1 ratio, and users will be able to trade with a consolidated BUSD balance on the Binance platform that reflects their balances of these four stablecoins (BUSD, USDC, USDP and TUSD) post conversion.

This will not affect users' choice of withdrawal: users will continue to be able to withdraw funds in USDC, USDP and TUSD at a 1:1 ratio to their BUSD denominated account balance.

Bitcoin is a currency that was originally designed to facilitate anonymous, instantaneous, and low-cost cross-border transactions. Its decentralized blockchain network allows users to transact anonymously, which protects them from fraud. Additionally, Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and encrypted on a shared digital ledger that ensures transparency in financial transactions.

While Bitcoin works to keep you safe and secure online, not everybody protects their cryptocurrency the same way. In fact, according to data from Chainalysis, about 20% of all Bitcoins that have disappeared have been lost permanently due to theft.

So, It is difficult to recover stolen Bitcoin. But as the blockchain is a public record of all Bitcoin transactions ever made. though it is possible to track the trail of the stolen cryptocurrency by monitoring the blockchain. However, even that is not an easy feat due to the anonymity of crypto. Besides, crypto scammers and hackers often use sophisticated tools to hide their spoils and identities and cash out the funds before victims can get to them.

We and They (Bangladesh and Pakistan)
By Zubeida Mustafa

I wouldn't like to burden readers with seemingly dull data. But it is too important to be shoved under the rug: the population growth rate for Pakistan is two percent, for Bangladesh it is 1pc; TFR (children per woman) is 3.5 in Pakistan and 2 in Bangladesh; the contraceptive prevalence rate (which includes unreliable conventional methods) is 34pc in Pakistan and 65pc in Bangladesh.
 In 1971, Bangladesh had a bigger population (65.5m) than the western wing, with a count of 59.7m. In 2020, the picture had reversed with Bangladesh standing at 164.6m and Pakistanis numbering 220.8m.
More data has a direct bearing on the economy: GDP for Pakistan in 2020 was $263.6 billion and $324.2bn for Bangladesh. Bangladesh has achieved this miracle by investing in its human resources, especially women, who are potential agents of change in family matters. The difference between Pakistan and Bangladesh in gender parity in the social sectors is staggering. Likewise, their female literacy rates are 46pc and 72pc respectively. The female labor participation rates are 20.1pc and 38.5pc respectively.

Research says until we haven't a plan to control our big matter of every problem is increasing population, if there is no reaction, the least chance for development of country.

2. Real estate crowdfunding platforms
Platforms for real estate crowdfunding are a good option for investors who want to get more involved. Instead of investing in huge, generalized portfolios of properties, several of these online platforms allow you to do so in particular real estate development projects.

Platforms for real estate crowdfunding combine funds from numerous investors to finance construction projects. They typically demand that investors make real estate investments over longer periods of time, often five years or longer. Some of your funds might be accessible earlier, although that will depend on the platform, and there might be fees associated with early withdrawals.

3. Make a home purchase
The most popular real estate investment for most people is their primary residence. You obtain a mortgage, pay your regular installments, and steadily increase your home’s equity. You might be able to profit from the equity in your property when you sell it with some luck and a healthy local market.

Long-term wealth building can be achieved by investing in your own house, although average annual returns are lower than you might anticipate. Home values barely grew by 3.9% yearly on average from 1994 to 2019, according to a survey by market analyst Black Knight.

Many major and minor conferences occur worldwide for people to gather and discuss blockchain development and the crypto industry. Everyone can find a lot of helpful information and make the necessary acquaintances during such events. According to our research, the list of cities hosting the most events in 2022-2023 is topped off by:

  • London - 26 events;
  • New York - 25 events;
  • Rome - 20 events;
  • Dubai - 16 events;
  • San Francisco - 13 events;
  • Miami - 13 events;
  • Singapore - 10 events.

Looking at the data, London emerges as the world's blockchain capital, with New York falling just a tiny bit short of taking the lead in this competition. However, it is not only the number of events that matters, but also the number of people they attract, and how many valuable decisions they inspire.

Hundreds if not thousands of blockchain events take place worldwide, promising visitors the opportunity to interact with leading experts in the field and familiarize with the latest innovations. Still, only a few of them are truly worth the visitors' time and money.

In 2018, before the pandemic, New York exploded with closed parties arranged by crypto investors and millionaires participating in one of the most famous blockchain conferences in the world — Consensus 2018. Aston Martin sport car raffles, whose cost starts at $150 000, rental Lamborghinis, long viewed as the necessary attribute of dolce vita, and nightclubs with extravagantly clothed waitresses—despite the fall of Bitcoin in the first half of 2018, the industry continued to live a life in which Bitcoin traded at $20,000.

Holding blockchain conferences at the time was almost more profitable than trading, especially given the significantly lower risks. CoinDesk, the organizing company, earned about $8 million on tickets to the Consensus 2018 blockchain conference alone.

The richest man in China said, “If you put the bananas and money in front of the monkeys, the monkeys will choose bananas because the monkeys don't know that money can buy a lot of bananas.

In fact, if you offer WORK and BUSINESS to people, they will choose to WORK because most people don't know that a BUSINESS can make more MONEY than a salary.

One of the reasons the poor are poor is because the poor are not trained to recognize the entrepreneurial opportunity.

They spend a lot of time in school and what they learn in school is to work for a salary instead of working for themselves.

Profit is better than wages because wages can support you, but profits can make you a fortune.
