I think you should post the link of the profile and at least you should post the link of the flag. You flag is available on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=917361;page=iflags
I have seen there are several more flags available on the same user. Also, I think you should unlock the thread so that they can reply if they want on your topic.

Please support this Type II flag on colires, a confirmed Currency Exchange and Accounts scammer:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2841

The number of similarities between him and other suspected/known scammers is too great to ignore, as is the evidence supporting the flag against him. Please vote Yes on Flag 2841 and help keep scammers out of our forum, thanks for your support.

I have engaged ob the topic you have mentioned but it is a matter of sorrow that I could not agree your point and I have not got any point to support your flag hence I think we should oppose your flag. I am following the case how it goes!

I am not so sure if eGoldgg is out of any suspicion. He last posted 3 years ago indeed, but he is still active in the forum (he was active even today).
2 days ago, he hadn't been online for almost 2 years:
@eGoldgg: you haven't been online in almost 2 years. As the creator of this topic, you may want to respond to GekkeBelg's post.
So I don't think it's a coincidence he showed up now.

However, it seems to be a loophole indeed. Is there any way to obtain such a warning for the said thread by requesting it to mods or global mods? Users should be warned somehow. I mean to have that warning posted even though the first flag, the one against eGoldgg would not find support.
If this really is a loophole, the only alternative I can think of is creating a type 1 Flag to get some warning on the topic.

Maybe I should take this question to theymos' Flag thread. Done: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57768439

The casino's main ANN-thread was created by user eGoldgg, who last posted 3 years ago. The thread is "maintained" by user Buff88.
I'd like to show a scam warning above the topic, which means user eGoldgg should have a Flag. I'm in doubt if this fits the Flag-rules, but if it doesn't fit the rules, it means there's a loophole to avoid a warning on a thread.

I'm in doubt as well, as I never faced this situation before. At first glance, I supported the second flag, the one against Buff88, since he is maintaining the thread. However, I am not so sure if eGoldgg is out of any suspicion. He last posted 3 years ago indeed, but he is still active in the forum (he was active even today).

I mean to have that warning posted even though the first flag, the one against eGoldgg would not find support. Alternatively, maybe mods can make Buff88 as new OP of the thread (it would not be the first time this happened) and having a flag against him would make the warning to be displayed...

I'm in doubt: A casino closed a user's account, and took 399 mBTC without valid reason. The casino's main ANN-thread was created by user eGoldgg, who last posted 3 years ago. The thread is "maintained" by user Buff88.

The scammed user created 2 Flags, both type 2:
Quote
2816 Insufficient support. (Support | Oppose) GekkeBelg flagged eGoldgg (type 2, see why). Supported by GekkeBelg. Opposed by nobody.
2815 Insufficient support. (Support | Oppose) GekkeBelg flagged Buff88 (type 2, see why). Supported by LoyceV, GekkeBelg. Opposed by nobody.

I supported the flag. Please be aware that aTriz may not, in fact, be the original aTriz. I have my reasons to believe that the account changed hands in time.

aTriz returned to the forum in October last year, having a very suspicious behavior. For those not aware, this is what happened:

aTriz just made his first posts after 10 months. Four of them were applications in various signature campaigns ([1], [2], [3], [4]). Like any manager would select him after a pause of 10 months lol.

His 5th and 6th posts were other posts where he is looking for a job ([5], [6]). Actually, the 6th post is a bump of his topic where he announces that he is looking for a job as campaign manager. Like anyone would hire him as a manager after what he did with Gunbot campaign.

Anyway, excepting the ridiculous posts, the main problem is that the account can be owned by someone else. Be careful when dealing with this account.

Now seeing this flag does not surprise me at all, as I was almost sure that aTriz was walking on a very thin ice since returning here. Excepting the "Alia incident" (which I will not reiterate again), his behavior was sort of weird back then as well, but now "weird" is not the adequate term anymore, as he went on the Dark Side. Thanks nutildah for bringing this up.

An old scammer created a new account, please support this new type 3 Flag too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2810

Accounts involved
BetKing.io (Trust: !!!:  +2 / =2 / -8) (10 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
BetKing Support (Trust: !!!:  +0 / =0 / -7) (1 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
PocketRocketsCasino (Trust: !!!:  +2 / =1 / -7) (0 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
dean nolan (Trust: !!!:  +0 / =0 / -6) (0 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
Update:
Betking Manager
This scammer created another account, hoping to get rid of his negative feedback and Flag. I can't let that happen, his Flags don't expire before March 2029.

As a victim of this scammer, the Flag system allows me to create a Flag for all his accounts:
Can I also create a scammer flag for alt-accounts of the contract violator? Example: BetKing.io violated a contract, but BetKing Support, dean nolan and PocketRocketsCasino are his alt-accounts.
Yes, one of the victims can.

I created a new type 3 Flag, please support it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2810

If you don’t do PGP, you don’t do crypto!
#2693768 “UpAgain” is creating a spate of ridiculous threads and soliciting money in various ways.  I created Flag #2737 with the requisite scam accusations thread to gather the evidence in one place, and get a warning banner on his threads before some newbie gets suckered into sending him money somehow.  Please support.

(In my personal opinion, this user does not deserve his own thread; but that’s how the flag system works, so—I waste my time with flag bureaucracy.)

This case needs more attention.
Cloudbet holds 25000 USDT user funds for more than 40 days without any explanation.
they were already accused and only after the pressure here and open scam accusation, they refunded money to the player. everything indicates that they are making the same mistake again

I am sorry to say but you should watch your language. This is the reason why maybe BTC whitepaper was not given to you for translation because you add a bit too many feelings from your own side.

Apologies for the late reply. I kept wanted to reply for also forgot. So... I think you are a bit confused here, about the procedure of submitting a change for bitcoin.org, including about translations. They are not given to someone per se. You have to submit a pull request, if you want to submit a change. Your change is then analyzed by the site's maintainers and, if your proposal is good, it will be accepted. So it seems you don't know what you are talking about in this case. There was not even a discussion about the translation not being given to me lol. I just observed the existing translation is a mess and I started working on a completely new one. Which I finalized, and the pull request was made already, for having it submitted and checked by bitcoin.org's maintainers.

Coming back to Timelord, it is obvious that the poor man is mentally challenged. You can see that in >90% of his posts.

Does anyone remember the events that were raging about the flag created by marlboroza? I skimmed the attached thread but found no mention of why Timelord2067 opposed this flag. I hope someone has a few minutes to satisfy my curiosity.

Oh well, this happenes because Timelord is a very ill person and he can not judge properly anymore. Once I thought he is the village idiot, but I was wrong. Somehow, even c******unter observed (in one of his few good observations), that Timelord is a mentally disturbed person, which needs to be institutionalized for receiving proper medical attention. As you can see in the pointed link, his mental condition is not very stable, as he also started to accuse theymos for various things. He also accused me of FUD (lol?!) and many others for various imbecile suppositions.

The same is true in your inquiry.

The man is mentally challenged and I advise you to ignore him. A Romanian proverb says to not mess with crazies, as their brains are well rested Smiley You decide what to understand from here. Do you really want to challenge a guy which accuses theymos and protects game-protect...? I doubt that lol.

I am sorry to say but you should watch your language. This is the reason why maybe BTC whitepaper was not given to you for translation because you add a bit too many feelings from your own side. A simple reason was given by suchmoon because TimeLord didn't want to support the second flag for the same issue, you said so much without actually knowing the reality.

He stated the reason quite clearly on page 1:

According to your second link there is already a flag that has been created for this issue:
