It's not a bug actually, it's the ordinary situation if receiving tokens while playing in Testnet. They differ from those received if playing in Mainnet. If you'd like to get real RLT to your Mainnet balance, you can test the game, fill in a special form and post the text in forum or social media account. The reward is from 1 000 to 5 000 depending on social profile's status. Did you give etherum to test 10 spins?
If signing up in MetaMask, you are credited 1 ETH in Testnet.
Though every user who takes part in testing of the game and fills the questionnaire in, receives 2 weeks' tokens allowing getting the profit in Mainnet.

any way i can test WITHOUT having to install a random 3rd party app from a source i dont know (or cant SEE for that matter) ? 
dont really wanna install "metamask" just to see if your PoC even works :p
