I think i read somewhere about running 8 gpu on the gaming pro carbon mobo using a pci express hub haha, but thats insane dont you think?

I guess you'll have to be more specific about how I did what. Modding the BIOS to get 30+ MH/s is common knowledge and repeated in every thread (edit memory straps). Running >5GPUs is literally what we troubleshooted pages of information on this thread about.

Why when i use the claymore commands to change clocks does it crash. Even if i tell it to use stock clocks.

Order of things
1. reinstall windows
2. driver extract. point drivers. all 6 work.
3. Run claymore with -cclock 1250 or something. And it crashes it. Especially when i close the claymore miner window.

Thank you I did the process and it installed the 4 cards only..., 5&6 no..., I even changed the motherboard from B 250 Krait gaming to Z270 tomahawk mi...,but same result! I tried to enable the 4G in the motherboard bios to use more then 4 cards but when I save and reboot it does go into black screen and nothing happen..., I tried more possibility but it just doesn't want to work... Sad

(( anyone can help?? maybe the motherboard is the problem....

From my experience, you have to plug in the 5th card, boot into Windows with it, let the card install and just give you the code 12, and then WHILE the 5th card is still plugged in, reboot and enable 4g decoding. Everytime I try to enable it with less than 5 cards plugged in, I get a black screen as well.
