Brainwashed this way
August 06, 2014, 10:41:22 PM
Any reason why I would be getting crazy amount of duplicate shares??
I am still getting low 4% error and hash rate/payout stable...but this looks wrong?!?!

Any help would be great..

Thanks.

Dupe shares really don't effect you. It makes the pool work harder. It didn't make sence to me at first but there are years of threads here proving they don't really effect your profits much, if any at all. I had done a lot of research on duplicates last year when I had just got my Knc miner. Knc did upgrade firmware later that did improve dupe rate a lot, but like I said it doesn't effect your profits.

Still ugly! Cheesy

would sir prefer gold plated? or perhaps diamond rivets?
I know you were joking but actually diamond pattern steel or Aluminum plate would not only look cool but give enough strength to stack em up on my shelves Smiley

I like the bricks. Kind of fits the "guts-out" design of the RK-BOX  Grin

After 24H - No restarts, no problems, VERY stable hash rate of 485GH/s
Showing reject of 8% on my end, but pool is showing only about 4% and a pool hash rate of about 505GH/s for a 24H period!!!

Thanks again for everyone's great input into this thread!!!!

-THANKS elastic!!!!-

How about reporting back after a couple days.

I had 5 out of 16 blades at 30-40gh this am (4 x RK b0x)

I don't think that set of pictures provides an answer to my question as ASICMiner's unit isn't plugged in and there is no controller in sight. I'm curious to know how many x24 boards the block erupter controller can handle.

sorry crazyguy. the full picture is not being displayed. at the bottom is a full unit setup and running with many wires coming out of it going to what looks like the controller. if this is so the boards are not daisy chained.

full picture, scroll down to bottom - http://shop.rockminer.com/goods.php?id=45

The review of the HASHRATIO TSUNAMI may help answer yor question.
It looks like the same controller (sans cover) with the same blades.
Troubleshooting section shows how to connect 8 units in series

That's impressive, if correct it appears the controller can handle 32 X24 blades. Or 8 T1 units, assuming the data cables are long enough to cross between devices.

Very cool! It appears the board has 2 data connectors. Are all 4 boards daisy-chained into one uart connector on the controller? If so, can 1 controller handle 3 T1 boxes?

I am going to say sadly not

Well its been a couple of weeks now and the only problem I still have with my miner is the stupid pi still reboots once or twice a day (tried everything I could think of but it still does it).
Now to the good part. I have found that by seriously over-cooling my RK (as in keeping it at 34C for all blades under full load) and clocking it at 350 I am able to get 485 GH/s -- at the pool (549 Gh/s local) with an error rate of 7.9%.
(Honestly discovered this by accident when I left the AC on full rather than at temp set as it normally is).
Have had zero problems with the miner itself since my initial setup snafus.

Thanks for your sharing, hope your experience will help other guys.

Update: Latest miner T1-BOX is coming now(http://shop.rockminer.com/goods.php?id=45)

T1 is the great integration of ASICMINER and ROCKMINER techs. We use AM's open source solution and changed the cooling system, make it more easier to build farm.

1.The smallest T-Hash miner in the world now,250*250*200mm:

2. The ASICMINER BE200 chips,4 boards,96 chips:

3. The BE controller:

4. Strong cooling system:
