I tagged NS recently and suggested scammed-by-nitro to create this flag. It seems for newbies or less experience forum users face hard time to create a flag. I had to instruct scammed-by-nitro using several PM LOL
Anyway, here is what I said to back up my stand. I hope few DTs will look in it and will support/oppose the flag.

Reason: unknown and shady exchange (pretending to be Romanian, although no Romanian ever heard about it), with no phone number / address listed on its website, scammed its clients. Although the exchange was requested to prove its statement, no proof was brought (furthermore: no other reply from the exchange as well).

The profiles receiving the flag are generally going to claim it's not relevant. People still deny scams proven by the blockchain.
I think Vod you should avoid supporting flags by just looking at the names involved and once check if the accused is really willing to scam someone out here. Your general statements would not seem true always.
