I would ask him this:

What was that thing your mind was thinking when you struck with the idea of decentralized blockchain?

I'm interested in this because I wonder how one can get the idea of blockchain out of nothing. There must be an incidence or event of life that motivated you to build something smart like this. Smart people always get motivation from real-life events. We will probably never know but I’m sure a legend is going to be created for it, it is similar to the legend that Issac Newton understood gravity when an apple fell on his head, many say that anecdote is false and some others say it is true but it is irrelevant, the legend will keep on forever.

Gambling has taken place, in some form or other, for hundreds if not thousands of years, and is inextricably linked to the history of humanity.

From ancient China where indications of rudimentary games of chance were discovered on tiles, to Egypt where the oldest known dice were excavated, to scenes on Greek and Roman pottery which indicate that betting on animal fights was common and animals would be bred for that sole purpose, humans love to gamble and do so at every opportunity.

After all, when the text is placed in the form of a picture, it is very difficult to check for plagiarism. No verification system will be effective. What a blessing for plagiarists Grin

Extracting text from an image is easy. Use Yandex or another similar site. Insert a picture, and in the field, you can check the text for plagiarism. In this example, I think it was taken from Twitter.
Didn't fully check.

What do you think of pictures like these? Where there is text taken from the Internet without any reference to the source. In general, without any identification that this text does not belong to the person who posted it as a pictur (he has a lot of posts like this).

Right. An image without a source is not banned. Perhaps the most famous case in this regard was in 2020, when WhiteManWhite accused icopress of plagiarizing images: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55511429
Yeah I know about that pathetic attempt to get him banned.

It is also worth considering the fact whether the user declares his authorship or not.
Even if you claim the ownership of the image that is not yours you won't get banned here. You might eventually get a couple of negative feedbacks and that's about all that can happen to you in that case.

Signature plagiarism
Well I asked about someone getting banned over image plagiarism as you mentioned that, among other things. As far as i know, no one got banned for that.

Infographic stealing
Image or signature plagiarism can be tagged but they are not banned as I know. Forum is more lenient with photo, signature plagiarism.
That's exactly what I am saying, that forum is more lenient when it comes to image plagiarism even when someone explicitly claims the ownership of the image that is not his own, l;ike I showed in that exmaple in my previous post. You can't get more obvious abuse than that one, and nothing happened in the end.

I've reported it, and hope an exception is made in this case, because by selectively removing slides this user has gone out of their way to hide the source.
Nope, an exception won't be made. On this forum you won't get banned for images plagiarism no matter what you do. Hell, nowadays even c/p text won't get you banned, let alone this. Take for an example this case that I reported in which member copy/pasted someone else's painting pretending its their own, even lying that he will put it up for sale, making some bs story etc. Result was a couple of negative tags and that's about it, he didn't get ban.

What you should do is simply report that post as a low value and that's all that you can do about it.

It is applicable for images, signatures, arts, Telegram announcement messages, signals, everything. If what you posted is not from your own, you must leave a source link. Whatever you post, leave a link to show it is not yours.

It's unfortunate that the plagiarism rules don't apply to images (see OP).

That makes it pretty easy to post rubbish like this: Fundamental of Blockchain

Images taken from here: https://www.smartviewai.com/assets/cryptoPDF/Fundamental%20of%20Blockchain.pdf (determined by @ETFbitcoin)

This post is just a sequence of uncredited slides, with the first & last slide removed (which would of credited the source).

I didn't report any of those posts, just bringing it here to discuss.

WTF?
Based on the date, Stunna was the first to post it on the forum. LoyceV, Do you know if he is the original/author of this post? Or maybe he also copied from somewhere else? I wouldn't surprised if I were to see this from some individual shitposters or an average person. But, They are the representative of a company. I see people getting temp banned for copying a single line and parm banned for a single post. Let's see how the forum handles this. You are too cool to not report it. But, I reported them to see what happens.

Bitcoin's global adoption is increasing, and Mercado Bitcoin is preparing to launch operations in Mexico.

Mercado Bitcoin, a popular Brazilian cryptocurrency exchange platform, is following the current expansion trend in the crypto sector. Mercado Bitcoin is expanding its operations in Mexico.

While the popular Bitcoin cryptocurrency has grown in popularity in various countries around the world, recent additions include the Central African Republic, which has made Bitcoin legal tender, Ukraine's use of Bitcoin as support funds, and several other countries that use crypto technologies but under strict regulations.

Furthermore, many platforms similar to Crypto.com, which offers Bitcoin exchange to different countries, and Zetrix blockchain, which uses cross-chain technology to provide smart contracts, scalability, and security services, as well as popular platforms like Binance, have facilitated these expansions. According to Cointelegraph, Mercado Bitcoin is not looking for a Mexican-based crypto exchange to operate in the country, but is instead waiting for approvals to begin operations in Mexico. Increasing competition with other cryptocurrency exchanges in the country.

If we really embrace cashless policy, there wil be an Economic Disparity. If the standard payment technique gets changed into the cashless system completely, the chances are that purchasing smartphones or devices for example will become necessary. In a country like India, where many citizens endeavor to provide for their daily food and necessities, purchasing a smartphone is most definitely a luxury these poor sections cannot afford. If cashless acquisition becomes the standard rule, then inequality can be seen in society because not everyone can afford it.

If i were going to loan, i'll definitely put it in a small business. Though, you can also invest in crypto but it should be you in your control so that when the market is unstable or in a downtrend the loss is minimal. The choice between investing in small businesses or crypto comes down to your own financial goals, desired portfolio, and risk tolerance. Small businesses can be more exciting and may provide a chance to support your daily needs. Each has its risks, and the best scenario is to invest in a variety of opportunities.

Indeed proper regulation must be done. Regulations establish order so that a system can function more consistently, safely, with mostly predictable outcomes. This means that in a more controllable environment, cryptocurrencies can be seen as a normal, less volatile risk that can be managed with sophisticated technology and have better protection.

I have found something weird!
A thread with the same title was published on cryptotalk on 10/25/2019 by a user named Naturalistik.
But here we can see that bounty236 posted this thread on July 20, 2022, at 11:46:42 AM.

Also, on 10/25/2019, a user named jcarlo posted exactly the same reply!

Besides the plagiarism, I'm pretty sure both of these accounts belong to you. So I will create another thread against you here!

Dani Alves have been transferred to Mexican club Pumas on a free transfer. The Mexican side have already reach personal terms with Dani and the contract will be valid just for a year, until June 2023. Now the final stage will be paperwork completion and medical would also take place during the weekend for the fullback in Mexico. Dani Alves have plans to continue playing for Barça but it seems Barcelona weren't interested in his services no more and Alves left the club June 30 since he failed to extend his contract, he have no option than to look elsewhere.

Nottingham have completed the signing of Liverpool right back, Neco Williams for a total fee of £17.5m with included add-ons. Neco Williams will find regular playing time in his new team, Nottingham Forest. I think he is a perfect signing for the forest club. Nottingham Forest head coach, Steve Cooper wants to strengthen his defensive areas, because it's a big thing for the club coming back to the Premier League and wouldn't want to misused the chance they've gotten.

Aaron Hickey have decided to sign a permanent deal with the English side, Brentford. The Scottish full back will be in England for medical tests in the coming weeks and Bologna will receive £14m plus add-ons. The 20years old have already signed a 5year deal with the Brentford  and verbal agreement have been reached. It's now left for Brentford to complete paperworks and after Medical, they will officially announced Aaron Hickey as their new player. However, the way things are going currently in the Premier League, the signing of young players is Massively populated all over the news.

Frank Lampard have made his first signing for Everton as they sign James Tarkowski on a free transfer this summer. Tarkowski who is a centre back have block more shots in the Premier league than any other player in the 2021/2022 campaign. James Tarkowski contract with his new team will be valid until June 2026. Let's hope for a good season for the centre back. Everton ended last season at the 16th place, and nearly got into the relegation zone. Although, with their new player, I think the team's performance next season will be more impressive.

Quote
Everton have signed James Tarkowski on a free transfer from Burnley as the centre-back has become Frank Lampard’s first summer recruit.

The 29-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year deal to keep him at Goodison Park until 2026.

The said user is copy-pasting sports articles without giving credits to the sources used. Intentionally changing/paraphrasing a few words to avoid detection which doesn't make it less of an abuse. Posts are partially or fully plagiarized, in most cases, his posts consist of material stolen from multiple articles.

Bump, I'm demanding this report should be looked again by moderators since plagiarize 7 posts consecutive and given how @morvillz7z put a lot effort by exposing this plagiarizer since he edited his post 3 days after his report, it doesn't make sense this user didn't even get at least signature ban for 2+ years, I think he deserve a permanent banned as he's keep breaking the rule.

Previously I have reported a plagiarism and then he got permanent banned, why does this user is different? What about lovesmayfamilis's case where he only copy paste a one post with two sentences, but got temporary banned?

Sad to see a big contributor and newbie user got banned, but the one who didn't giving any contribution and milking the forum is survived until now.

I've just realized about this case as well. So, like one can get away with plagiarizing 7 times? Did he get a warning or something?
